The staff were really friendly and welcoming. The location was brilliant. Small but comfortable, well furnished rooms.
It was a bit hot in the room but I just adjusted the heating and opened the window for a bit. A little street noise overnight.
bacon and scrambled eggs at breakfast - excellent!!!! Very good coffee, too. Room felt like home from home - quirky, spread out on several levels so didn't feel claustrophobic despite being quite small. V. helpful reception staff.
Would have liked food service beyond c.9pm as i was working late.
I like the modern decor in the hotel.
That the car park was about a 5-10 walk away from the hotel.
staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and nice.
there are many stairs and no elevators and this was a little difficult for my parents to navigate with their luggage
The hotel was really central, the rooms were super clean and well presented, the staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was really good.
Very friendly staff. Brilliant central location.
The staff were all very nice and friendly. The hotel is very close to the Royal National Hospital for Rheumatic Diseases, which is why we chose it. My wife is an outpatient at this hospital, and disabled. The hotel staff could not have been more helpful. The beds were comfortable too.
Modern but not overpowering. No surprises. Everything was as stated in the information provided in the website. The stuff was very friendly and informative. Overall, a very good experience. Will definitely use this hotel again
Bed was somewhatr soft, causing damage to back
The bathroom was a good spec. Good to have sky movies
Nothing - good value for the price
