Typical holiday Inn express. Felt safe..industrial and business area...no sight seeing. friendly staff. HOTEL is currently undergoing major revision. I think price should have been a bit lower. In spite of construction, quiet.
comfortable bed, nice staff location sucks
Location (close to family), breakfast was amazing...something for everyone and very friendly staff..especially the breakfast lady. The TV only had 8 working channels...everything else was scrambled. Called the front desk...lady said they were upgrading and our room didn't have the upgrade. She said if she had a room available with the cable upgrade she would call us. Never heard back
The room, best, but not great. Location, broken jacuzzi, staff double charged me (fixed, I think)
The cleanliness and location The staff was very rude, building was not maintained properly, fire suppression system add broken, spa was broken, staff was very rude towards myself and my husband. Will never stay at that location again.

Convenient to the area REMODELING- I called twice to make sure they knew I was checking in late (12:30 a.m.) Not once mentioned that there was no entry available through the main entrance. No real signs saying where to enter.Had to follow in a guest. No one at the temp desk!
My only problem with this trip has nothing to do with the Holiday Inn, but that we requested a hotel in OKC and ended up in Bethany. It was a much farther drive than we wanted.
Priced right and offered great serivce Long wait to get a table for breakfast

The breakfast was amazing! The walls seem to be too thin... or the headboards do not need to be wall to wall... there was a lot of 'action' going on next door to my room and it was very difficult to sleep thru it...:(
The location for attending the OKC Thunder game was perfect. It was an easy walk from the hotel to the arena that was mostly indoors. The bed was comfortable and we both slept well both nights of our stay. Don't feel we were given the Deluxe Room we requested and for which we paid. Additionally, the tub filled up with water as you showered and didn't drain out, even overnight. The bathroom was also very small; large enough for only one person at a time. The counter wasn't even large enough to comfortably hold the bottles of shampoo, conditioner, etc. The toilet paper roll was located in a very inconvenient place that was difficult to reach, and the only place towels could be hung was inside the shower.
The location is very convenient in reference to OKCs Bricktown. Room was Tiny and basic. $140.00 didn't even get me a mini fridge. Theread was trash in trash can, and towels were not restocked.
The staff was friendly. Parking options were limited
Location. Staff was nice Rooms need updated with fresh paint and carpet. Paint unprofessional and vents showing water damage or mold
The breakfast was not free.
Bed was comfortable, and the valet service was great. Housekeeping was rude and took forever to get to our room, and the pool was tiny with a ton of people there.
Great location. Clean. Friendly staff. Reserved a king and was given two doubles due to overbooking. Mattresses were worn out. Given free breakfast for the inconvenience. No hotel parking due to construction. Valet parking was $25. Same price as non-guests.
The room was clean and comfortable. It was right across from the convention center where we attended Women of Faith.
I booked a king size bed, got two doubles. After asking, i got a new room. New room had trash in the garbage can in the bathroom. And I'm not sure the sheets were clean (bed was not well made and sheets were wrinkled). As weird as it sounds, I was too tired to complain and stayed in the room. one light bulb did not work. Overall, it was pretty dirty.
Bathtub backed up with water in the middle of the nigj and almost flooded over, was moved to a new room at 4:00 a.m. that didn't have a key that worked. Terrible experience. Don't stay here.
I like everything The whrilpool not working
Location...... Place reeked of the smell of smoke. Roaches in the bathroom (I saw 2 small ones). Bed sheets were stained. Light next to bed did not work. TV was old and small. Thank goodness I was only there for one quick night.
My room was not marked not vacant in their system and a security guard burst in at 2 am trying to kick me out of my room because they booked it for another guest while I was staying. Very unpleasant experience.
Price Noisey, broken fixtures, couch coushins were torn, TV guide printed on TV stand didn't matter how channels
I love eveything about it and would tell all my friends anout it. Cause they will love it as i did.. I cant say it all was good and nothing was wrong from my opinion and i think its better than everyone else in motel.
Well, the price I guess. The AC was good. Found cockroaches in the bedroom. I had to pay for the Breakfast Buffett which was terrible food. The walls had sloppy patch work done on them. Scratches in the bedroom headboard, with the word Help scratched into the headboard, which of course scared my kids. The halls smelled of smoke from cigarettes, when they are no smoking rooms.
Just a bed to sleep along the highway on a long trip
Breakfast was horrible. The entire hotel smelled of cigarettes. And they charged me $50 for smoking in a room when I don't even smoke. They are just money hungry.
Nice facility. Two clubs in the motel. Several swimming pools. I had a prostitute and two pimps beating on my door at midnight. Trying to mug me. Smoking in the hallway. People so drunk they were having to be carried. My tv remote had no batteries. The mattress had springs poking through even with the mattress pad that was for a queen size bed even though I had a king. The front desk told me they had no rooms available but had to book me in because of kayak.
The staff were accommodating after threatening to leave. Lobby attached to country bar and wedding chapel. A wall of smoke hits you upon entry. Rooms and bed sheets are funky.
Nothing The room, staff, clientele were awful. No light bulbs were in the room. No refrigerator temperature was hard to control to get the room to stay consistently cool.
I enjoyed the soft bed, segregated living room from the spacious bedroom/bathroom, the staff was very polite and helpful. The location is concurrently l convient with major highways close by and plenty of places to eat all around. I wish that the TV's let you change the video input settings, but they're locked into the cable input only
Front desk service was very friendly and helpful. We loved the spacious room. When I booked the room and read the description of the room on kayak.com, it stated the refrigerator would be stocked with a dry/wet bar. When we arrived the fridge was empty. Also, we went to dinner at the landing restaurant and it was horrible. My fiancé ordered a drink and the bartender started pouring it. Then I ordered the exact same thing and noticed that the bartender poured about half as much alcohol in mine than she did his. The drink tasted like water. Also, the waitress was making conversation with the bartender while we were standing at the bar and was very unprofessional. When our salads arrived at dinner, they were so drenched with dressing that neither of us touched them. The main course was good, but I expected excellent. The menu was pricey and we did not get what we thought we would. Later on when it was time for bed, the pillows on the bed were so flattened and offered no support. I had a neck ache for the next 2 days. The room was so cold and it was windy outside. We could hear the wind from outside and there was a noticeable draft coming in from the balcony door. The balcony was so small and looked like it might fall off the building if anyone stepped onto it.
It is not a bad hotel, but it isn't what I expect from an Embassy Suites. There was a funny smell and water stains on the ceiling and wall. Also the edges of the carpet were very dusty. Overall, it felt outdated and underwhelming. Positives: friendly staff, good breakfast buffet and good food at the grill, comfortable bed.
Everything was perfect except for check in process - where their is a total disconnect Took time to check in online and then had no record of my check in at hotel. This caused a bit of hassle and frustration....
Fantastic breakfast and family friendly place and pet friendly
Elegant! The whole hotel was very nice. The evening reception was exceptional, custom drinks with fresh vegetables and lots of other goodies to snack on. All you could eat/drink for a couple of hours. For breakfast the "made to order" omelette was fabulous. The rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. Not much to report on this side, the only minor thing was the televisions were not allowed to be changed from the included cable to hdmi so I could watch movies from my device.
Clean spacious rooms, excellent breakfast Reception staff could be a little more engaging and welcoming. Nothing rude or improper, just distracted and impersonal.
Rooms are big Breakfast was good Very close to the airport Got put in a smoking room despite booking nonsmoking. Got moved to a room where the AC blasted all night making it extremely cold despite being set for 80 it was closer to 60.
The kitchen staff for breakfast in the morning was freindly. Actually all of the staff was nice. The pool needed cleaning. It smelled like a urinal cake. Cleanliness was an issue too. Nothing was filthy but a lot more attention to detail could be made.
Best hotel in OKC-best deal- best breakfast. Safe hotel safe bet. Great Staff great everything. N/A
Overall the hotel was great! The room was very clean. Had trouble with one staff member but when I voiced my concern the issue was promptly addressed. The morning breakfast was your normal continental breakfast. I loved how clean the rooms were and the friendliness of the cleaning staff. Location was also a plus.
The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Very kid friendly and our daughter loved it. Pool was small but that was perfect with a kid. Breakfast was included and decent. Beds were comfortable and the hotel was quiet except for outside traffic. Overall a very pleasant stay and am sure to stay again.
I had a place to sleep and the tv worked. The lady at the desk was absolutely rude. The rooms are old looking and not real nice. I only had 1 pillow. there wasn't a chair in the room to sit and relax. (had to lay in bed)
Front staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and quite!
It was a wonderful location.
Very friendly staff Breakfast
Beautifully exclusive lobby with an atmosphere only describable by those who have seen it. Filthy. My bed sheets had dried crusty something on them. My shower curtains were filthy as well. Not what I expected from such a high quality hotel.
Historic, nastagic, good mix of old and new wrapped together for a excellent experience of the city. The room was so quiet, and cozy perfect gey away! The valet bill...... I wish I would have been told beforehand about the charge. The maid start knocking at 1030 for noon checkout.
The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The hotel had a nice mixture of classic design with modern comfort, and its location was tremendous. The bed was hard as a rock. Both my wife and I woke up with extremely sore backs.
I thought the hotel was beautiful & we got good service at the restaurant & bar. We went to Red Earth Pow-Wow at the Cox Convention Center & it was two blocks away. We walked to the Murrah Federal Building Memorial as well as Bricktown, also in walking distance. My roommate left her cellphone & charger in the room & y'all are mail-ing it to her. I appreciate that immensely. I got an Email confirmation that said I had only one room. I called Book-ing & got that straightened out, then had problems checking in at the desk when we got there.
clean, comfortable room.staff with good hospitality mind
accomadating, close to bricktown, hint of mystery I would not have been able to afford it on my own.
To loud outside. Loud people coming back to the room drunk. Woke up the kids
The pool and location were excellent. The breakfast was awesome. The lady at the desk on check in was rude. We needed a bed for our daughter we were told that that was not an option unless we switched rooms and if we did that there would not be a room avaliable for Saturday night. So sharing a bed with a toddler because we could not have a roll away bed was not the best sleep a guy can get. Just seemed lke she did not care about customer service at all.
Pool and breakfast Dirty walls. Strange layout and ceiling textures.
Traveling across country it was convient right off interstate 40. The price was perfect. We were upgraded to a bigger room. A nice surprise. The complimentary breakfast was a surprise. It was truly a breakfast. Eggs. Sausage/bacon. Waffles. Biscuits and Gravy plus many more choices. We knew we would be getting in late. I called ahead and the front desk was friendly and when we got in close to midnight the young man had us ready to quickly check in. He was very professional, friendly.
Staff was friendly Great location Comfortable bed Smelled like stale smoke Needs updating Entry is not actually though the outside
It was a nice stay.
Price Too much furniture in the room.
centrally located, clean and breakfast was good.
the breakfast was great! loved that the room had a balcony. pool was nice but didn't use. as soon as you walked into the hotel it had a weird smell. the rooms were ok size but with 4 kids & 2 adults its crowded. didn't like that there was a sign in breakfast room saying you can't take you're food to the room.
Howard Johnson in OKC is like home to us. We always stay there. We use this motel about 2 or 3 times a year. The price is very good and our room alway clean and fresh. The breakfast is a great big plus.
wifi was very slow - had to tether to watch a show.
. STAFF didn't cooperate
Great service. Amazing restaurant and bar with wonderful staff
I liked everything my wife and I thought it was perfect. N/a
It was so quiet. Our room was great, no. It was amazing. We enjoyed how big it was. I wish we could've stayed longer! Can't really think of anything. Maybe start to offer free parking considering you pay so much for a room...?
Way overpriced for what we received, but most staff was really nice we had reserved a double room and got a king bed. Went to restaurant downstairs, ordered a wine, it was out, ordered a beer, it was out. No free wifi, room key didn't work, had to get new ones. Breakfast buffet was ok, but gravy was ice cold..for real.. husband was extremely irritated, for convenience to convention center it was great.
I boooked over a month in advance beause we were travleing with kids and I had specific req. which when I re-confirmed 48 hours in advance they told me were confirmed.. when we arrived the hotel was way over-sold...and none of my requests were able to be met.... very very upsetting
The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable! Great Stay!
This hotel is very young and modern. The rooms were spacious, and the beds were super comfortable. The staff was real cool. You have to pay to park. Our stay was the same night as a thunder game--the lot filled completely up..also the pool is pretty unimpressive, but it exists, which is kind of rare for a hotel downtown.
Close to brickyard, room had a functional layout, big shower, decent toiletries, free morning coffee in the lobby Loud music from pool area until 11pm, $15 for parking in an empty structure - self or valet same rate, no other option
The whole hotel was very nice a modern. The bars were very nice and the staff were great. We were there for just a night getaway and it was nice to have a good time without having to leave the actual hotel.
Patrick fixed my reservation. EVERY person in this place is so friendly!!! Top shelf!!!
The hotel was very modern and beautiful. I forgot my headphones and I was upset I wouldn't have any while working out. The hotel provided complimentary ear buds, which I thought was a very nice touch. There isn't a complimentary breakfast, but the food is very reasonably priced for a hotel. I got a delicious breakfast wrap so big I couldn't eat all of it for $6.00. The staff was extra friendly and one of the best things about my stay! The doors at the hotel clink like the old prison movies. To me, whomever installed or manufactured the doors didn't leave the proper amount of clearance for the door to close quietly. The traffic on my floor was high at 2:00 am on Tuesday and Wednesday morning, I think every door on my floor opened and shut two or three times and I heard every single one of them (feels like it anyway). I'm a light sleeper in an environment I am not familiar with. Hallway noise is a problem at all hotels but I would say this might be slightly above what I would consider normal due to the doors and the gusto it takes to close them. I've definitely stayed at nicer, quieter hotels for less during mid week business travels.
Beds very comfortable.nice separate sitting area. One bed had stains on sheets.
Very clean. Breakfast included.
location, cleanliness, friendly staff, nice breakfast, ease of parking
People nice and it was clean. My husband is a 100% disabled veteran with a no tax card which we showed and was told next morning they would take off taxes. Next morning with a plane to catch we were told we would have to call a manager and that would take time which we didn't have so we paid and left. Should have been taken care of up front.
Clean rooms Quiet Complimentary breakfast Bed wasn't comfortable I called about pets they told me $35 ended up costing me $75 just for a dog under ten pounds Fridge didn't work
It was very clean and comfortable. I expected breakfast to be to be included but that really wasn't a big deal
Loved the staff they where amazing. The location is in the middle of there bar district and that mad parking a nightmare.
Nice size rooms good pillows and a great bed
No free parking
Breakfast was really nice. not the typical hotel breakfast it was above and beyond. We had a problem with the tv at first the staff brushed it off as it was a common problem. But after 30 minutes and another phone call to the front desk staff connected us to someone that could help us. A guest before us had messed the settings up. We couldn't fix it with the basic remote so we were moved to a new room.
The staff was extremely accommodating, helpful and truly assisted in all my needs... The outdoor rooms for a woman staying alone.
The staff was nice and the location good. The rooms were older and out of date. Full sized towels were not provided but were "available at the pool." None were actually there. When we mentioned this to staff, we were told some were being brought out. None ever arrived. The iron in our room was old, spilled water, and ended up burning my pants (ruining them). The staff was nice about it and apologized, getting me a new iron. However, the manager just said they'd "look into" the problem and never got back to me with any solution for the ruined pants. This place in equivalent to a cheaper hotel, not other hotels moderate hotels. It's not terrible but not what is expected for the inexpensive but not cheapest price.
The staff were very pleasant. The Internet was terrible.
THE ROOM IS OK BUT THE MAID SERVICE IS LACKING. THEY DO THE MINIMUM AND DON'T SANITIZE THE FLOORS OR TOILET DAILY UNLESS REQUESTED. THE KEY CARDS HERE AS WELL AS OTHER PLACES KEEP FAILING TO WORK. SOMEONE WAS ABLE TO TAKE SOMETHING OUT OF MY ROOM ALSO. THE BACON AT BREAKFAST IS NOT CRISP AND THEY COULD USE A BETTER GRADE OF SAUSAGE. THE TOILETS ARE NOT REGULAR AND ARE TOO LOW TO THE GROUND FOR EVEN PETITE PEOPLE.
Large rooms. Dated, but very clean. Comfortable beds. People in the center atrium talking so loud we could hear them in our room. We could also hear the family in the room next door, so maybe thin walls?
oversized 3 star; would give 5stars if hot tub were operational
This is a family owned hotel and I was told that the family lives there. No wonder it's so clean! The beds were so comfortable, most comfortable bed I've ever slept in at a hotel!
Clean, friendly staff, nice spacious rooms, great location, beautiful rooms.
I like the whole hotel. Nice and clean and big rooms. The beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again. The bathroom was a little small
Room was very comfortable for two travelers. Beds and linens were nice as was the hotel staff. Although the room was overheated when we arrived (88 degrees), the building maintenance got it cooled off so we could sleep comforably. This is an older facility with some heat/air problems, no refrigerator in the room and a charge for using wireless. The on-site restaurant is clearly not much used and our server was nice but the food was "adequate" at best.
nothing I let front desk know the ironing board was broke, but there was nothing done about it. I called about the HOT room..no response. The last time I stayed the hot water didn't work. I only stayed this time due to sons were staying there for MEPS..I would stay there ever again...
The staff always made us feel welcome. They were very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. The absence of a business center was one thing I wish they would improve.
Bed was comfy and hotel staff was very friendly. Thermostat at 60 room at 77 all night. Room Service 30 min for a bagel and cream cheese.
Staff was very welcoming. Any issues I had were resolved quickly and with a smile. The mirror was dirty when I arrived, but after a quick call to the desk it was all fine!
Location was great The room could use an update, the jacuzzi did not work, it took room service all day to bring a microwave and refrigerator and it took up walking space in the room.
The rooms were big enough for my husband and I and our two small children's pack n plays. Staff was friendly. Good location. It was warm the whole time. We set our ac on 68 and the room never got below 74. The pool had feathers and dead bugs in it. The beds were so hard that I had to go to the chiropractor after my stay.
I am surprised that there were some negative, but were not found correct.
The staff was exceptionally friendly and concerned with even the smallest needs. Whenever we walked by the desk they were very sure to ask us how we were doing. The maintenance man Merlin was stopped to chat with us when he saw us "out and about" Although most people don't smoke anymore... we do, and the smoke hole was safe and secure. The pool was outstanding. The beds were so comfortable. Rooms very pretty but no fridge. Quiet clientele. Lobby was gorgeous. Nice bar attached to hotel. We will definitely stay there again. Thanks to everyone at The Tower! We would have liked a continental breakfast with the room (although they did offer good coffee) but we were well aware that this was not available so we were prepared for that. The restaurant across the parking lot was a reasonable price and very good food so the lack of "free" breakfast was not much of a hardship. (we visited Oklahoma City without a car with us) The hot tub has been permanently closed as of a few days before our visit so I am assuming they will change their advertising but we were a bit disappointed in that.
The towels were stained with brown spots. I actually went out and bought a towel and paper towels for my stay. My key would never work for my room. The desk clerk told me it was because of my cell phone. That didn't sound design like a reasonable explanation. I could hear people running through the halls all night on a Friday night. I could have stayed somewhere much better for the price. I was disgusted by the room.
Close to downtown Comfortable room Over priced internet NO microwave NO Refrigerator Restaurant over priced
The staff were very good and worked extremely hard. However, they were grossly understaffed. As a result service was a bit of a disappointment. The hotel is nice enough and the staff works hard, but the finer details that you would expect from a hotel that advertises themselves to be of 4 star quality were lacking.
The location was great! The rooms were way too small! --- a night should get you a bigger room!
Staff was fantastic very accomodating Noise from the trains
Honestly wasn't impressed, I was expecting a lot more. Room had a lot of wear and tear, other guests were loud in the hallways and the hotel was right beside a highway so sleeping was difficult. Also upon check in a $15 hold was put on my card even though the room was already paid for and they already had my card for any incidental damages. The only thing I enjoyed was the breakfast, I will not be staying here again.
Clean; close to restaurants & shopping Right off interstate so there is traffic noise
The bed was very comfortable and the room was pretty spacious. The staff was very friendly and informative. The location is right by a highway and a little noisy. The window in our room faced the highway though and it did seem like if you were a light sleeper, it could keep you up.
Liked it that the rooms had a kitchen área. No Hot tub.
The hot breakfast was nice, beds slept good and overall a nice place Our room decor seemed like an afterthought. Huge space, small sofa, no eating space. Staff not very friendly.
I travel regularly and its nice to just wind up somewhere that you know will be a nice place to sleep. All I needed is a nice place to sleep
Very nice staff, clean and modern. Great stay! The walls are paper thin. We could hear jumping above us and it was very loud. Thankfully they were quiet shortly after 10 pm.
My go to hotel in OKC when visiting my daughter who is in college there.
