The location was very good The hotel staff were not polite with customer and always argue with anything thing was saying they were not good dealing with people

Very clean hotel and rooms. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. This hotel ia an oasis within the activity and noise of Bangkok.

The location The WIFI connection was not always available...

location and the boutique stile of the hotel.Not to big like family stile.many arab customers but they are very pleasent and considerate.Taxi service to the airport good without any attempt to cach money.When i arrived I had a taxi from the airport to the hotel which was awful.Never again.Prefere limousine which becomes cheaper at the end. If the swimming pool would be outside its better but understand that the location does not allow....
