Very friendly helpful staff. Great hotel in city center. Communication with Dirk was excellent. Excellent breakfast for a hotel in this price range. Nice, comfortable room, very clean and amazingly quiet considering my room overlooked the high street!

Noise from the street. A bit cold for me (especially the bathroom). Unfortunately no mini-bar. Unfortunately no safe. Reception open only until 10pm. Minor thing, one very floppy pillow! The street is loud but the windows isolate the sound really well. Sleeping with open windows on a Saturday was not possible. Smells. Everything was nice. The noise when someone is pulling a suitcase on the above floor is very high. Breakfast’s choices restricted. Very basic. Lack of tea/coffee making facilities.
