10.0 Excellent
Pros: The drive to the Old Pier Guest Accommodation is spectacular, but when you arrive there, your mouth will fall open at the beauty that lays before you. The Atlantic ocean view and mountains are truly a wonder of nature. Jackie welcomed us so warmly and offered a lovely pot of coffee, muffins and cookies. She gave us great tips for dinner, which we took and went to TP Tigh, delicious fish, chips and salad right at the ocean. Our room was stunning, the bed linen, the large velux windows at the front of the house with the most spectacular view of the sun set again, and landscapes, absolutely breath taking. The towels were soft and luxurious and the bathroom was also very nice. Shampoo and soaps provided. The BREAKFAST is absolutely 5 STAR.....so much variety of berries, apples, melons, grapes, cheeses, cereals, greek yogurt, the variety as a main course cooked to perfection: huge omelettes, Irish breakfast, salmon and scrambled eggs, pancakes, so on and so on!!! Fantastic coffee and friendly prompt service. We are coming back to stay here next year as it is heaven on earth!!! The best 60th Birthday gift I could have given myself was a stay at the Old Pier Guest Accommodation!
Cons: nothing this place is Perfection!

Really fantastic little place, would recommend to anyone walking the Dingle Way.

Pros: Nice place, lovely people, excellent breakfast

Pros: The breakfast was FANTASTIC. I had requested fresh fruit and yoghurt; the portion was huge and there were at least 6 diff fruits. My husband had full Irish and said it was the best ever. Homemade scones, brown bread and preserves to die for! Mary is an exceptional host; she should open a school on how to run a B&B. She even offered to pick us up from the pub!
Cons: Wish we could have stayed longer than the 2 nights! Location is 11 km from Dingle so wouldn’t want to get back after dark. We knew this in advance so no issue for us at all.

Cons: N/A
9.3 Excellent
Pros: We can’t drive, and Marine offered us a ride to the Dingle town and helped us renting the bikes. The house is very close to the stunning Brandon creek and within friendly biking distances to other attractions on the peninsula. Nice beds and excellent breakfast. Marine really wants us to have a good time and is always flexible and helpful.
Cons: Noise isolation is not great and some activities considered non-intrusive elsewhere is not accepted during quiet hours. Our bathroom is close to another guest room, and we can not shower or turn the extraction fan on after 10:00 p.m. However, the hosts are willing to help find solutions. There is a very clean public bathroom we can use for shower before 10:00 p.m. in addition to our own, which cuts the edge off.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location was fantastic with the sea and countryside on your doorstep. Breakfast was lovely and staff very helpful.
Cons: The description said there were views of the mountains but you could only get these by leaning out of the window. The views were really of the back of the pub and if you opened the window you got the smell of the kitchen.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Evening meal and breakfast in the pub attached to the property. I had hake in the evening, which was fantastic. The house is next to the fishing quay, so it was good to watch boxes of crabs being unloaded from boats. Lovely walk from the house out to the cliffs and rocks above the sea, as far as the next fishing village if you have the stamina.
Cons: Cracked window in the room, needs replacing.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were friendly. We had a fabulous room with a king size bed and superb views. The food was great, best scrambled eggs with smoked salmon for breakfast. Fantastic area for walking, loved the nearby cliffs, wished we'd stayed longer than 2 nights.
Cons: Leaving such a beautiful place ....... and parking which has already been mentioned.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The view from the accomodation is beautiful (see photo). Bar staff are friendly and hard-working. We had fish and chips and they were tasty. There are very peaceful surroundings in the morning. The shower in the bathroom was excellent.
Cons: Parking on a busy & sunny weekend for residents of the B&B is extremely difficult (there is no dedicated resident parking). The place is packed (picnic tables right next to the narrow road and people everywhere). The road is like a bottleneck which may result in having to park a good distance away. Breakfast was average. The bar next door can be extremely busy so be prepared to wait to eat if you are there in high season. As it was so busy it took us a good half hour to find someone to check us in.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The view from the room the price the staff everything was lovely!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Rita is the loveliest and most accommodating host, she couldn't have done more for us during our stay! The next time we are in Dingle there will be no question about where we will stay again!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The cottage is located amidst the mountains and is perfect if you are hiking the nearby Brandon mountain. Dingle is less than 10 minutes away by car. We loved the soft comfortable beds of the cottage which enabled us to have a very good rest at night. The host was friendly and nice.
Cons: There seems to be only 1 bathroom being shared by 3-4 rooms. It's usually quiet and available most of the times but can get busy during the mornings.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: If you want an authentic Irish Country experience with loads of charms and beautiful host/hostess who will just about do anything for you, this is the place.
Cons: Can’t think of anything. But if you’re looking for a “luxury” B&B with a private bathroom suite, this is not the place for you. It’s a small 200+ year old farm house that certainly cannot provide private BR facilities for each of the 4 bedrooms. But I never bumped into anyone, as guests are usually out and about doing their own thing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Charming cottage, amazingly hospitable host

Pros: The staff were great for my coeliac daughter
5.8 Okay
Pros: Location fantastic for touring.
Cons: Dining room was unclean. Finger mark's on doors leading to bar, glass unclean, , finger marks on glass cases and windows dirty. Spills and stains down glass dividing a table. Stainless steel teapots need cleaning, old and worn looking. Floor felt sticky. Bed throws looked untidy with lint on them. Attention to detail lacking in general. Wonderful location.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location, room size and bed count. Pub, breakfast/restaurant and staff were great.
Cons: One of the bed linens was threadbare and stained. Shower was tight and shower curtain floated into the shower area.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The room which was accessible was great.
Cons: Nothing
4.3 Okay
Cons: We booked 2 double rooms but we got one as such and the second one was enhanced for accommodating people with disabilities. That would have been ok but the room had a strong bad smell and the bathroom was way different in a bad way from the one they present the standard rooms have and it was in a bad shape too. The second room was better(no smell) but the bathroom had tiles missing and the shower curtain was dirty yellow-is. We were told those are the only 2 rooms left and that they are sorry, but we had the booking made more than 1 month advance. Nothing more nothing less. The place is way below what you think it is looking at the pictures they have. I’ve attached some pictures to back up my story.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Fabulous bedrooms, great breakfast in a beautiful part of the world
Cons: Dinner in the bar was poor
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The room was huge and we were able to add and extra twin mattress to accommodate our family of 5. It was a wonderful stay and the gentleman at the front desk was fantastic. Enjoyed being able to go downstairs for a drink and had a very filling breakfast in the morning.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Accommodation very comfortable, staff very attentive
Cons: Better not to have to travel 5 hours to Ballyferriter from Kilkenny!
