Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent and convenient location, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers. Many appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the comfortable and spacious rooms. However, cleanliness issues, such as cockroaches and outdated facilities, are frequently mentioned as areas needing improvement. The swimming pool was often unavailable due to maintenance, which disappointed some guests. Overall, the hotel offers good value for its location and service, but could benefit from upgrades and better housekeeping.AI-Generated from customer reviews
