Location was good
I couldn't get through to the hotel when I arrived at the airport even after many attempts as I wanted to check when the kitchen closed. After not being able to get through - I arrived to find it had closed and there was no food available. There was also a dirty towel left in my room when I arrived and even though I tried to call reception to tell them - again - I couldn't get through, so gave up!
Warm, friendly, with plenty of open fires, and places to have a quiet read or play games. Food good pub fare, breakfast excellent.
Bathrooms showers could do with updating ie scree round them.
Lovely location and beautiful bar/ lobby area
The rooms are incredibly dated, but not in a good way. When we got there our room wasn’t set up. Bed not made or any sheets, nothing. We got moved, but into a smaller room with a lot smaller bathroom. The lighting in the room was so dark and the bed/mattress was so old, it had dents from where people had previously slept over the years - made it really hard and I hardly slept! Still a good stay, but i wouldn’t come back unfortunately :(
Perfect town, the inn is ok, seems this used to be a great place and it needs a small update
Shower was broken
Great helpful staff, good food and a great traditional Scottish Highland hotel. Definitely be back.
