Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location and satisfying breakfast options. However, there were repeated complaints about poor service, including unhelpful or rude staff and unresolved maintenance issues. Cleanliness received mixed feedback, with some guests finding rooms clean while others reported dirty conditions. Room size was generally considered adequate, though not outstanding. Overall, while the location and breakfast were highlights, service and cleanliness issues detracted from the experience for many guests.AI-Generated from customer reviews
