10.0 Excellent
Pros: Almost everything!
Cons: None
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Not even superlatives would be enough to do justice to the experience we had in this elegant hotel which in fact doesn't seem like a hotel but rather like a masterpiece of modern home architecture that one has been invited into. "Luxe, calme et volupté" as Baudelaire would have had it. No matter where one went in the premises one felt comfortable and welcome. Our room was beautiful with its view of the sea--it wasn't enormous in size but it was so well designed, with lots of room to spread one's stuff out, that there was no sense of crowding whatsoever. The living room with its music softly playing, its interestingly chosen library and its heat-throwing fire was another part of the house that one wanted just to remain in. As was the dining room with its beautiful large windows giving views of the tower, of the meadows and the sea beyond--a fantastic sunset show to be mesmerized by. The food was simple and perfect. The wine list was excellent. Breakfast was also perfectly thought out. The staff (among whom I would include the dog) were all wonderful and welcoming. It was very difficult to drive away from this unusual place.
Cons: I know that this house is a work of art but as someone in his seventies who's had some falls recently I was a little worried and felt I had to be careful about the lack of railings on some of the stairs and by changes in the level and the color of the flooring which could come rather suddenly. This minor complaint would never prevent me from returning. The hotel is hard to find at the very end of one's trip there. The twists and turns of the last mile completely flummoxed our GPS. A few more signs along the way of this last mile would help.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Amazing place, it’s the place from heaven
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The property is very tastefully designed and decorated and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. We walked to the beach and cliffs nearby. The room had a cosy sitting area with a fantastic view. We had dinner at the property and thoroughly enjoyed two different fresh salads. Breakfast was not included but consisted of some delicious items. One night wasn’t long enough.
Cons: A communal coffee and tea station would have been nice.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were so incredibly lovely! I had been walking all day and my feet were sore and tired - I was invited to wear the complimentary slippers that were provided in my room to dinner. I felt so welcomed! The property is like a retreat centre - very calm and peaceful. I enjoyed sitting by the fire after dinner. Thank you!!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: There was absolutely nothing "not to like" at the Torre, but what really made the difference (apart from the view of the old tower) was the extreme availability of the host/owner - Manolo - to give us tips & context on Asturias; plus where to go, when to go, places to eat, wines to drink, etc. Arriving there almost unplanned (but what a marvellous mistake!) he helped us have a great time and an excellent vacation.
Cons: (it still puzzles me why do they put sugar on pancakes :) )
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything, so hospitable and welcoming, amazing rooms with great attention to detail. Great restaurant. An overall tranquil and wonderful place.
Cons: Nothing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the location, the beautiful building, decor and delicious food. Would highly recommend for a peaceful getaway.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, staff, house design, environment, food, kindness of the staff, absolutely everything!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything: we’ve been here several times and it never disappoints - where else, for example, do you get the opportunity to walk across a camomile lawn? It’s tucked away and all the better for it: quiet, peaceful, has large rooms and serves excellent breakfast and dinner. I’m already looking forward to our next visit.
Cons: You’d have to be a real killjoy to find anything to dislike here.

Pros: I’m running out of superlatives for our 1 night stay! The rustic location , the tastefully done hotel, the amazing and friendly people working at the hotel ( special mention to Rogelio - the owner) who is clearly very passionate about making sure guests have a very good experience! You can talk to Rogelio about any subject and he’s like a walking encyclopedia :) Fantastic breakfast , about a 20 Min walk to playa Aguilar & 10 min drive to Cudillero. If you want a nice, relaxing vacation, look no further this hotel has it all!
Cons: Cannot think of anything
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Stuff was super nice. Location perfect for excursions in the area, and around 15 minutes walking to the Aguilar Beach. It was our honeymoon and when we arrived the bed was decorated, very nice detail. The room was beautifully decorated and batroom had hydro massage bath. We will be happy to come back in the future.
Cons: All was perfect! :)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Room is great and the over all atmosphere will make you feel very relaxing and confertable. We enjoyed our 1 night stay at the place.
Cons: The play ground was under renovation, my 1.6 old baby was not able to play.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Rogelio was truely the best host and This hotel truely exceeded my expectations. Beautiful location, gorgeous room with lovely terrace and jacuzzi bath. Breakfast and evening meals were delicious. Freshly made fish and Piella which was the nicest food I have tasted. Our host went above and beyond to tell us good walks to go on and attractions to see. The beaches are beautiful. I will be coming again!
Cons: Everything was perfect
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Love love love this hotel, didn’t want to leave-ever. The property is beautiful beyond expectation! From the lush grounds to the cozy charming room & restaurant. The food was delicious & most importantly, the customer service couldn’t have been better. They went above & beyond to help us when they didn’t need to & made us feel like part of their family. Couldn’t recommend this hotel more, can’t wait to come back!
Cons: Nothing could have been better! It was incredible!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic. Not a typical hotel feel. More like a big beautiful home with total privacy when you want it and engage with fellow travelers and staff when you want. Easy drive/walk to a beautiful beach! Issues with my airline allowed for the owner to not only lend me his phone but actually help with the confusion as to my bag disappearance. He didn’t need to do so much and yet he did. The views are awesome and it’s a most excellent location to day trip to the many, many hidden gem beaches in Asturias. A+!
Cons: Nothing. Totally great.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Everything about this family run hotel is quality. Our room was lovely with everything spot on. We only stayed 1 night in fact we (Wife and I) would have extended our stay but it was full for other nights so regrettably pushed on with our journey. The manager/owner Rogelio is a super nice helpful guy and gave us written details of suggestions to visit on our trip. If I was going for an extended stay in the Asturian region of Northern Spain (It's so lovely I am Smitten) I would definitely book this hotel. They work so very hard to please and are most successful in doing it.
Cons: It is a little out of the way in all honesty but very quiet and peaceful.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our host was warm and friendly and welcoming when we arrived. Our room was a really good size, bathroom had a spa bath which was lovely after a day of sightseeing in the rain on our way there. Meals were good, especially the delicious fresh breakfast. We were given information on great things to see in the area, which we would otherwise have not known about and would have missed. Our stay was relaxing and enjoyable due mainly to our wonderful host. Highly recommended.
Cons: Loved everything.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful kind owners; put us up the first night at a rental next door due to booking mistake, and gave us a bottle of wine and a great room the next night to make up for it. Helped with taxi arrangements and a ride after our walk. Enormous, delicious breakfast. An easy 20 minute walk from the beautiful coastal walking trail, sendero de los miradores. The nearby Playa de Aguilar is gorgeous. Highly recommend!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel owner Rogelio is super. The room was beautiful nice dinner and breakfast would spend my holiday there.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: This place has the magic touch! It's right on the Camino del Norte and just a couple of km from a very nice beach (worth the cycle down the hill for a swim!). The proprietors - two generations of Alberto - were so lovely and helpful - even offering to be on the end of the phone if I had an emergency on my trip (a solo cycle ride), which was hugely appreciated (though I'm relieved I didn't need to take them up on it!). My room was a delight, with gorgeous coving on the ceiling, a very comfy bed, and a well-appointed and good-sized bathroom. The conservatory, where food is served (including a cooked breakfast!), is beautifully done. All SO relaxing after a hard day on the road.
Cons: Um... no downsides!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The owners were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean. Although we were the only guests the food provided for us was plentiful and tasty. The parking was not exactly outside the hotel but close by.

6.8 Good
Pros: Nice place to rest while on the camino, big room and had a bathtub.
Cons: Owner wasn’t the most friendly he seamed stressed and wasn’t helpful when I asked for a cup of milk because not stores nearby were open... considering how the host was I felt it was a little overpriced for the room
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It must be the first place in Spain where I have been provided with tea and coffee in the bedroom. Fantastic
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful hospitality for a special little break along the Camino with a group of 10 people. We were treated with great respect at a very fair price. Can’t speak highly enough of our hosts.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Gorgeous rural Casa converted to gorgeous hotel with beautiful art and welcoming comfortable rest after all the climbing from the day’s Camino. Staff so helpful and answered so many questions: what’s a Horréos and a Panera ... and encouraged me to walk at sunset to see Ermita la Regalina with the tiny wonderful church La Regalina and the Horréos where Las Fiestas de la Regalina is celebrated plus the most beautiful lookout in all of western Asturias!! Supper and breakfast were both so very delicious and served in such a lovely dining room with creative table decorations made from the flowers and greenery around the Casa grounds!
Cons: Loved everything

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice and bequem room, kindful staff.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Quiet comfy room.
Cons: Way overpriced room at 89 euros. Only Ok if you are driving. Way out of town Pilgrims avoid.
6.3 Good
Pros: The welcome was OK and the rooms were a good size and well appointed
Cons: We had to leave the hotel at 8 am, too early for breakfast, to go to the airport. There was no hot water in rooms 16 and 19 so we could not have a bath or shower. We left a note of complaint on the reception desk but there were no staff on the desk or elsewhere to speak to directly - altogether a disappointing experience on our departure and we would appreciate an explanation and apology from the hotel.
10.0 Excellent

Cons: Nothing. Everything was excellent.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Alberto was very friendly and helpful. He gave a lots of good advice about the area. The setting was beautiful and the rooms were very comfortable.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The owner was very friendly! We arrived very late but this was not a problem for him.
Cons: It's not that easy to find the place at night. And something that is very important to me (but not to most) since I am very allergic to dust mites is the use of old fashioned blankets. This is still the case here. The place was very clean but the blankets are a wonderful home to dust mites, however clean they are.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Ideal place as a base when you have a car. Very nice personel. Room was nice and clean. The breakfast was delicious.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The host is a wonderful person, very kind and understanding and helpful
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Alberto and his family were very nice and friendly. He gave us detailed directions, though I failed to remember to save cash, cause they don't accept credit cards, so I had to improvise. Sorry for that. The dog was very friendly :) The room was sparkingly clean and tidy. Didn't have breakfast though, so can tell nothing about that.
Cons: Roosters :) Wanted to kill them all, but that's how rural life goes, they're everywhere in Asturias. Deal with it ;)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing

10.0 Excellent

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Kindness of staff
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very clean . Comfy beds. Good WiFi throughout the hotel . This hotel is a short taxi ride to and from the airport .
Cons: Not much choice at breakfast.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: As with all previously hotels we've booked, the place was impeccaby clean and the staff was friendly and helpful even though we were Americans. But a totally unexpected bonus was the food. My wife selected a steak. It was just the right size and thickness to preserve flavor after being cooked. It was one of the best steaks she had in Spain. What makes that so unusual is Piedras Blancas is a small community that depends upon Aviles, a nearby, much larger town for most of its job. You just wouldn't expect to get such a great meal in such an unknown, small town.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very convenient as it is close to Asturias airport, staff were very friendly and were expecting us late at night.
Cons: There are no views as this hotel is in a suburban area
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Early breakfast Early morning taxi ordered
8.0 Excellent
Pros: close to airport
Cons: dinner on room

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Super friendly staff and owner. You don't need to be a surfer to stay here, just enjoy the relaxed vibe and stylish, unfussy interiors and the tasty breakfast. Optional dinner was really fantastic and value for money. Vegetarians accommodated. Loved the small vegetable plot - from which we had freshly picked salad and herbs.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful period house by the beach, lovely owners, right by the beach, nicely decorated rooms, good breakfast, close to the airport, comfortable beds
Cons: No complaints!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely location near the beach, you could see the sea from our top floor room. Comfortable bed. Huge bathroom and good space in our bedroom. Nice area to walk along the beach promenade. Lots of sweet and savoury options on the breakfast buffet.
Cons: We didn't feel that we fitted the demographic for this place, it really is a young peoples hostel. We could hear the adjacent room occupants' music, their arrival back at 4.30 am, and subsequent conversations. Breakfast had a number of choices but, as we only eat muesli, the chocolate cereal offerings didn't appeal so we brought our own down to the dining area. It would have been better if there was a nice granola/muesli option lighter in sugar. I had asked about dinner and was told it would be about 15 euro, and start about 9 pm. If I had previewed the menu that was placed in front of us around 9.30pm, we probably would have gone elsewhere and earlier. Salads were expensive, there was no basic mixed or green salad so we went without. The meals we got, although tasty, varied from a huge slab of meat sandwiched with ham and cheese (like a cordon bleu) to 3 smallish fried(?) ravioli type things. No vegetables other than soggy chips. Including our G&T's dinner cost us 38 euro, but didn't really satisfy us in quality. Staff were friendly, but we felt out of place.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything.. Beautiful house with big spacious rooms . Bathroom was also huge with nice decor.. Laura Ashley design wallpaper.. Breakfast was delicious and set us up for a long walking day on the Camino de Norte...

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, nice room.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Great open lawn area in the back, nice Location.
Cons: We arrived on a Sunday afternoon and no one was working the reception desk. We waited around for 20 minutes and finally called the hotel phone number and someone answered and was there in 5 minutes.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The big private balcony leading from the bedroom, overlooking the garden and the trees was the highlight for me. Fabulous place to sit, eat, drink. Not much to do in the village... really nothing there... but as a place to rest and chill out, an apartment doesn’t get much better. The kitchen facilities downstairs were small, but well-equipped and functional, and there was a good sized table to sit at. The beds were very comfortable. I loved it. Perfect stopover for pilgrims on the Camino.
Cons: The sofa downstairs could do with replacing.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Good location, spacious apartment, nice area around.
Cons: When booking in the description it was indicated that the apartments have a terrace. In reality, it was not. When we asked to move us to the apartment with a terrace we were told that it was not possible and since we booked through booking.com so that we could call there. Very weak wifi which only works in the lobby, but it is also very bad. The staff does not speak English at all - we were explained using sign language. We could not use google translator because of bad internet.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: First floor was kitchen and sitting area, outside lawn included games for the family. This would be great for a multi-day stay. Near grocery and restaurants. Lovely lady in the office took good care of us.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Nothing in particular except reasonable price
Cons: Room was cold and dark. Breakfast only possible later than 9am. Receptionist didn't speak one word English.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable, nice garden, very peaceful.

Pros: The room was lovely and clean. Room service was good and food delicious. Bar/lounge area sofas and chairs were disgustingly dirty. Barstools were fine. Breakfast a little disappointing for this kind of hotel. Not worth the 10 euros. Staff was wonderful, especially the man that checked us in (he was a Spanish/English translator) and was very informative. Husband had a massage at the spa and said it was good.

Pros: spacious room and a very comfortable bed. Quiet location Free parking on the hotel grounds. Dinner was very good (a surprise because we felt breakfast was poor)
Cons: Breakfast has all the regular choices but was of poor quality. Eggs were cold even while we started breakfast as the first persons. Orange juice with water. Most of the food was not very tasty in our opinion. No restaurants at walking distance.
7.5 Good
Pros: Nice. 1800 palace converted to hotel but still with a royal feeling. Spa with massage treatments available. Great Mom and Pop restaurant near by called Mesonin de Tere but make a reservation as they are really busy with the locals. This whole area is 95% locals, maybe more! We went one afternoon to Luarca which is a town of 4,800 with a couple of beaches, a nice little town with a small harbor and some nice sidewalk cafes. A great taste of the culture in this area of Spain!
Cons: Nothing!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Grand hotel, lovely furnishings. It is right on the Camino Norte.
Cons: The restaurant is closed Mondays which was not clear when booking.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The food was excellent and very reasonably priced. We picked this hotel because it was very close to the airport and we were pleasantly surprised at how nice it was.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: hotel structure and the room itself
Cons: I did not have the chance to check if a business centre is available

6.3 Good
Pros: Rooms are quaint with wood and round windows. Airport bus stop right outside (15 minutes to the airport, passes every hour).
Cons: It is on a very noisy road with traffic passing all night, that and the plastic materess covers made for a sleepless uncomfortable night unfortunately. Also the check in process very slow when we arrived, took 20 minutes to register the 2 documents and get the key
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Brilliant breakfast and heat in the bathroom :-)
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Truly wonderful experience. Spacious room, fantastic bathroom with “constellation” ceiling that lit up and made for an awesome bath (yes a bathtub too). Plenty of hot water, comfortable bed, and incredible staff who helped us print business documents as well as find laundry, grocery and beach. Beach is 7 mins away.
Cons: We were woken up by loud guests stomping through hallway and slamming doors. (Not the hotels fault!)

Pros: Super! The best B&B we've ever been. Very high quality breakfast, nice staff. Great views and location. I would repeat if I go to the same area.

Pros: The beauty of the landscape and the cozy feel of a Bed and Breakfast.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and comfortable. Lovely bathroom - great shower. Lovely breakfast.
Cons: Walls are quite thin - so sound travels.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The freshly cooked breakfast and the helpfulness of the host. We like the rural location, but it was also very near to the airport.
7.0 Good
Pros: Hotel was clean, comfortable and a well prepared breakfast
Cons: Attitude of manager
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Small hotel set just out of the town in a rural, quiet residential area. It's just a short journey from the airport. The owner met us at the hotel on our arrival so it is necessary to have mobile phone contact. Basic , very clean bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Good shower and always plenty of hot water. Breakfast is a limited selection but we enjoyed the scrambled eggs and bacon. Pastries were available and some fruit. We did not hire a car so took a short taxi journey to the hotel and then we explored the area using the train. The train station is about a ten minute walk from the hotel. We visited the larger Hotel Palacio de la Magdalena in Soto del Barco for evening meals as they have a 3 course menu for 15 euros - you pay a little more on Sundays. A pleasant stay.
Cons: The hot breakfast selection would be improved with a little more variety for those staying more than one night.

Pros: Top service from Sacha!, Breakfast!, View!, Room!...ALL... Short trip to Cudillero, and less than an hour to Playa de las Catedrales. We simply love it and highly recommended! Stop looking, this is!
Cons: Only one night, would like to stay longer

10.0 Excellent
Pros: I can't say anything bad about this hotel. I really like the feeling this place gave you. The room are simple and clean with nice view. The owner is very friendly and makes you feel like home. The parking area is well organise and the place has this charming think about it that I would defiantly recommend it!
Cons: There is nothing bad I can say about it
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Atmosphere, location, staff. Relaxed environment.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very nice. Location is great - amazing view and short drive to either the beach or city (we did trips to cudillero and Avilés from there). They did not charge extra for the child (we had our own travelcot)! Restaurant is open 20.30-22.30 for dinner/drinks. we didn’t eat but the food others ordered looked really good and prices were amazing! Glas of wine for 1,60€!
Cons: -wifi wasn’t very good -Advanced parking (steep hill) -overrated breakfast (it was good but I expected more after reading the reviews. What annoyed me the most was that she only put a few things out for example 1 croissant or a few slices of cheese and ham. Once it was gone we had to wait or ask for it to be refilled - which they did but it just made me uncomfortable asking for things)
8.0 Excellent
Pros: We had the most relaxing stay at Hotel Monte Somao. The country setting was lovely, our room looked out onto a field with a mare and her foal, with the Atlantic ocean in the background. The room was so clean and beautifully presented, we thought it was a brand new hotel. But the owners, a most welcoming husband and wife, said it was two years old. The breakfast spread was as good as we've had in Europe, including fresh fruit and peaches, sweet pastries and other delights. The hotel was a little hard to find, up some very windy streets, but the hillside village of Samoa is a friendly one. We started to get to know some of the locals after just one night. The restaurant/gallery across the road was very good eating and a great meeting place.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The family type ambiance of the hotel and the serene and untouched surroundings
7.5 Good
Pros: The hotel was located right next to the Camino del Norte route, which was convenient. A nearby restaurant provided and excellent dinner.
Cons: Located right over the bar and restaurant, which meant plenty of noise until well after midnight. The room lacked air conditioning and the windows had no screens to keep out insects. We had to close the windows to reduce noise and keep out the bugs, which meant the room got stuffy and hot. A ceiling or room fan would have made a hell of a difference.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Stopped overnight on west to Santiago from Santander. Spotlessly clean old fashioned country hotel with sheets and blankets. Restaurant / bar packed with locals. Friendly staff.
Cons: WiFi a little sporadic.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great location and good value.
Cons: NA
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This ranks among our two best stays in Spain. Incredibly kind people. Smiling. Loving life. Made us feel so welcome in so many ways. Would absolutely recommend this place and would go out of my way to stay here again.
Cons: This isn’t really a commentary on the place, because the breakfast was free and served with generosity and happy faces, but I prefer the Northern European breakfasts with vegetables and eggs and proteins and not just bread and sweets. We accept this is part of Spain and just supplement on our own as we need the nutrition for the long walk.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location for the Camino. Sea views and beautiful sunset
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Basic but clean spacious rooms, the hostal has a old fashioned simplicity feel which we found charming. The portions of food in the restaurant are huge. Couldn't finish it. The place is very close to wonderful Playa de Silencio, where we watched the sunset. Much nicer than the nearby overcrowded Praia de Catedrais.
Cons: The booking said the room included breakfast, but at 8 am in the morning everything was still closed so we had to leave without breakfast. We found out later that all supermarkets etc in the region also don't open until 9 am, so probably that's the regular time to start the day in Asturias. Something to take into consideration when traveling in this beautiful region.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The room and bathroom were spacious and very clean. There were huge windows with a sea view. Free on site parking. Had a cafe/restaurant where we had good dinner and breakfast. Very peaceful village. We drove 5 minutes maybe to the playa de silencio, lovely views, beautiful. Some people were swimming. Also drove to El Vidio, and watched a beautiful sunset over the sea.
Cons: Nothing. Maybe a pool would be nice.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: We turned up at 17.00. No food, that's Spain, because lunch finishes at 16.00 and starts again at 21.00. The staff rustled up 2 huge cheese and tomato bocodilos and plates of olives, went down great with the beer and sunshine. Lovely welcome and the breakfast was great. A 10 minute walk across the fields to the the stunning North coast, the views are amazing. Would book longer next time and turn up early.
Cons: Longer stay needed! Just the stop for m/cyclists, easy parking and lovely roads.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Only place in town. The restaurant dishes are ridiculously enormous

Pros: I liked specially the family like atmosphere and the very friendly attitude of the staff. Also, the location is very close to beaches and very typical asturian cousins. The hotel also has a quite good restaurant for lunch and dinner.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Very convenient for the airport. Close to a lovely beach. Pleasant staff. Not noisy at night. Good selection for breakfast. The hotel has attractive gardens.
Cons: Nothing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great 3 course evening meal with wine for 15e per head
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location for the Port and Airport very pleasant staff and facilities were excellent
Cons: Everything was perfect
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is close to the airport, approx a mile. Really good room, something like a room in a nice old castle or so. Nice bathroom too. Brilliant breakfast & friendly staff. Recommended.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very close to the airport & located 500 meters from a beautiful surfers beach. On Camino del Norte.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Hotel well placed for local airport and the main motorway. Good for one night stays. Staff very welcoming, although not much English spoken. Very good buffet breakfast. Plenty to choose, breakfast was included with room.
Cons: I have been to this hotel several times, and although clean the bathrooms are in need of a makeover, they are starting to look very shabby, especially the shower and baths, very dated and need to be replaced. Mould on the surrounds, and toilet not flushing properly. The restaurant nicely furnished. A set three course meal is available for 15 Euros, but was not very good. The Rioja wine included was good. Each time we have visited the hotel, the restaurant has been empty, not a good sign, although people staying at hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: An excellent hotel within easy reach of Asturias airport - directions were very easy to follow. The restaurant served an excellent set menu dinner, and the hotel was in a superb setting.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very handy for the airport, short walk to the beach. Friendly staff, clean comfortable no-frills room. They didn't laugh at our basic Spanish language skills either! Comfy bed.
Cons: As there was a wedding going on, we couldn't have our evening meal at the restaurant. However, they did suggest where else we could go nearby to eat instead, which was nice. They deliberately gave us a room on the front so we weren't disturbed by the wedding boisterousness at the back. However, the road is quite noisy and people stand outside the front door to smoke so it wasn't quite as considerate as they'd thought! But they'd tried.
7.5 Good
Pros: Outside was well kept and aesthetically nice
Cons: It was a little far from town and beach
