10.0 Excellent
Pros: This place had an amazing feel to it , very relaxing . The staff were very friendly and nothing too much trouble. My daughter and I were sick and Annie looked after us like a mother nursing her child. She even went out to the pharmacy to get our medicine. Thank you dr Annie . The room was amazing , very peaceful and relaxing. Comfy beds and clean rooms . Excellent WiFi
Cons: The shower water pressure wasn’t that good and the breakfast omelette wasn’t either.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The veranda room is very beautiful. The garden gives you an excellent sense of relaxation. The design is thoughtfully designed down to the last detail.
Cons: Breakfast could be a little more generous. They are building two tall buildings that will end up blocking the view: what a pity!
4.2 Okay
Pros: View from the room was very nice. Atmosphere could be very cosy, if they improve some small habits/things Photos on booking are real
Cons: My fifth time in the Philippines, the worst of all: General: Very loud, directly on the main road. Not friendly staff at all. Wifi: basically yes, but not in the rooms. It's basically a house of a family with guest rooms on the 1st floor Room: Faucet had mold... Good luck to wash yourself (POISIONING) Water in the shower, sometimes just stops for undefined time... No fridge, no safe (but you need to pay in cash) Unconfortable, small bed. Pillows were bunched, not nice at all. Towel change? Not even at request. But our own beachtowel just disappeared... No change or cleaning of the used cups in the room A lot of decorations, which have no use or sense just collecting the dust Aircon: doesn't work BTW 8pm-11pm Restaurant: Not even one trained waiter. If you order breakfast menu including coffee and juice, you have to order coffee and juice separately In the toilet of the restaurant there are skeletons near the baisin, razor near the soap, 1towel for 4days. Even after complaining, staff and "booking manager" where refusing all issues. I got a discount of approx 3% 580€, 4 nights for 2people... However elnido is great :) lot of new hotels under construction, check them out.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Cool look about the place
Cons: Expensive for what you get compared to other places close by , no breakfast included, building site next door, staff not that friendly, no fresh drinking water in your room we had to ask and the glasses were dirty

Pros: Breakfast was good and we really liked the garlic bread. The staff was also very friendly and helped us if we needed reccomandations. Our room was super nice and fortunately the air conditioning worked well! We also had a lovely terrace where we could spend our evenings at. All in all: i would totally book this hotel again.

Pros: Good location. Close to the beach. 5 mins walk
Cons: The shower is really slow. And lights in the room not bright.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Outstanding location and environment, It's hard to ask for more. The beach is amazing. Staff are friendly and service minded. Good drinks and food. I strongly recommend to do the sunset or sunrise hike. The view is fantastic. Airport transfer to and from the hotel is included.
Cons: No pool service at all. Breakfast was ok, could have been better. We did an island hopping tour, the tour was great but VERY expensive (cost more than 500 USD for 8 h). We had a lagoon villa and the AC was blowing right in your face when you sleep.
1.0 Poor
Cons: Poor customer service and greedy owner. Please stay far away and book elsewhere as they won't even consider a refund during a pandemic. So you can forget about them giving you a refund for any other type of situation. Sad considering they call themselves a "high end" resort... Oh they will offer you to rebook within 24 months and that's them being "flexible" but if most of you are like us.. a trip this expensive and once in a lifetime (3 weeks long) is hard to save up for again, if even possible. Considering the pandemic, we lost a lot of money while being forced to stay in Manila and pay for new hotels as well as booking and paying an earlier flight home.. Thankfully a ton of other smaller businesses/airlines/hotels have granted us refunds in this hard time even though it was against their policy as well. Strongly recommend booking elsewhere!! There are other resorts who will be fair and offer you a refund, believe me. Not worth the possible loss you will take booking here. It isn't cheap!! Stay away.

8.7 Excellent (360 reviews)

When you a stay at Matinloc Resort in El Nido, you'll be near the bay, within a 5-minute walk of Bacuit Bay and Miniloc Island Beach. Featured amenities include a business center, a 24-hour front desk, and luggage storage. A roundtrip airport shuttle is complimentary (available on request).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We have enjoyed the location and surrounding island small places of the resort so much, the view was fantastic, the landscape and all the nature around absolutely beautiful! We had lots of fun there as well by doing different things and activities such as lagoon trip - the most enjoyable and entertaining day of our life and also the landscapes we saw were stunning and ones of the most beautiful places on earth to visit. Our guides were enjoying together with us and other trip crew members along with us by singing, dancing, joking around a lot so this was the very nice thing to remember about the trip.
Cons: It’s definitely too expensive for an Asian country, but due to the location which is a private island and also for being the only restaurant/resort on the island, the prices were 4/5 times higher than the rest of the local places where we could eat or use other types of services - this reason is why this was understandable, however prices are up too high and that is not something that tourists expect when they get there for sure. Some of the waiters can’t speak English so well, a bit clumsy sometimes about the requests and we had to explain so much for simple questions. The communication with reception staff was much better of course.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel, perfect staff, excellent service and the rooms are really big and comfort. We had a really nice stay at Mantiloc Hotel. I recommend!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing place. Such a beautiful location that really blew our minds when we arrived. It was quiet when we were there due to the virus, but i was so glad we made it. Snorkelling off the reef is amazing (corals are right up there) and it’s nice they let you use kayaks for free.
Cons: Only a couple of minor things. The private tours are expensive when you get there (much more than if you go from el nido) - however I’ll admit we didn’t do them because the snorkelling on the reef outside is so good you don’t necessarily need to. Also I heard they were better as fewer people than the mass organised trips. One further thing was that they DO NOT SERVE ALCOHOL! This In itself is fine. However not everyone was aware. Also they took us to a bottle shop before which was pretty expensive. On the way back in El Nido we found another shop half the price (they told us that was the only place we could buy...). Make sure you insist on the cheaper shop. But please don’t let this put you off visiting.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our stay here was the highlight of our trip to Palawan. Booked t at the last minute and so glad we did! The staff is incredible and so accommodating. Our server most of the time was Deo, he was a very well spoken, kind and very friendly young man. He was so helpful and made sure our trip was over and above excellent. The boat tour we booked through The resort was much more expensive than the ones from El Nido, however, it was so worth it. Our guide, Elmer was so great and his support staff was so wonderful as well. The trip was personalized and catered to our group very well. We took kayaks out for fun and saw beautiful sights. The snorkeling in front of the resort was great if you swim out a bit. We were so impressed with our suite as well. Advertised as a "partial ocean view" but we weren't missing much!! We saw it all and witnessed some incredible sunrises from our balcony. Room was clean, cozy and so luxurious. Every need was met. I could go on for days...it is truly heaven on earth at Matinloc Resort.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Such an amazing place. Staff soooooo nice, professional, welcoming. Made it a please to stay there.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: First and foremost, very friendly and hospitable staff members. The setting is absolutely stunning, worth the bumpy ride there. Highly recommend the lagoon tour; private if possible. Facilities are top class, and coral reef snorkelling is just at your doorstep- amazing!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly and accommodating staff. Good selection of food. The actual amenities (compared to the marketing photos) did not disappoint. Good location. Quiet and relaxing. Definitely worth the price!
Cons: Room is serviced every day, however, they do not give as many towels as they collect.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Peace, quiet and isolation
Cons: Only found out about no alcohol policy after booking however BYO and no corkage is OK. Not a problem for our party but should be highlighted.
Cadlao Resort And Restaurant - El Nido - Pool

8.2 Excellent (592 reviews)
Overview Reviews

8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very courteous. Decent breakfast. Room ac, bedding and outside facilities such as water dispensers, swimming pools etc were all good. Beautiful view overlooking the beach, saw one of my most memorable sunset here. The drop off and pick up to and from the town was convenient as well.
Cons: Our room lock/key required quite a bit of attempts to make it work. The wifi was choppy, worked well sometimes, didn't work at all at other times. It didn't work in the washroom at all. The value for money, compared to other resorts we stayed in Philippines (other cities Coron and Panglao) was not at good as we got better facilities and environments in the same price range.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Quiet, nice location away from town but close enough to walk in. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Cons: Water pressure in the showers could have been better.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful location and very nice staff. It’s about a 10-15 min walk from downtown but the staff is very accommodating in rides.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: location, kept all tidy and organized, staff super friendly and accommodating, food selection is amazing with huge portions
Cons: not beachfront resort where one can lay under the sun but it gets compensated with island hopping tours
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The pool was amazing! View was amazing! Room was very comfortable and always clean. The staff went above and beyond for us, especially since we had to leave so early. They helped arrange, food, drinks and transfers to the airport early in the morning which we were so grateful for.
Cons: We prefer more of a buffet style breakfast as opposed to choosing an option off a menu as sometimes what was on the menu we didn't really want, but had to have. A TV in the room would have been nice, especially after unwind in after a big day.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Easy excursions right off our beach, beautiful grounds and the views are unbeatable!
Cons: Beach sellers and not much drinking water offered in the room.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is located at the center of the town. It is very near good restaurants and cafes. We stayed at the family room with sea view. The view at our veranda is exquisite and we could hear the waves day and night.
Cons: The hotel restaurant is only open during breakfast. The variety and taste of the food is not that good
6.3 Good
Pros: The location
Cons: Breakfast could have more variety. No hot water.
7.1 Good
Pros: Good room, right on the waters edge.. great location to all bars and restaurants ... no loss of power !!!!
Cons: Bathroom, toilet a bit out dated but this is not a negative comment.... I think it is over priced but I was there in early January...
7.0 Good
Pros: Nice view. Staff could not have been more helpful and patient. Prices of the trips booked from here are in line with the prices from shops in the town. El Nido town is very pleasant to walk around in the evening due to traffic closed off to the centre pedestrian area from 6pm. It has nice shops and restaurants, especially seafood.
Cons: We had a ground floor apartment at the Eastern end of the Hotel. Quite a noisy location. Beach vendors try to sell you things the instant you leave your room which also gives security concerns. Noisy taxis use their horns all night. Although right next to the beach, you can't swim here. We were told the water is too polluted and the boat traffic is high.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: The view, but not the smell of seaweed!
Cons: Sliding doors to Balcony were broken with no handle and no way to lock it. Bathroom lights & toilet faulty. Mattress only covered with my bedsheet; no mattress protector. Breakfast choice poor. I asked to speak to the Manager but he was never available. The hotel was full so I couldn't switch rooms. The only redeeming factor of this place was it's view apart from smell of seaweed. The hotel appears to have received a warning about disposal of its water/waste, not mentioned when I booked.
7.1 Good
Pros: View, location
Cons: The bed was not comfortable, no cattle,
5.8 Okay
Pros: Location was great. Breakfast was poor
Cons: No hot water for shower and poor breakfast selection at least for western visitors

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great Location Staff takes care of you in any way possible (solve every problem, activity manager to plan your stay, they even bring you bedtime stories) Cleanliness Environmental friendly
Cons: Food can be improved
6.3 Good
Pros: Benji was the best employee by far and definitely deserves a raise! Unfortunately his only job seems to be greeting you taking you to your destination. The food was generally okay (drinks are expensive) that being said sunny side up eggs and room service meals were a step too far for the chef while we visited. Me and a friend choose this hotel to relax for a few nights after a 14 day trip with a larger group. We were relaxed by and in ore of the surroundings, which are extremely beautiful. The tours are included, unfortunately we were not informed fishing was available as that is something we would have definitely been up for. (It is in the book in your room, bear in mind it’s 30 degrees so easily missed if you don’t know) When you arrive you are warmly greeted (with a song) to then be told of the sustainability and environmental efforts being undertaken, which is good, but you could also be better informed of things to stop you going out of your mind.
Cons: We visited during the corona scares so I expect it was quieter than usual, that being said it is without doubt the most quiet place I have ever been to, with not a lot going on except the tours which are overcrowded tourist spots. It is a 100% couples a couples retreat, I’m not sure what age up to as some of the heat and activities may be harder for 55+ especially the hike over the island which was by far our favourite part. Whilst there we got to see a huge monitor lizard & monkeys (it is properly hot and humid so be prepared if you are older or unfit) Also it could do with a tidy that side of the island as there is rubbish everywhere and they are apparently keen on that sort of thing. It did it’s job, we got refreshed, just felt a little like I was marooned on an island with not a lot going on and handed a big bill at the end, which could have been avoided if we had chosen somewhere with better routes in/out of mainland.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: I love everything in this resort. the staff are all lovely and attentive with all your needs. the boat tour guides are exellent. The food are all tasty and fresh everyday. I want to thank to John Sanders and to the chef Carlos they make our short stay amazingly beautiful and Ron who look after me when I'm not feeling well he make sure I have my lugaw and also to the lady doctor thank you for making me feel safe.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was really awesome. They all made us feel welcome and very special.
7.0 Good
Pros: the lake in the middle is nice
Cons: no wifi on our room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: All islands tours were nice with very good prices and the snorkeling at miniloc island that they get us with a tour was incredible!!!also we saw monkeys around the resort and it was amazing. I really enjoyed the massage with a girl named Jane my husband also enjoyed the foot massage with another girl. Jane was really professional!!
Cons: The only thing was that you can’t swim just in front of the hotel however you can go cayak (free from the hotel )for not more than 15 minutes to the nearest small but really nice beach

8.3 Excellent
Pros: It was beautiful and the pool was very nice.
Cons: You couldn’t access the beach, the breakfast was not good, not great options didn’t even have toast for the eggs.
7.9 Good
Pros: The property is great, currently under construction/refurbishment so there is a little building mess around the grounds. But otherwise the rooms are good the view is the best possibly in El nido!
Cons: The only fault is the pool was quite “dirty” with many many dead bugs and the washing service was exorbitant at $56 Aud for 25 items! But very superficial.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Room and staff
Cons: No beach for swimming
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Staff is very attentive and can always be seen around cleaning and organizing things.
Cons: Breakfast wasn't that great. should probably let people know power will be off during certain hours. Just so it's not a surprise

Pros: It was peaceful and quiet. Breakfast was good (not many options but you can still have a cup of coffee and 2-3 kinds of fruits with nice view). Especially, we liked a bar. Good music, happy hour:)) We enjoyed our stay. Thanks
Cons: Birds were very loud in the early morning.
El Nido Resorts Miniloc Island - El Nido - Bedroom
12
9.3 Excellent (457 reviews)
Overview Reviews
Located in El Nido, Miniloc Island Resort is near the bay, within a 5-minute walk of Seven Commando Beach and Payong-Payong Beach. Featured amenities include a business center, laundry facilities, and a library. Event facilities at this resort consist of a conference center and a meeting room. A roundtrip airport shuttle is complimentary (available 24 hours).
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Convenient location on the same island as some “must see” attractions in El Nido area like Big and Small Lagoons so seeing them is easy and included in the list of free activities. Recent renovations have resulted in modern, clean and comfortable rooms and a beautiful medium-size swimming pool. Young staff is generally enthusiastic, smiling and polite. Three meals a day and transportation from and to the airport are included for all. Free welcome bottle of wine is a nice touch. The resort has a nice, informal vibe. Many guests arrive in larger groups celebrating anniversaries and other events with extended, often multigenerational families. This is a place for amateurs of swimming, boating, kayaking, snorkeling.and other water activities. The surrounding scenery of rocky islands everywhere is unique and breathtaking. Book activities early and bring a water-proof camera.
Cons: One element for possible criticism is food. On one hand you definitely won’t get hungry as the selection of dishes is decent and changes every day. On the other hand, few items appear exciting, well seasoned and of high quality considering the generally high standard (and cost) of the resort. Morning coffee is average at best, croissants can be old and Western-style cold cuts are sparse. At meal times guests seem to be going in circles around the buffet counters trying to find something interesting. Even some Filipino guests we spoke to echoed these sentiments regarding the selection of their national dishes. Overall this is admittedly nit picking and it will not ruin your stay.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Look no further. If you’re traveling from far away, spend the money and stay here. Best place in El Nido /Palawan.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff, the location was remote, peaceful family friendly it was wonderful.
Cons: Typhoon warning held back a lot of the activities. Out of the hotel control
6.0 Good
Pros: Best location in El Nido. You can kayak to Small and Big Lagoons, Secret Lagoons, and other secluded beaches. One of the best snorkeling sites is in front of the resort. The staff were friendly. Clean facility. Great bartenders and cocktails. Eco-friendly. Great excursions.
Cons: The place needs a major update. I think it was built in the 1980s and stayed there. It's becoming frayed around the edges. You can see some things are not well maintained. Food is variable but mostly over grilled or overcooked. Wine selection is mediocre to poor.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Most memorable time from my trip to the Philippines. Right from the reception you receive upon arrival, to the day you leave, it’s top class and thoroughly recommend.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location is particularly amazing. Landscape integrated Architecture is good. Service and management smart non-intrusive and flexible. Guides are aware and very kind.
Cons: No other dining proposal than buffet.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location is amazing and the nice options for your schedule during your stay
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Miniloc Island is exceptional. There is a daily activity programme for boat trips/snorkeling/lagoon tours/jackfish feeding which is all included in the room cost, along with being able to take out a kayak or paddleboard at any time and explore the other nearby uninhabited islands. We even saw a turtle when we were snorkeling by the hotel! The staff are wonderful and the rooms are clean and comfortable (but not the largest). It's not the kind of place that you spend much time in your room so it didn't bother us, but I could imagine some would be disappointed with the room sizes with the cost per night. I'm vegetarian so it was difficult for me to find vegetarian food throughout our trip in the Philippines, but Miniloc always have two vegetarian dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. (One normally vegetables, the other carbs). The food did get a little repetitive for me, but i would imagine if you eat meat/fish then there is a lot of choice and it looked good quality. Some of the best we came accross in the Philippines.
Cons: The rooms are smaller than you would expect for the cost per night, but are clean and comfortable and have everything you need.

Cons: Water in the bathroom was brown for almost half a day. When I asked the front desk, she said that they replace one of the water tank and no apologies. Seems like she does not care. We booked 5 rooms, we are all tired but she did not let us check in a little earlier than 2:00 PM even all those rooms are not occupied and they are ready. We travel a lot and all the hotels we use, they do accommodate us for early check in if the room is available. The staff on this Hotel need some customer service training....A lot!

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly personnel, clean and enough space in the room. Good wifi connection
6.3 Good
Pros: Positives of the hotel: - Location is central- Walking distance to the Beach front, shops, bars, restaurants, Excursion agencies (Excursion tours also offered at hotel - prices are fixed everywhere) and free shuttle bus service to Lio beach very close by at the bus stop on the left as you exit the hotel entrance. - Reception staff (APRIL especially) /Housekeeping were friendly, helpful and very accommodating. - Beds / Pillows were comfortable with clean bedding. - Air Conditioning worked well, however, it was noisy and water drips. - Wifi worked well in the lobby area but not so well in the bedrooms. - Water dispensers provided on every floor accept the fifth floor (Ensure tap water is not used as drinking water or to brush your teeth). - Rooms were cleaned daily and were relatively clean with air freshener sprayed to disguise any bad smells. - Breakfast was okay (Pancakes were my preferred choice) but fruits were limited to banana & occasionally watermelon. Coffee was disgusting. Squash juice is also provided along with lemon water.
Cons: Negatives of the hotel: - When booking via booking.com we had to secure room booking by paying a 50% deposit via PayPal incurring an additional 6% Charge. This was not advertised and we were notified via an email from Coral Cliff hotel once booking was made on booking.com. So, we proceeded and were charged an additional 6%. On arrival at the hotel we paid the remaining balance, however, if credit card used a further charge is added. Unfortunately, hotel is unable to charge credit card without guests present unlike other hotels. This was an inconvenience. Be cautious!!! - No elevator: definitely not suitable for families or guests with walking difficulties. - Breakfast Choice is limited and guests need to pre-order - breakfast options every day at reception. - Shower: water was smelly and the bathroom tiles are not clean or hygienic. Bathrooms are in desperate need of renovation. - TV: Channels did not work properly due to no aerials being available. - If rooms key is lost/stolen a penalty charge of Php 500 (£7.63) must be paid. Only one key is provided. - Not all rooms have a private balcony so request corner rooms as these have balconies
5.4 Okay
Pros: 10 minutes walking distance from the ferry port and 1 minute to the main walking area where many restaurants are located. The staff at the reception is friendly. Bed is comfortable, although we almost didn’t sleep due to street noise. Happy to have spent only one night here as we were transitioning.
Cons: It really lacks maintenance, the mosaic floor in the room is uneven and you can really hurt yourself. Only shower towels were provided, no hand towels. You hear everything that is going on outside, window open or closed is almost the same. We had a couple of ants in our room. Safe was not working. No breakfast option if you leave before 5:00 am, not even fruit was made available.
7.0 Good
Pros: Good place for a short stay. Location is great
Cons: We rented a bike at the reception which had a broken speedometer and breakers didn't work good.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Great staff and helpful. That’s very important to me.
Cons: The floor was not constructed right. Problem for me as I’m an engineer
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Arlene was excellent in helping us from day one. She arranged our tours, our transport, our laundry, and answered our copious amounts of questions to the best of her ability. She was not 9nly knowledgeable about El Nido but also surrounding areas, which was very helpful.
Cons: The air-conditioning unit was great but very very loud. Also, it would have been ideal to have air-conditioning or more fans in the reception/dining area.
4.2 Okay
Pros: Staff is friendly, breakfast was ok.
Cons: We didn’t expect much, but we were still very dissapointed. The room was small and overlooked a building site - it felt quite depressing. There was mold all over the walls, and we didn’t even use the shower because we felt the bathroom was too dirty. On top of that, the noise from the street and airconditioning unit kept me up all night. We were glad we were only staying for one night.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff went above and beyond to help.gave us a brilliant recommendation for our anniversary dinner.just genuine good people. Great location

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Overall, a great stay. My favorite part of the stay is the food. I loved their buffet breakfast options. My friends and I would get some grub, and sit outside, chat, eat, and people watch below every morning for breakfast. Outside breakfast, the other food provided by the restaurant was pretty freaking good. A bit pricier than that most of the other restaurants in town, but definitely worth it. They have traditional Filipino dishes (e.g., crispy pata, kare kare, etc.), which was surprisingly actually a little hard to find in the downtown area. Totally recommend their pork sisig and crispy pata!
Cons: Don't have much I didn't like. Maybe a few touch ups to small details in the room amenities, especially in the bathroom (the craftsmanship of the fixtures can be better).
6.0 Good
Pros: Big room, perfect location, the staff was really nice. Definitely the most 'luxurious' hotel in the area.
Cons: The pool is small (it was really calm during our stay in the hotel, so for us the size was fine - but i can imagine if there were more people the size of the pool can be challenging!) If you wanted to have breakfast around 10 am there was not much left. The Wi-Fi was so slow, Sometimes there was a funky smell in the hallway of the pool. On the room we missed a thing were we could let our towels dry, and a do not disturb sign for the door. The cleaning service could also improve.
7.9 Good
Pros: Nice rooms, helpful and friendly staff, rooftop pool
Cons: Rooms are not soundproof, lots of noise from the street and hotels generator.
7.0 Good
Pros: Friendly staff, good breakfast and clean room.
Cons: The room smelled musty. This is most likely because the air conditioning gets turned on when you enter and then off when you leave the room. When the air conditioning unit gets turned on the smell goes away. I don't think there is much the place can do about the smell.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I love this hotel. The staff were very accommodating. The staff in the pool area and buffet area were very friendly. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very yummy. This hotel is highly recommended for those people who want to splurge a little bit. I also love how this hotel is within the road but it feels like it’s secluded.
7.1 Good
Pros: Spectacular pool view. Staff were helpful.
Cons: Breakfast is very limited. Breakfast should include a wide variety of european/american dishes given that most guests are not Filipino. 10 min walk to El Nido town.

Pros: Wonderful place to unwind. Such a beautiful place! Excellent and clean cottages on a plateau overlooking the seaview. You can experience a beautiful sunrise view every morning. The beach and food was great with nice staff. There is a kite surfing area nearby. Great place for honeymoon” They arrange island hopping tours or motorbike tours. Highly recommended to those who wants avoid overcrowded tours!
Cons: None
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The food was delicious and the prices were good. The view to the sea was amazing. The personnel were very nice everyone without exception
Cons: There is not a lot of transportation to El Nido, so if you go stay at Sibaltan it would be a good option for you to rent a motorcycle in El Nido
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent cottages overlooking very calm east bay with wonderful sunrise every morning, great place for honeymoon
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing place to come Down, nice kitesurfing spot directly on The beach, great food and amazing and friendly staff. As we booked 6 nights we Got on The Last evening a special romantic dinner.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent cottages overlooking the very calm east bay with wonderful sunrise every morning, wonderful beach with great restaurants, the owner is very welcoming and helpful when you need to organize a lift there or around, book tours or motorbike, great food in the restaurant with great staff, would come here for honeymoon :)
Cons: Electricity didn't work during the day, wifi also not always, it took sometimes almost 2h by shared van to get there from El Nido
5.8 Okay
Pros: The garden and overview of the sea were nice.
Cons: After booking we got an offer to get booked a transfer from El Nido town. We were happy and took the offer, sadly we didn’t get any confirmation after that nor was a reservation being made. Furthermore we were not being consulted well regarding tours. Neither was the stuff willing to find other guests for a possible private tour. They didn‘t care at all. We haven‘t experienced such a low guest experience involvement in any other hotel in se Asia. The bathroom was rather dirty. We had a really big spider in the bathroom and ants on the balcony but this might be something you have to cope with in nature.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice big huts/bungalows. Clean facilities. Great restaurant with nice people. Nice view over some hills and the sea.
6.7 Good
Pros: Total isolation from the town, very peaceful and quiet. It was windy so there was no need for us to have air conditioning or fans. Lots of hammock everywhere. Restaurant food is pretty standard. They have a bidet in the shared bathrooms, which is surprising.
Cons: Nothing much to do. The nearby beach is dirty and no easy accessible transportation to the town unless you rent a tricycle or book a van in advance. The WiFi isn’t working great as well. No cellular reception unless you have a Globe SIM card which works wonderful in the area.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The view from our room was gorgeous and we had a beautiful balcony to sit on. Some hammocks around. The food was great if you order basic food like pancakes or local food. The other food we ordered that was more international was really strange. The staff was super nice! They should all get a raise.
Cons: We didn’t know there was a water bottle fill up and we were so thirsty and buying plastic bottles. Just a miscommunication but would have been nice if they told us. The room was okay, but a little stuffy. It could use a deep clean in the wall and redo of the insulation, a little old and worn from being in the jungle. Kind of alive if you know what I mean. Just keep your items protected from the gecko poo. Great mosquito net though. The view made up for it! Please note that this is very far from el nido! We knew but didn’t realize how far.

4.0 Okay
Cons: The nest was extremely overpriced. You expect high quality experience for what the stay charge is. The restaurant food was very poor and overpriced. The day of our last night the staff forgot to stock toilet paper in our room and we noticed the sheets changed had blood spot stains. Would not recommend to others.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The view from the pool is amazing which looks out onto the sea. The pool was very clean and the food from the restaurant was really nice including the cocktails. The bed was comfy and the pillows were very soft. I like how there was guest kit in the bathroom in case you forget any of your toiletries. There was also a mini bar and tea making facilities in the room.
Cons: There’s nothing I would fault
8.0 Excellent
Pros: 1. View of sunset at the beach 2. Buffet breakfast is simple but tasty 3. Staffs are friendly and polite. 4. Complimentary transport by modified tricycle to and from airport/ferry terminal. 5. Complimentary transport by modified tricycle to and from town (Service ends @ 2200). 6. Room is spacious. 7. Hotel restaurant serves delicious food. 8. Near to pick up point island hopping tours. 9. Many washing point to clean your feet before returning back to room (which is lacking in most beach resort).
Cons: 1. Located along the beach where it is only accessible by narrow dirt road on motorbike or modified tricycle. 2. It is a 20 minutes walk to town and the path is dark and quiet at night. 3. Although a beach resort, the beach is not swimmable due to shallow sea and rocks. 4. Room toilet is cramp.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff make it easy from arranging transport, recommendations for tours, airport shuttle and massage by the beach if you like too.
Cons: The location is just a bit outside the night life of the city and after the 10pm shuttle there are a few too many wild dogs on the pathway.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: swimming pool and sunset
Cons: location is hard to get to. food at the restaurant is mediocre at the best. the wine we ordered tasted like vinegar. when raised the issue, the waitress apologized and replaced it with another bottle. but during checkout, I was charged for both bottles.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: bed is extra comfy
Cons: we like everything
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff is so kind and helpful. The place is gorgeous with an INCREDIBLE view and only a 15 min tricycle ride (PHP150) from the town proper. It is right next to Corong Corong beach so you pretty much have a private beachfront 2 mins from your room (I found the Corong Corong much nicer than the main beach in town). Breakfast is great. All in all, I would love to stay here again!
Cons: There are a lot of stairs to get up to the room. It was fine for young folks like us but older guests might have trouble climbing up the stairs.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great location, very helpful staff, amazing view from the restaurant
Cons: Quite a fitness activity to get to the restaurant :)
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff are very friendly, efficient, and fast with their services. It's very near (literally just across the street) to Vanilla beach where you can watch the best sunset in El Nido (or you could watch it on the hotel's restaurant located at the top of the premises)
Cons: The steps leading to the rooms are so long. I traveled with an elder woman and a small child so it was an effort to go up and down. Otherwise it was a very very good experience.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The view was absolutely gorgeous. It was a treat to draw back the curtains and look out the window in morning. The hotel is located right outside of El Nido proper, so it was a lot quieter and had a more relaxing vibe. It is located right across the street from the beautiful beach. The staff were so friendly, thoughtful, and accommodating. We had some last minute tour requests, and they were able to make the necessary arrangements for us for the next morning. They even had motorcycles that you could rent for 700 php for a whole day. That was a fun and quick way to get around. Our last morning, we had to check out early in the morning to catch our flight, so they even packed us sandwiches for breakfast on the road. The food at the restaurant was delicious and clean. The rooms were pretty and well-kept.
Cons: The power cuts off from 10am-3pm. This didn't turn out to be too big of a problem because we were usually out during that time. There is no wifi in the rooms, and it is spotty in the common areas, so expect an unplugged stay. (Also not a problem because there are so many other things to do and enjoy). Lastly, if you are afraid of bugs, be prepared to share the room with little critters like insects and lizards. They didn't really bother us, but as city kids it took some getting used to.
6.7 Good
Pros: The hotel view from the top most part is splendid..breath taking scenery you want to sit there and relax..
Cons: The first thing i checked was the toilet and I was not happy about it....
5.0 Okay
Pros: Suite room with view
Cons: Construction work Ants in room Shower wasn’t good
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved the location itself as it was close to El Nido Town Proper and just 5 mins away from the longest Zipline in El Nido. The staff was also friendly and very helpful. The buffet for breakfast was delicious. We availed their dinner candlelit for two and it was worth every single penny. The view was picturesque and the food was more than what we expected. In overall, the place was superb and we will surely come back for our third time!!!
Cons: There is nothing that we didnt like. Everything was amazing especially the trek to go to the room.
