Cons. I know this is a budget hotel but the beds were extremely dirty with HAIR everywhere. Same goes for the bathroom. I stayed at similar hotels before but never had a room this dirty. Cannot recommend this place.

Pros. All that we liked about this place was the location and staff. Near some snow grounds, near some markets and shopping, and relatively close to the main village walk. We had movie channels which was nice when getting ready. Okay for one night as we did, just passing through. The staff was nice and helpful and check out time was great at noon, with no extra charge.
Cons. The room itself was bad, it was nonsmoking but reeked of cigarettes, it was stuffy and smelled weird in the restroom. The room was bare and poorly kept. The bed was more like a stiff couch with a couple of thin blankets. No a/c or heat which made it very cold, wish we had an extra blanket. You can hear EVERYONE else in the building.
Pros. The lady at the front desk was so accommodating and understanding when we requested a refund for the night because we decided to head down the mountain instead. She gave us a full refund and gave us no trouble for the last minute change!
