5.5 Okay
Pros: Location, staff & breakfast.
Cons: The hotel can hardly be rated a 4 star, not a 5 as advertised and marketed. We have booked 2 rooms and have paid USD 220 per night including breakfast per room, but realised that there was no value for this high price paid. House keeping a big issue in this hotel, whereas cleaning level is poor and sub-standard. Bathroom & balcony floors are never cleaned rather just vacuumed (if ever were). Bath towels which presumably are white actually are gray/yellowish and are smelly too. My one year old daughter dropped her drinking cup one day, it rolled close to the edge of bed, and under the bed we have seen/noticed that there were stuff left by the previous room tenants which were never noticed or removed by house keeping ! The same applies for dirty stuff found in unchecked drawers too ! The hotel badly needs refurbishments. Shower curtains are torn, chairs needs re-cushioning and door handles coming off ! This happend with the bathroom door knob which came out on the 1st day of our stay. We called front desk who sent a handyman to repair it. He didn’t really repair it, instead he fixed it temporarily, because it came off again a couple of days after ! For all of the above, we certainly don't recommend this hotel to no one.

The room was spacious, well furnished, well equipped and very clean. A welcoming refreshing lemonade was offered on our arrival The front desk staff (Rabih) was very welcoming and helpful and was always trying to see to our needs.
Cons: The room overlooked the main street which was noisy at times but the double glazing window is quite efficient.

Pros: Comfortable room and bed like heaven!
Cons: There is no such a thing!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Stunning property, with rooftop pool and spacious rooms The decoration of the rooms is just insanely beautiful Molton brown products Location Room size
Cons: Unhappy and unprofessional staff. The service was not at the standard of the hotel. From the breakfast to the check in experience, no one was genuinly nice with us. When asked for a drink the were trying to avoid us instead of trying to fullfil our requests. When standing at the beautiful rooftop pool one waitress spoke at her private telephone in her native language (turkish) for mor than one hour shouting not respecting that clients were trying to relax by the pool. No welcome cards in the room, as it's a boutique hotel with few rooms you would expect a more personalised welcome which was not even fullfiled by helping us with luggages neither in check in nor in check out. As is said the property is incredibly beautiful, such a pitty for the staff which was cold and sometimes even rude. As the price is not affordable you would expect a service at its standard-
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Lots of charm. Amazing rooftop terrace and pool.
Cons: Room service is expensive. Carpet in room was old and stained.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is extremely beautiful. The rooftop restaurant and pool area were exactly what you need on vacation, a resting space where to relax and feel good. The service was just perfect and the food at the Italian restaurant was very good. We got upgraded to the Royal suite which was decorated with impeccable taste and felt very personal. Definitely going to stay here again next time in Beirut.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Staff, spirit, rooms
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The design of the rooms, the rooftop pool and the location were spot on.
Cons: The service was really disappointing and far away from 5 stars, we had to repeat our order 3 times at the pool to hope to get a drink. Unfortunately the staff is not trained. The receptionist dropped our bags outside the hotel and left it there without any help to find our Uber. Also uncomfortable bed and pillows.

Cons: I booked for a family with 2 kids. Where they will use sofa bed, they said we have to pay 25 USD per day as the sofa bed is enough only for 1, then they confirmed by phone it is wide and enough for 2, one arrived there was note to the receptionist to charge us 25 USD per day!! was shocking news!! they said this price is for the use of the sofa regardless for 1 or 2! The sofa was with 1 pillow, and the 1 pillow for each adult, I asked for more pillow, they could arrange only extra 1 for 4 pax The sofa bed was so noisy and unstable They give only one key per room even if we are 4. To make sure not keep the power on while we are out!! I asked them at least to turn the AC on one hour before our rerun? They promised , but the did not do!!! The lady who was good with us (the receptionist) was fired the next day as she gave us 1 extra key The 2 TVs were not working, we called them 5 times to repair them where they had to get recovers from other rooms!! There was no iron and pressing table, need to call The roof cafe is not yet ready, even on the phone they said it is ready Only 3 sugars for 4 pax in a room!! Simply : bad management, no respect!!

3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Le Gray is the worst hotel i have ever stayed at in the past 10 years! For 500$ a night you would expect a premium service and a pleasant stay but no, nothing was pleasant about it! From check in and the incredibly rude staff especially ‘Riham’ who was terribly rude and wouldnt want to give us the room we originally booked and insisted on giving us a room with a back ugly view to the housekeeping who left the food tray dirty in front of our room and never removed it to the concierge who never booked our restaurant to the endless amount of unanswered calls or response to any simple requests like extra hangers.... Horrible 3 stars hotel with the worst staff and service! Not worth booking!
Cons: Torn wallpaper Broken TV in the bathtub Terrible towels and bathrobe Rude staff No value for money
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was above expectations. Staff comes in first place, very hospitable and welcoming, everyone speaks English, and everyone is professional. As an architect, I loved the space and the way it was designed. The interior is really smart. Call it a landmark hotel in heart of Beiurt
Cons: Nothing to be honest
8.8 Excellent
Cons: The live band show on the roof was too loud to enjoy. I mean TOO loud, and when we complained and most people were leaving, the band still insisted on the same volume.

Pros: The hotel is good value and in a good location, relatively speaking. Crossing the road in Beirut is a dangerous occupation in any circumstances. The hotel is good value for what it is. The rooms are a little basic, mine needed some maintenance but the beds, linen and rooms were clean, the staff helpful and, for the money, this is a pretty good option.
Cons: No carpet in the bedroom, just a rather cold floor covering of some kind. The breakfast wasn’t particularly brilliant and quite expensive if not included, it was ok though.

Pros: I was upgraded from the studio to a one bedroom apartment for my 8-night stay, so this was awesome. Staff were friendly and helpful. I loved the little balcony where one could sit for coffee. Supermarket is just downstairs, and a Moulin D’or bakery plus 24-hr Hibou convenience store just across the road. There’s heavy traffic and congested roads in the morning but that can be said of all Beirut, so the location was actually great, just a 5-min ride to City Centre and other main locations.
Cons: The springs in the bed are soft so you sink into the bed a bit. That’s all, everything else was good.

5.5 Okay
Pros: Pool
Cons: Service and attentiveness of staff even though they are friendly but they lack big time in knowing what is customer service
7.0 Good
Pros: Conveniently located close to the airport. Gorgeous facilities, pools, and private sand beach. Room was spotless and bed was massive and very comfortable. Excellent quality of bedsheets, towels, and complimentary items. Room service dinner was prepared quickly and was delicious. Staff was very kind and helpful during check in and check out. A great hotel to book if you are not planning on leaving the premises much or at all during your stay.
Cons: My husband and I spent one night here to relax and recharge before an early 24+ hour travel day, as the hotel is located very close to the airport. I requested a quiet room in my booking, and upon check in, we confirmed with the staff that we would like a 4:30am wake up call in order to arrive at the airport on time. We ordered room service for dinner, which was delivered promptly and was delicious - however at 11:00pm, staff phoned our room to inform us they did not have a credit card on file to pay for our meal, and requested that one of us to go to the front desk to provide payment (I'm not sure why this couldn't wait until check out). Staff were unapologetic for the late call. On top of that, a wedding reception took place directly below our room with very loud music that we could hear clearly. We spoke with the hotel staff early in the evening when the music began and were informed that the wedding would be over by midnight at the latest - however the music kept us up until 1:00. We would have appreciated knowing that our room was above the wedding venue when we had checked in earlier that day with a request for a quiet room and a 4:30am wake up call so we could have potentially changed rooms or hotels at that time. Finally, location is very remote and not in the best part of town - there is nothing within walking distance so a car is needed to get anywhere and the hotel taxi service is rather pricey.

6.3 Good
Pros: Great location, welcoming smile and good sea view.
Cons: I arrived at 6 p.m. and surprisingly I was told that the room is still not ready! I waited for more than half an hour and then they provided me with a temprorary room till my room is ready! what really made me irritated is the way the hotel was dealing with this lateness, I felt as if this is normal and I am expected to be patient! Another thing to mention is the fact that rooms are not soundproof, I could not sleep because of a noisy neighbour where I was able to listen their continous loud laughs at 3:oo a.m. Frankly, I called the reception to complain and it was taken by the hotel with high care.
5.0 Okay
Pros: the rooms are so relaxing & very good choice for the ones who love activites
Cons: not all of the employees are good and kindly Enough for the five stars hotel

5.0 Okay
Pros: The restaurant and outdoor bar are nice.
Cons: The receptionists in general are not friendly. I reached to the hotel after mid-night and two of the staff were sitting outside and no one offered to help with the bag. We had a kid who fell down at the entrance door, we asked the receptionist for first aid kit, she said that they don't have and we have to buy the bandages from the supermarket. The rooms in general are not cleaned well. The dust on the tables, the clothes are left here and there, the empty water bottles are left, the dirty glasses are kept... One more thing, the breakfast buffet is the same all days with no single difference in anything and they charge extra for dishes like waffles. In addition, one day we have reached the restaurant at 10,45am and the buffet was almost empty, we asked the chef and the waitress to fill it and they didn't bother.

Cons: The breakfast buffet was very limited compared to what I would expect from an establishment like Le Vendome; the ongoing construction next to the hotel makes it mandatory to get up by 8ish in the morning as it is impossible to sleep after that due to the very high levels of noise

3.3 Mediocre
Pros: To be honest, I regret to choose the hotel but at the end of the day my fault as I didn't read enough about its location. The hotel didn't save transportation to Beiruit at reasonable time. It saves at 10 and 3 which could be suitable for some but not for example after 7 pm where the people come for tourism can go out downtown. Also I saw in some hotels they save some shuttle buses to pick the residence from sown town back to hotels at specific times. Also the hotels no save shuttle service from and to the airport
Cons: As I mentioned earlier 1- transportation arrangement from the hotel to downtime and airport 2- Internet service (yfi) very poor every time you have to log on once you leave it for a second. This is the first time in 5 star hotel you have to pay for having fast internet services 3- The room is not fit at all my expectation which I saw in the pictures presented on tour site and YouTube videos for the following reasons - It mentioned in description before I book in the room is fit for four for adult persons and I booked accordingly but what I found when I arrived the followings # The room is small just only fit two persons # even so the room was no ready when we arrived although we arrived very late @ 2 am 2nd July. Only one delux bed and only one small bed which let us wait long time to save another bed and we were very tired as you know because we arrived very late. The room should be ready before we arrive # the small bed was very boor regarding its height and not comfortable from furniture point of view (I mean the cover (mattress). This let us suffer in sleep. We asked the staff to save for us similar deulex but they said not available We asked to change the booking to two small rooms one for children and one for the parent as the room can not fit for the four persons but we found that we will pay the same amount of money again. If so why the hotels from the begging said from the begging the room is fit for four persons and he has the information about the age of the children # When adding the two beds to the room, make it very narrow which made our movement is very hard as no space become available # This also apply to the cupboard which is very small # The light in the room is very, very, very, or extremely poor I wonder why it is so and never seen it even in three star hotels 4- Cleaning, a lot of mosquito
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hospitality was above expectations and the view was just breathtaking
Cons: Electric plugs for coffee machine is a bit tricky, there should be guidance inside the room to have the utmost best experience
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were phenomenal and very helpful! Everything was clean and breakfast was excellent. A particular staff member, Roger, was very nice.
Cons: Nothing
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Swimming pool Attached to mall Clean and quiet Balcony was available with fair space Very good room size Very good space for bathroom
Cons: From the car parking area, you need to use the mall to reached out your hotel! Which is not helpful. Some of reception staff need more training how to communicate better with their customers!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff at the Hilton were fantastic, very attentive and always willing to help.
Cons: The breakfast wasn’t something I would have chosen but it was still good.
7.5 Good
Pros: Great staff. Excellent breakfast.
Cons: Hotel needs renovation
7.5 Good
Pros: Everything was good and the staff were good
6.8 Good
Pros: The room was big and comfortable.
Cons: It was very expensive that I didn’t think to go there again.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Rooms were spacious staff was welcoming and polite very clean
Cons: Pool was definitly not in the category , i wish if they had an access to a private pool even in distance space like in lancaster hotel bay, to overcome the proplem of space availability.
