The hotel itself is nice and clean. The location was a bit far from certain sights (30-40 min walk to Sagrada Familia and same for Gothic Quarter). All of the staff was great with the exception of the overnight male front desk agent. Having worked in hospitality since 2009 I aware that any type of overnight shift can be hard and tiring.
