The pillows were nice and soft.
The toilet does not have a spray bidet, which is rather unusual for Thailand. There is construction going on close by. It can get loud.
Spacious room. Clean. Good breakfast. Good staff.
In the middle of a small alley. No bidet sprayer. Few hangers. Near a school.
The rooms are of a good size although basic. The aircon works well and is quite. . All the basic you expect. Cleaning staff attentive and very polite. Rooms well presented. Requested close rooms as with family all with no problems.
The staff did not check the booking, so tried to charge for breakfast again, easy to sort out. But then forgot to let reception know the next day so had to sort out again. not a big problem. Breakfast is very Asian style did not offer fresh eggs or omelettes just the buffet. Only 1 English TV channel - all very small things
The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the skytrain that connects with airport and Paya Thai metro station (connected by a corridor). Regarding the historic center (Grand Palace, Wat Arum, ...) you need tuk tuk, taxi or bus. Walking is an hour and a quarter. As soon as you leave the hotel, the tuk tuk drivers quickly ask you. The room does not have great luxuries but it is clean and functional to spend a few days in Bangkok. They give you two bottles of water daily. You also have cups and kettle to make coffees or infusions. You also have a dryer. Aprende a pronunciar
The area surrounding the hotel is under construction, so noises are heard early in the morning, apart from the room cleaning staff with their carts in the hallways.
The rooms were a good size and clean.
The staff are not what we have become used to in Thailand. They were difficult to communicate with, offered differing advice and rarely smiled. We were particularly annoyed that we were not allowed a refund for breakfast because we checked out the night before due to a 2am flight. When we asked the day before the receptionist said yes but when it came to it we were told we needed to ask before 2pm, and they had no record of our previous request. A word of advice please hold onto your deposit receipt (1000 baht per room) as they will not refund without it.
