Pros. The fact that the rooms did not have carpet
Cons. The staff. One of the staff members became borderline hostile. Based on this alone this hotel should be pulled from the app.
Pros. Check in staff was friendly and let us check in an hour ahead of time which was great. Short drive to down town.
Cons. I decided not to go with the cheapest hotel option and picked the econo lodge at a higher price. I was underwhelmed. It felt like I had picked the cheapest place possible. The room, while clean enough, was well worn. No conditioner available, just shampoo. Beds were very firm and uncomfortable for us both. Street noise was loud, I could hear traffic all night. Also noise from the restaurant/lounge just across the parking lot. The continental breakfast was very limited - English muffins, oatmeal, packaged mini muffins, clemintines. That was it. Nothing went horribly wrong, but I’ll be booking somewhere else next time.

Pros. I liked that it had a heater so I could adjust it at night to keep me warm. I also enjoyed the simple breakfast offered in the morning. All in all, very attentive staff. I'd recommend it. :)
Cons. The one thing I didn't enjoy was how loud the people in the room up stairs were at 1am. it was almost an everyday thing. But I was able to zone it out after a while.

Bugs and hair found on sheets in the room, and when this was brought to the attention of the hotel staff, they denied that the photos were taken at this hotel -- despite clear photos of the comforter and room. Christine, the front desk employee, was rude and dismissive. I booked this room for an employee at the last minute on Memorial Day weekend (should have known it would be awful since it had availability), and he couldn't even stay in the room, which the staff refused to clean before his second night. Next time I'll use a different service and will be filing a chargeback on my card.
