Pros (+) Hard working friendly staff. Breakfast was a good value. Bathroom was in good condition.
Cons (-) My first room had a bad smell so I changed rooms. Both rooms needed renovation. Housekeeping was spotty. Breakfast was super crowded.

Cons (-) Very strange elevator system. Usually two elevators with a walk in between to get to your room. Plenty of food but no interesting choices. Almost same type of cheese. One type of eggs. Pros (+) I really enjoyed my stay in Hotel Berlin. Very clean, friendly and helpfull staff and location wad perfect. It's only 5 minutes walk to Nollendorfplatz Metro where all the bars, restaurants and shops are located.
Cons (-) There is nothing to complain or say negative things about this hotel.

Pros (+) The room was large, comfortable beds and had everything you needed. The hotel was in a great location to shops, tube stations and to get to all the major attractions. We made use of the gym and the breakfast was excellent.
Cons (-) We couldn't get the safe in our room to work however this didn't cause a massive issue as we did not stay for too long.
