Pros. Great location. Lobby is nice. Great value for money.
Cons. I don't like when reception requesting vouchers or booking emails etc. ID should be enough. At least print some photographs for empty walls in the room.
Pros. Best location possible (in my opinion). Only a few minutes walking distance from the central Zoo train station, and from there it's easiest to get to everywhere in Berlin. Also very close to Kurfurstendamm street, in which you can always find something to do. Rooms were quite spacious and comfortable. Price was fine.
Cons. Shower wasn't very clean. The desks were sticky and the floor wasn't washed. Poor or no WIFI reception in the room. WIFI only available in the lobby. Accused us in using the minibar falsely. When confronted, dropped the charges.
Pros. This hotel is located in an upscale area of Berlin. Many folks visiting the hotel would like the fact that there's lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. The hotel didn't provide many amenities like a gym or on sight laundry but the room was clean and provided what I wanted I quiet room at an affordable price that included internet. In addition I really like the fact that the room came with a Juliet balcony to allow fresh air into the room.
Cons. It was fine.
