Perfect Stay

Location was #1 for this hotel is right by the Sants train station which had a train straight into the airport, and just a two minute walk to the metro station which is a quick ride to the heart of town and port if your're going on a cruise. The employees were helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and simple but had everything you could need during a hotel stay. We stayed 2 different nights and the balcony views of the city was excellent. The roof top bar serves an amazing sangria amongst other things but that was our favorite. The breakfast buffet was perfect and the coffee was beyond anything I could expect. We would stay here again!

Got to be more alert when people enter hotel, you should not assume they are costumers. Maybe ask fir ID

Location and friendly staff

Everything was good.Just a little bit noisy until 1:00 am because our room was under the terrace.

Will never go there again

Staff was rude. Poor quality. The worst quality of beds. I still have back pain from sleeping there. It felt like if I was in a motel

Because it's usually what I want and expect

Location in immediate proximity to the central rail station with direct service to the airport blesses any enterprise. The desk is covered 24 hours and a taxi to the airport if necessary is not too expensive. Rooms are clean. Beds are firm. Staff is friendly. Prices are modest. What's not to like? Catching a flight needs no surprises.
