Employees are all friendly and very welcoming
The three pound dinner
The room is very dim and the bunk bed is cheaply made and whenever someone moves it made noises. The dining area is right next to the kitchen which was full of greasy smell and not a comfortable place to have food at.
Absolutely love the area and the breakfast they offer.
What I liked the most was the staff. Every body was really pleasent. Also, although the bathroom was shared, it was very cleaned. And finally, I was very glad because breakfast was included in the price and I could have a tea or a coffee in every moment without additional cost.
The only thing that I didn’t like was that while I was in my room and I could listen other people conversation outside, in the rooms near to us. However, despite I only spent a night there, it was a great experience, and I will come back.
Staff was friendly and check in was smooth. Breakfast is cooked to order which is unusual for most hostels!Location is good for Botanic about 10min walk to Botanic train station.
Lack of consistency when allocating specific beds. I spoke to 2 other guests who til m they were told to pick any free bed while simultaneously you get a piexe of paper with specific allocated bed number. That caused a lot of confusion ans one od the guest unhappy about his bed was rather aggressive at 2,30am in the morning disturbed everyone's sleep. The fact that kitchen and common room closes at midnight.
