Pros: the bed was the best spect of this trip. i previously had stay at the Hotel Nikko in Hanoi and the bed was hard. this bed was exquisite! lots of pillows, bedding, etc. the pool area is great as well as the breakfast. don’t pass up the seafood buffet, a little pricey but definitely worth it if you can swing it.... 1.2M VD a person.
Cons: location isn’t that great as it is on the border of district 1.
Pros: All staff from bellman front desk, they are so nice and. Fully speak English, they try help for you everything. Breakfasts have a lot choice but nothing good to me. The room not really soundproof. I can hear the room next for talking .
Pros: Absolute best break from hustle and bustle of chaotic Saigon.
Pros: One of Saigon's finest. Attention paid to each & every detail. Professional, attentive and efficient staff. Comfortable, spotless room with nice spaces to work in.
Cons: Location is less than ideal, with very little within walking distance, but a free shuttle runs regularly to the heart of District 1, 10 mins away.
Pros: The breakfast spread was great. The spa is very affordable. The rooms were comfortable.
Cons: When booking I accidentally just put the rooms down for one guest, even thought I had 2. Online the charge for 1 guest and 2 guest were the same. They tried to charge me $30 a guest per night. It was shady, but after explaining that 1-2people online doesn't change the rate. They accepted.
Pros: Amazing check-in staff, We were given a room in the 23rd floor right near the elevator but you did not hear it. The view from the room was breathless. The room was comfortable and clean. Very luxurious def worth every star! Def book in advance and give this place a try you won't regret it!
Cons: Nothing at all
Pros: vip lounge
Cons: the food could be better
Pros: The breakfast! The simplicity of the rooms. And most importantly the bath tub!
Pros: This place is excellent. Seriously nice. The staff is awesome, too. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of its location. As a tourist, it's a bit removed from where you want to be in HCMC. I got a great deal, though, and taxis are cheap and easy to get.

Pros: They offered use of the shower up in the pool area before our late flight.
Cons: I think that using the same food from breakfast for the high tea event every day was not so appealing.
Pros: Inside the room was clean and nice.
The free breakfast was decent.
Cons: they were construction crews working very loudly at 0830 and the stairwells were so dusty from the construction it was a safety hazard. plus the only elevator kept breaking and I had to take the stairs to and from the 7th floor.

Pros: Great location. Within walking distance to many nice restaurants and local tourist hangouts. Staff at breakfast buffet needs more training. Getting a coffee to go was a big deal as you are only supposed to consume buffet items in the restaurant. Really? For a second cup of coffee that I wanted to walk out with since I was running tight on time. Other staff was very helpful, specially the concierge.

Pros: Nice new hotel with great customer service. Modern rooms with international outlets. Quiet and clean. A short hop to the city center. Great boutique in the lobby selling beautiful scarves. Should have bought more!
Pros: Room was very modern
Nice rooftop bar
Cons: Internet was slow. Could not easy have VOIP business call
Gym was very limited if you need anything beyond a treadmill/elliptical
Pros: Staff fantastic
Pros: Luxury at an amazing low cost. The hotel is newly built so you don't have to worry about bugs and broken furniture. It is situated in District 1, one street down from the tourist street, short cab ride to Ben Thanh Market and Cathedral.
The entire staff was friendly, from getting out of our cab upon arrival to checking in, etc. We never went to the bank to exchange money, the hotel provided excellent exchange rates.
I definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.
Pros: The bed was comfortable. The bathtub was glorious with the surrounding windows and light. The gym was okay.
Cons: For a deluxe room it was cramped (corner unit) and the smallest room on the floor, much smaller than the corner unit across the hall. The power outlets and HDMI connection was hidden in the floor, which I was not able to get Un jammed and open for couple days. No leg room. The colors are drab and grey. The TV didn't really work and the internet was very slow. Room service was also bland and very expensive. Definitely not a 377 sqft room. More like 250.

Pros: Helpfulness of the concierge.
Convenient location to interesting sights.
Live music in the lobby.
Cons: Hotel was old and run down - poorly staffed and rooms were poorly maintained
Cons: Overall, I have been staying in hotels on business and leisure trips for over 20 years, I have never ever felt so unwelcome as this stay in Sheraton made me feel. To top it all, the manner was unapologetic, rude and ruthless.
Some examples below:
1. Staff failed to look me up for the SPG membership, in spite of me being the member.
2. Why did you book for 2 people, who is the second person, tell me the name of your girlfriend, a Vietnamese girl can't be your guest. They kept interrogation about the identity of my girlfriend even when I explained that I am not sure if my girlfriend may want to stay while checking in. They kept insisting that I share the personal information about the girlfriend, breach of PII law in western countries. My lady Vietnamese guests were extremely uncomfortable in coming anywhere near the hotel due to the notoriety in treating them badly by the hotel management staff.
3. Guest Relation Manager and Hotel Director took no action, courtesy upgrade or any other offer when the abuse, discomfort and experience related issues were brought to the attention of the staff in-spite of clearly indicating no intention to break local laws. Was made to feel like a criminal. Even when reminded that I was there customer and am having a bad experience, they asked me to feel free to report whatever I feel in the review and they will not amend or change any of the experience. When asked if I can cancel the booking, they said yes for the full fee, so practically I had no choice but to suffer the stay.
4. Internet is around $17 USD per day if it isn't part of the room rate. If you happened to overlook the internet part, hotel wants you to come down to the sitting area with limited seats to use free wifi. In the day and age of personal devise usage, really sorry to see the over the top internet charges.
5. Very limited western choices for breakfast, breakfast choices not worth the cost. They have a special sitting area for single guests, staff insists that single guests are confined to the designated single guests section.
6. They have a standard procedure for single guests, after 8 pm, they have an escort lady to drop you to the elevator so you can have no guest with you when you go to bed :)
