Excellent 10.0
Pros: From the moment we arrived, this hidden gem in the centre of Bergerac exceeded all our expectations. Our hosts could not have been more delightful and helpful, answering all our questions and giving advice on what Bergerac had to offer. Our room was more than exceptional, a sheer delight - the bed and bed linen are of 5-star quality and our room had excellent facilities. The gardens and swimming pool were made for relaxing and our breakfast was quite frankly, the best breakfast ever! Our only regret, we didn't book a longer stay.
Cons: Possibly one the the best Boutique we have stayed in - no complaints.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Marvellous place with nicely decorated rooms and a beautifully designed garden. The owner family takes great care of their guests in a very professional way. The breakfast is excellent with fresh and very tasty produce. The welcoming reception and the special atmosphere made our stay a wonderful experience which certainly exceeded our expectations.
Cons: We only stayed two nights.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Really nice owners wished we had stayed longer Perfect base to explore La Dordogne
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The house is beautiful and full of old character. Our room was exceptionally clean, bed comfy and great view over the pool. Breakfast was delicious and different every morning. Our host was lovely.
Cons: It is close to the old town and we would definitely recommend it and would stay there again.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Breakfast was excellent and created a good environment for our stay ! Location was really good too!
Cons: Toilet and bathroom light was poor .
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Beautiful, spotless property, great location. Francois is a fabulous host!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Fabulous historic house with very easy and central access and lovely owners who were so helpful in every way. We had NO concerns regarding Covid-19 (this was our first trip away from home so we were a little cautious) but they had disinfected everything and all touch zones and even provided masks and sanitiser gel, so that we felt very safe and comfortable. They welcomed us on arrival, excellent private secure parking, an honesty wine fridge with ice available and very much appreciated! Breakfast was a feast with delicious fresh fruit, pastries, homemade cakes, homemade yoghurt and scrambled eggs! Francois and Anne Marie were so kind. We will certainly make this a regular stop when travelling back and forth. Thank you!
Cons: Nothing!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We stayed one night at Clos D’Argenson B&B when travelling through France in June 2020. Anne-Marie and Francois were fantastic hosts, meeting us on arrival with a cold drink, showing us to our beautiful suite, and giving us a quick tour of this lovely old house. Nice wine beside the swimming pool was à buns for us after driving on a hot day. The next morning, Anne-Marie provided an abundant breakfast, including a nice selection of gluten free items, which were really appreciated. Highly recommended if you want a first class B&B in Bergerac.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Amazing property right in downtown Bergerac - beautiful house, pool and garden. Very very good breakfast in the morning

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very nice owners. Breakfast and tapas were fantastic. Would thoroughly recommend staying here.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The hosts, Alain and Valerie, were brilliant; thank you both for all your valued help. The facilities were excellent and the whole experience was first rate. We have no hesitation in recommending and will make this our first choice for a return visit. Steve & Ewelina. UK.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Extremely nice hosts, very clean room, delicious breakfast with home made jams and sweets!
Cons: Nothing everything was fine
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Excellent location close to the airport and Bordeaux. The vineyard country home is fabulous, our room was large, modern with a large comfortable bed and great bathroom. Breakfast was fantastic as were our host who worked hard to make our stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.
Cons: The whole experience was faultless.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything! Valerie and Alain are the perfect hosts, thoughtful, kind, knowledgeable, but not intrusive. The accommodation is spotless and very comfortable. The breakfasts are delicious! Can't wait to come back for another stay.
Cons: Absolutely nothing. It's beautiful!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: A nice reception from the host couple who showed us how everything worked. The room was nice and spacious very tasteful.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything. Clearly signposted, a warm welcome, beautiful, spotlessly clean accommodation, excellent facilities. Breakfast to die for! Nothing too much trouble. I wish all chambres d'hotes / b&b's were this good. Excellent value for money. Definitely staying here again!
Cons: Absolutely nothing. It's a little bit of heaven on earth.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The farnhouse& how they have renovated it inside yet keeping character outside, evening meals self catered but utensils etc supplied by Valerie.
Cons: We loved everything, wonderful, exceedingly helpfull, welcomed into their home.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We stayed one night at Miroir des Etoiles. We were welcomed by Valerie, who was a kind host. We were weary from travelling, so the lounging area and the pool were perfect! Very peaceful setting and an ideal distance from Bergerac town and the airport. Would definitely recommend! We had a nice coffee and continental breakfast before leaving. Thank you.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: The room was very new and perfect condition very clean Even a kettle and tea & coffee in the room Very quiet location Very comfortable bed Welcoming hosts lovely people Good breakfast included
Cons: Nothing all good
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Property was clean, bright and generally had a welcome feel to it... owners were lovely!
Cons: Nil
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Fabulous place, incredible views, very friendly hosts (& they got up @ 6.30am to prepare breakfast for us as we had an early flight). Superb pool, nice breakfast.
Cons: The first step down into the pool was a long way down for my wife with her 2 new knees. Also the steps are quite steep into the bedroom.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The swimming pool was great after a hot journey. The hosts were very accommodating and friendly. They recommended a really good restaurant, they phoned and booked for us and we even had a free cocktail as we were staying at the chambre d'hôte.
Cons: Nothing to not like but just a suggestion, a small fridge would have been nice, for putting drinks and maybe some cheese in.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Lovely location and view, and wonderful amd attentive hosts. Really enjoyed the time we spent at Annie and Francis's place. They went out of their way to be helpful to us, especially as my parents are a bit older. Thank you so much!
Cons: The only thing I would say is that we found the set time for breakfast a bit restrictive on our holidays because we like to sleep in (although we understand this is the way for chambre d'hotes because your hosts are making your breakfast specifically).
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Even though the owners didn’t speak much English as we are from Australia they made every effort to communicate. The breakfast was lovely, room very clean & setting lovely. Highly recommend.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The hosts, Annie and Francis, couldn’t have been more friendly and welcoming and the whole place was very well appointed and spotlessly clean. The pool was great, as was the breakfast.
Cons: N/A
Good 7.5
Pros: In spite of the language barrier the hosts made me feel very welcome.
Cons: Although very clean, it's quite Spartan and functional rather than comfortable. A comfy chair in the bedroom would be nice and access to a fridge very useful. Bigger glasses.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: When you are travelling around Europe as we do often every now and then you stumble across a gem and believe me this is it our hosts were absolutely great after 10mins it felt like we had known them years nothing was too much trouble and the pool and the room were superb we booked for one night and stayed three and will most certainly be going back. Well done and thanks for the great stay.
Cons: Leaving

Excellent 9.2
Pros: Lovely hosts. Spacious and comfortable room. Easy parking. Walkable to Bergerac old town
Cons: The area could do with a bit of a face lift.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Not far from the centre of Bergerac with a beautiful relaxing garden. Very friendly and helpful hosts, excellent breakfast.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Great location for visiting Bergerac. Lovely warm welcome from your human hosts and a lovely greeting from Leon the dachshund. The ability to park at the rear of the property is a considerable asset as parking in the road and around the town is difficult. Lovely traditional French breakfast fresh bread croissant’s and fruit salad was delicious. Highly recommended. Would stay again.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Natalie and her husband were so welcoming. The house is beautifully furnished and the rooms (we had 2) were very comfortable and decorated beautifully. Breakfast and the bed were the highlights! The spread at breakfast was amazing and the bed was the most comfortable we’ve slept in anywhere! Their little dog Leon is so sweet and our baby loved him the most! We loved how understanding they were of a crying, teething baby!
Cons: Wish I’d read earlier that a meal could be prepared! I’m sure it would’ve been amazing! But honestly, nothing - everything was wonderful.
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Very accommodating, good location, excellent breakfast
Cons: On a busy road, traffic noisy No private parking, public car park next to property Didn’t like not having own key, although owners were always there to let us in
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything owners location breakfast just fine
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 9.0
Cons: Very polite and helpful Beautiful house very clean and tidy
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The room was lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our plentiful breakfast. Natalie and Didier are perfect hosts. The recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing were spot on. We had a fabulous 6 days and cannot wait to return. King Leon (their dog) was the star of the hotel!
Cons: Nothing we didn’t like

Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location is great, right in the centre. The room was very pretty with lots of character.
Cons: As is the downside of being in a beautiful old building, the walls are very thin.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very good breakfast, fresh croissants and pastries good selection of preserves and fresh coffee. Generous hosts, and property was spotless, decorated with an eclectic unique style. Couldn’t fault our stay.
Cons: Nothing to dislike
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: The Location of this Hotel is superb - right in the Centre of Bergerac centre; however there is a lack of attention to guest comfort and amenity. While the historic value of the house is appreciated it is not possible to relax and enjoy the environment due to the lack of attention to detail. The only blessing is that we booked in for 1 night only - hallelujah!
Cons: We were placed in the attic room - which has very low beams. There is a low beam immediately you enter the room - and another low beam directly next to the bed. Both beams caused injury to me. Upon arrival you are made to remove your shoes without warning - and they do not offer slippers. As we stayed during the heatwave, I had to climb the medieval stairs barefoot - which is not ok in this time of pandemic. The room was unbearably hot - although there is a ceiling fan it is not adequate. This hotel has historic value - and the owners will need to make real investment to bring it up to scratch - and provide better amenity to guests. It fails to deliver its promise. The Hosts do not attempt to speak to you about your stay - no friendly conversation about places to eat - we were literally shown up to the attic - no intro to a breakfast room or dining area, no access to a garden - it was poor hosting from the start.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Excellent location and friendly owners. An adorable 16th century house worth a visit.
Cons: It is quite noisy at night as it's in the middle of the city. You can also hear the people in the room above talking and walking.
Good 7.0
Pros: Quirky very old building. Room with balcony in very central location. Maintained like a museum.
Cons: Small Plastic Shower not easy to shower in.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Hosts were fabulous, property was amazing and quirky. Option of secure parking was really helpful.
Cons: Nothing

Excellent 10.0
Pros: La Bonbonnière is the best B&B we have stayed in and if you want it to be in the centre then this is the one Simone was very helpful and spoke good English which helped us. But the position of the B&B is what sells it smack bang in a beautiful square and must be the most photographed house in Bergerac very quaint and with the interior to match comfy bed. With lovely view from the window over the square. Everything was clean and daily continental breakfast include with the company of Simone was a pleasant bonus.
Cons: The only slight downside is that the bathroom is just outside the room but this wasnt a problem as there was no other guests who could use the facilities
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Excellent location, right in the middle of historic part of Bergerac. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Right on the Dordogne river so ideal for walking and cycling. The host made us very welcome with lots of ideas and information on the area.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The property is located on a very atmospheric square in the old town. Simone, the owner, is a very nice lady with a lot of travel experience and she always has a story to share. She went to buy cheese for us because she thought Dutch people couldn’t do without cheese with breakfast.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Amazing house with really friendly owners. Felt like you were part of the family. Perfect location.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We had a wonderful stay at La Bonbonniere. Simone and Roland were wonderful hosts and made us and our baby feel very much at home. We were offered a lovely continental breakfast each morning and felt very well looked after throughout. The property is in a beautiful square, right in the heart of Bergerac and is so picturesque that tourists often stop to photograph it.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Location, breakfast included, nice owner
Cons: Owner not being there when we arrived, had to call from a store because a call from my phone would be expensive, and had already sent a message that would arrive between 4 and 5 pm as we did
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Couldn’t get a more central or convenient location - perfect.
Cons: Being such a very old building, it was dark in the bedroom despite the lights.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Very Nice breakfast and very friendly manager
Cons: Everything was great

Okay 5.4
Pros: The location was very good
Cons: We would not stay here again.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Our host was extremely helpful with directions and suitable restaurants to visit. He went the extra mile with any drinks we needed.
Cons: We would prefer to have an en suit toilet.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The hospitality was great. Great food and a good breakfast. The owner did everything to make you feel welcome.
Good 7.5
Pros: Excellent location easy, short walk from city centre. Host Philippe gave us several helpful sight-seeing tips and home-made linden tea from his tree in the garden. Spacious room in 1930 villa. Home-made plum jams. Interesting chats.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: The breakfast was very good. Each morning the table was swt very elegantly by Philippe the owner. we had jams, buggets, coffee/ tea , croissants & fruit
Cons: no problem
Good 7.9
Pros: Quaint french style villa The host was very friendly and informative.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Philippe was a very good host and extremely helpful and obliging.
Cons: We expected our bathroom to be en-suite but we had to wander onto the landing in the middle of the night which wasn’t ideal. The breakfast was nice and fresh with homemade jams and breads/croissant but unfortunately my husband does not eat jam so a little variety perhaps ham or cheese would have been good.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The host Phillipe was very attentive and helpful. Breakfast very good. Villa in great location.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Philippe was so welcoming and kind. He offered his recommendations and was happy to make dinner reservations for us. The breakfast was also delicious! The bedroom was clean and really well positioned-about a 10 minute walk from Bergerac centre.
Cons: The toilet was separate to the bedroom, we didn’t find this to be a problem but others may not find this works for them.

Excellent 9.0
Pros: Very clean and refurbished bedrooms
Cons: Rooms with a small terrace or balcony would be awesome
Excellent 8.0
Pros: I have spent some nights here in the last 2 years. Always friendly staff and quality according to the price. Closed parking is an advantage.
Cons: None
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The hotel is a very quick walk to town but in a really quiet area, the room was the biggest I have stayed in for quiet a while and there is on site parking that is totally secure. I actually had a bath rather than a shower and after driving for 8 hours it felt amazing to lie in the tub. The Whole hotel is super clean. Breakfast was good value and the hot chocolate was really good.
Cons: The plumbing was noisy, but largely I think because there was a lot of renovation work going on. There was no lift so it pays to watch the weight of luggage.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Location from airport
Cons: No restaurant
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Very friendly staff. Quiet location, but only 10 minutes' walk from Old Bergerac. Excellent breakfast
Cons: Neighbourhood is safe but a bit rundown. The views from the hotel are accordingly not spectacular
Good 7.0
Pros: Location breakfast, price Friendly staff
Cons: Thin walled rooms, could hear next room easily
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Fabulous value Very clean and efficient

Excellent 8.0
Pros: Evening meal and breakfast served in bedroom due to Covid conditions. A bonus as I wasn't expecting any food service.
Cons: Nothing wrong with the place for me. It's just outside Bergerac close to Airport, so not in the city.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The location was great. Just outside of Bergerac with a lovely tree lined driveway and with ample and secure parking. We were staying for two nights and had breakfast on the first morning only as we were leaving early on the second morning. The breakfast was not cheap- 9euros- but there was plenty of choice and we made sure we had our monies worth.
Cons: The outside seating area was rather untidy- lots of broken and uneven tiles on the patio. It was advertised as having a swimming pool, but I don't think it had been used for some time. I'm not a keen swimmer so it didn't bother me but I could imagine some clients would be disappointed.
Good 7.0
Pros: It was a nice hotel being modernized in styling, with a lot of the older boring setup still visible. Nice location for traveling through, free parking. Room was spacious.
Cons: Bergerac old town too far too walk. Shower in bath not convenient.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Overall lovely and quirky hotel, quite different with the myriad of board games available to play. Would recommend for an overnight stay near the airport!
Cons: Restaurant is only a set menu but the hotel was super accommodating with a very specific dietary request.
Excellent 8.0
Cons: The evening meal was extremely poor
Good 7.0
Pros: Very freindly staff!
Cons: Quit far out of the city of Bergerac and no possibility to go by foot as there is no side walk along the main street.
Good 6.0
Pros: Strong emphasis is placed on the boxes of games to play there are hundreds and clearly a haunt for regular board game enthusiasts. It is basic and tired in places especially outside which is poorly kept. If you just want a bed for the night and plenty of parking and there is no where else then book .. it’s overpriced .. more like £50 a night not £68.
Cons: Tired carpet and slight smell .. not the worst and clearly they do clean but it’s time for replacement of some items. Shower you have to hold above your head 1970’s. Style .. no kettle in room .. beds are ok but not the best .. had more comfortable beds in Ibis .. staff we polite and helpful
Good 7.0
Pros: We didn’t have a full breakfast only coffee that was good, the location is excellent
Cons: They are currently renovating the rooms etc, I’m sure that they will be renovating and updating the pool area and the front of the hotel soon. To be fair it didn’t bother us.
Good 7.0
Pros: The location is good. Not far from the center of Bergerac. The swimmingpool pool is fine. Friendly service staff. Car parking is great.
Cons: The outside did not look very well maintained. Many weeds in terrace and around pool area. Musty smell in the lobby, smell of dope on the corridor of the first floor. Room was smal. No curtain around bath. Electric in Bathroom unsave (no proper cover of electric connection). Had to turn the to lamp to stop the light. Bar was poorly organised. No proper beer on draaft. Just small electric tap with leuke warm Leffe. Drinks were expensive. Restaurant hotel only had one menu. Restaurant (formerly of the hotel) next door was closed.

Excellent 9.0
Pros: Friendly stuff, location, good parking arrangement
Cons: nothing
Good 6.0
Pros: It's quite well located and you can easily find free parking around the corner from the hotel (just in front of it is paid parking, and their private offering is also paid per day.) The reception staff helped us on that topic and guided us as to where to go for free parking, they were pleasant and helpful at check-in and gave a lot of information concerning the surrounding area, restaurants, walks etc. The room had functioning air conditioning which was useful for us as although not baking hot, it was August and temperatures in the 30s. The pool was perfectly pleasant if a little busy, and required pre-booking owing to the COVID health restrictions. It's also a useful spot for exploring Bergerac by foot, as most amenities are a short walk from the hotel.
Cons: The room was very small, too small really to be comfortable as we stayed here as part of a 2 week trip and both had large suitcases. We did only book a standard double, but if we'd known that would leave so little space I suppose we would've probably paid for the next level up; it might be ok for a weekend if you don't have much luggage but didn't work for us. The breakfast was only ok - a bit hard if you don't like sugary things for breakfast. Even the muesli was laden with sugar...there is a salty option if you request ham and cheese instead of confiture with your bread, but it definitely wasn't the most diverse/healthy breakfast you could imagine.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location, super room, just what we hoped for, with plenty of space. The private parking, unusual for a hotel in the heart of town, was also a blessing.
Cons: Some fixtures in the room were a bit tired but that’s a minor detail.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: We were pleasantly surprised by how good this 3-Star hotel was. We booked a Comfort Double room and it certainly was that, the bed very comfortable and linen soft. The location was perfect for wondering around Bergerac and close to a market. The staff were very helpful and friendly, that really helped when needing taxi's to be booked etc.
Cons: Mosquito's in the garden area next to the pool but it's summer so I guess that is to be expected.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff.
Cons: Cleanliness.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location, rooms, pool, breakfast, COVID management, parking, WiFi performance, friendly staff.
Cons: The cappuccino is to be avoided; it may be French habit to put sugary milk with cocoa in it but I prefer black coffee over it
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Easy walking distance to the centre, friendly and helpful staff. Clean room. Allowed early check in.
Cons: Nothing.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Good location with big rooms. Quite nice to see something different to the usual chains.

Excellent 8.8
Pros: The hosts were warm and friendly and could not do enough to make us feel very welcome. The pool area was great for cooling off on what was a very warm day.
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 9.2
Pros: Property was located close to Bergerac Airport which was the main reason for choosing it. We were welcomed by the property owner, who made sure that we were comfortable and took the cover off the pool so that I could have a swim. There was a hot tub too, but we didn't use it. The chalet style hut had a comfortable bed, the shower was good. Breakfast on the following morning was good. This overnight accommodation was unusual, as we slept in a hut, but over all a good experience and I would recommend it for a short stay.
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This is a little gem of a place - ideally situated to get to both the chateau and to Bergerac! The owner is absolutely delightful and can’t do enough for you. You have use of their beautiful outdoor pool and hot tub and there is a little area between the two chalets which is used for breakfast but we made a plate of meats and cheeses and had some wine. All in all I would highly recommend this stay - unless you don’t like dogs - then it’s not for you - for is they made our stay as we have missed our own very much.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Proximity to the airport is excellent, the room was superbly clean and comfortable and the hosts helpful and kind (they gave me some toothpaste and shower gel because I had none). Very quiet and relaxed, with a hearty continental breakfast.
Cons: The wifi signal was not the best.
Good 6.3
Pros: Proximity to airport for morning flight. Within walking distance.
Cons: Not very welcoming hosts. Told me “cash only” on arrival and to go to the ATM at Bergerac airport to get some. I had to ask to drop off my luggage in the room so I didn’t have to lug it with me. No opening windows in room. Toilet only stopped noise when pipe at the side was hit-something I had to do a few times overnight, as it started up randomly. No tea/coffee making facilities or cups in the room. 2 glasses inside one of the bedside tables, which I luckily found. I was not offered a receipt for the €80 I paid at the time, and had to specifically request one the next morning. This took some time. €80 per night is expensive for this property. The taxi that took me from Bergerac SNCF Gare (station), which had been booked to meet the bus from Sarlat, charged me €20. “cash only”, “no, no change” when I enquired. No meter, no receipt, and the driver “vaped” his e-cigarette all the way, which very much impinged on my air quality. Given that the taxi fare on the way in was €15, I think a 33% mark-up in 3 days is remarkable. I would think very carefully before I used Bergerac again as an entry point for the Dordogne region. In fact, I wouldn’t bother.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Lovely grounds with a nice pool Very near airport (500m)
Cons: Nothing really but be aware Satnav struggled The lane is directly opposite the airport by the staff car park
Good 7.5
Pros: Breakfast was great as was location
Cons: Nothing
Good 6.7
Pros: Room and bathroom were verry good for one night. Swimming pool, and garden were nice.
Cons: This place was Verry difficult to find, sat nav,s do not recognise it, place to small to be identified on road map. Only one pillow each in room.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: The location suited me as it is close to the airport. The owner was very helpful and kind. The hotel was spotless and breakfast was generous.
Good 7.1
Pros: It’s location for the airport.
Cons: Arrived and shown to room. Not allowed to eat in room which is alright but there were no tea or coffee facilities and not even a glass to have a drink of tap water. We brought coffees from a cafe with us in the car and being polite sat outside on two chairs provided with a table. The owner saw us do this. We went out for an evening meal and on returning to our room the table and chairs outside had a reserved notice saying they were for the room next to ours, which we felt was a direct message to us that we were not to use it. We felt this very rude of the owner - could he not have just told us!! We were asked not to eat/drink indoors and then not allowed to use the chairs and table provided. I had booked this on the numerous good reviews but sadly feel let down.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Couldn't be more convenient to airport - superb. Excellent room, comfortable bed and bathroom facilities. Spotlessly clean.
Cons: Miserable reception person who perhaps had been through a bad day. Had to request a couple of glasses for water.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Friendliness and being helpful
Good 7.5
Pros: perfect location next to the airport, just 500 meters or so by foot. Nice, clean room, huge bathroom
