Pros: Location is close to the castle
Cons: Poor customer service
Pros: Very nice furniture And best ever seen finishing touch of bathroom although it’s small area
Cons: Nothing Best one at that area
Pros: Everything. This Gästehaus Waaaaay exceeded our expectation. We arrived very late so we had to call a number to check in. The room is VERY clean modern and well equipped. The bathroom is extraordinary. The bad had the right stiffens we had a good sleep. There was a renovation going on next to our room but they waited with the work till we wake up and and started the Breakfast. It was a very nice attention from the staff. The breakfast was well enough they had everything set up just for us, even they get out to get hot chocolate for us for the breakfast. The view from the room was looking over the village and the other rooms view are for the Hohenzollern Castle which can be seen even from the dining room which you must definitely check out if you visit this place.
Pros: Great place...breakfast was very good
Pros: Nice location, quite close to Hohenzollern castle by car. The room is small but clean and comfortable.
This family-run hotel offers cosy accommodation and delicious cuisine at the foot of Hechingen’s Hohenzollern Castle, amid the picturesque countryside of the Swabian Alb. The Gasthof-Hotel Löwen provides peaceful, country-style rooms with modern en-suite facilities. From here, you can easily explore the Bärenhöhle cave, Lake Constance, and the Black Forest. Sports fans can look forward to activities including hiking, swimming, horse riding, and golf. Enjoy the restaurant’s regional specialities featuring game from the family’s own reserve, and accompany your food with an excellent glass of wine from the Löwen’s cellar.
Pros: Free parking, huge room.
Cons: Internet was not working in the room, the breakfast was very poor. Meat, cereal and bread. Nothing for lactose intolerance, no warm breakfast, no porridge, no eggs, no natural yogurt.
Pros: People in the hotel was kind. It is relax and beautiful. Nice view of the castle. Small rooms but comfortable.
Cons: The town is small, what you can do there is to take a walk and see the beautiful view
Pros: Location, big room and bathroom, balcony, comfy bed, parking space, restaurant at ground floor
Pros: +it is very close to the Hohenzoller castle, so if you want to have some stops during a longer trip it is a good idea, to stop there and stay for the night in this hotel. +the breakfast was okay +price also reasonable
Cons: -the style of the rooms are quite old, so if you not really prefer the quite old wood furniture, than this is not for you.
Pros: The view from our balcony was amazing, and we absolutely loved dinner and the hospitality. We didn’t know a lot of German, so it was hard to have much of a conversation, but we still felt very welcomed.
Cons: The bed was a little hard for my taste.
Pros: Very big, clean and comfortable room. Good choice of food at breakfast. Nice owner lady. Payment by credit card. Very silent and relaxing location, with sight on the amazing Burg Hohenzollern Castle. The price is absolutely correct.
Cons: Being Italian, the coffee is not so good: I would suggest a modern coffee machine, with options for espresso, cappuccino, etc. I am sure that this investment will be appreciated by more guests. A choice of (maybe homemade) cakes would be very nice. A night light sign of the hotel on the street would be nice.
Pros: Great atmosphere, terrific staff, excellent food, awesome view!

Pros: Clean , good breakfast , staff nice , parking
Cons: Was good
Pros: The room was lovely, the bed was super comfy and the location to Hohenzollern castle was perfect!
Cons: The walls were thin and you could hear your neighbour.
Cons: Very good breakfast.
Pros: Located just a few minutes drive to Hohenzollern Castle. Cute, quaint, newly renovated hotel like an old, historic road side inn. Staff were so nice. Hotel restaurant was nice as well and the food was great. Typical no AC but … the shower. Ok, I get it’s an older building with a slant roof, but that slant goes into the shower on the 2nd floor, and we could not even stand up in the "shower." ? My fiance is 5,7 and she was literally down on her knees taking a shower. I’m 6,2 so it was even more crazy. Plus the shower wand is hung on the side and waist high. ? One of the weirdest shower arrangements ever and extremely awkward. I’m sure it’s not the same set up for every room, but for ours, the shower was difficult. I think the intent must be that it's a bath, but a bath in a hotel is not exactly what we want. Traffic noise and church bells all night also. Thankfully the hotel was so charming it somewhat made up for these shortcomings, but just be aware, there are some drawbacks. Even with all this, I would stay here again. I would give it a 10 with the location close to Hohenzollern Castle, the charm, cleanliness, and staff, but the shower, traffic noise and church bells every 15 minutes work against it. Again, just be aware there are some drawbacks.
Pros: Hotel located in an Ideal place to relax after hard business day. Staff was really kind.
Pros: Very good food, very friendly staff and very cute building.
Pros: Excellent staff. Very helpful and attended all queries.

Pros: Nice city, hotel not bad. If you will stay in this city you MUST visit "s Fecker" that's the bar in 100 meters. That bar like a museum.
Cons: Big audibility in rooms. The staff personally me seemed too alert, maybe I wrong.
Pros: Owners friendly Clean
Cons: Hotel not renovated properly Car park max 2 hours... so while youre staying in the hotel at day time change the parking disc every 2 hours....
Pros: Host and family members were very accommodating. Had great conversations and really enjoyed their company. Location was perfect for visiting Schloss Hohenzollern. Walked to a very good restaurant that they recommended. Quiet, no street noise. Host actually carried one bag up stairs as my spouse was unable to. Decor was bright and cheerful.
Cons: The bathrooms on our floor were quite small.
Pros: Perfect location to visit the castle. Unusual decor!

With a stay at Garni-Hotel Unsere Stadtvilla in Hechingen, you'll be within a 10-minute drive of Hohenzollern Castle and St. Luzen Kirche. Guests may use a roundtrip airport shuttle for a surcharge, and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: German style breakfast
Cons: No real bar or restaurant, just a self service drinks fridge
Pros: Modern but old building, nice views of the castle, easy parking,
Cons: Quad room had all 4 beds in a single room and one didn't have a full frame under it.
Pros: Lovely old farmhouse type property, spacious room, excellent bathroom, breakfast was great, close to train station and Burg Hohenzollern, even had a view of Burg.
Pros: Excellent European breakfast buffet. The owner asked if I would like eggs or something not on the buffet. I had a plate of very tasty scrambled eggs with bacon and onion. To top the meal off there is a beautiful view of the Hohenzoller Castle when the cloud layer allows.
Cons: I can't say there was anything I didn't like. Although the hotel sits on the main road it is very quiet. The building is a beautifully updated piece of history while retaining the original favor. If your looking for peaceful walk, its just out the door. From our room #1 we had a beautiful view of the castle.
Pros: Everything- Staff was especially helpful.
Pros: Great place...nice helpful staff, very clean rooms and great breakfast. Perfect location near the castle.

Pros: Perfect location for castle viewing. The staff were all wonderful especially Mark who was just so nice and accommodating. Would definitely recommend!
Pros: I had a good stay, the staff were very nice. I did not try the breakfast but the evening meal was fantastic. It is right on the B27 which is handy for access. You can walk to the castle from the hotel but not the shops.
Cons: Decor is a little dated but the place was comfortable and warm. Wifi was a little slow
Pros: My room had a view of the castle! This was a beautiful hotel. Be sure to eat dinner at the property. I had the pheasant consommé (Excellent!) and the deer schnitzel (Also Excellent!). I would recommend to anyone.
Pros: Breakfast was excellent , varied and tasty.
Cons: Shower was a little too small, not enough room to move. No air conditioning.
Pros: After visiting the castle this was the best place to end our day. The location, the option to stay and dine here, the staff were all so friendly! Loved the Art Deco look of our room, everything was clean and fresh and we even had a balcony off the room. The hotel was quiet, our breakfast in the morning had so many choices (the ham was amazing!) and everything was fresh. Our dinner the night before was excellent, I had the pumpkin soup w/coconut & seeds. The chef even sent out at complimentary “small bite” of his choice YUM. Our server was not rush and we were able to enjoy his company and here about the area and things to do.
Cons: The internet worked great in the lobby and the bar and the patio. My room was over the restaurant and I could get service when it was open but once they closed the kitchen the service no longer worked for me in my room. Plenty of places to go sit in the lobby to catch up while traveling but I would have preferred to do so in my room.
Pros: Convenient to the castle, reason for the whole trip. Food was excellent, our waiters loved chatting with us during dinner. Atmosphere was cozy; I would definitely recommend this hotel!
Pros: Very nice hotel in a wonderful location right under the castle.
Cons: It's been a pity a little that the restaurant (which is said to be excellent) closed rather early, and so we missed the dinner for which we hoped.

Pros: Dinner at the restaurant was excellent. Room was very comfortable.
Pros: Friendly staffs, clean and neat room are definitely plus. The restaurant in the hotel was great atmosphere with western / Germany menus. The hotel is located at a small village where there is no other restaurant. Our stay included breakfast that serves basic stuff like cold cuts, fruits, pans with beverages such as juice, milk, tea, coffee, etc.
Cons: Amenities and equipment at the room were not satisfactory - no refrigerator, air conditioner and electric kettle in the room we stayed were available which may not be suitable for those who are thinking a long stay. At the night we stayed some people were very noisy at the restaurant until 23ish that was very distracting to us to sleep.
Pros: Friendly staff, nice restaurant
Cons: No air conditioning
Pros: The restaurant was good. We ate there 2 nights.
Cons: The WIFI was terrible or non existent in my room 210. No wifi to speak of. I found this irritating for a small hotel with not much wifi area to cover.

Hotel Klaiber is located in the heart of the old residence town, surrounded by historical buildings and sights. The modern, recently renovated guest rooms provide a quiet, friendly atmosphere with charming decorations.
Pros: Excelent staffs, friendly, mindful and lovely. She offered us free bottle of water for our road trip. The lady in the restaurant always keep her amazing smile on her face. I rarely review on any platform, but I would feel guilty not to do so for this place.
Pros: Great people working there, so helpful and spoke English. Room was really cute, larger than expected for Germany. Very clean. Breakfasts were traditional German with meats and cheeses and yogurts. There is also a pharmacy and bakery on the same street.
Cons: I was disappointed that the restaurant downstairs was closed Friday and Saturday - however, when I looked, it did state this on the website. There was a delicious Italian place across the street. It is not in a very busy part of town, not much to do other than the castle (which was my reason for visiting), there is a movie theater next door for German speakers.
Pros: Location, cleanliness, personal treatment from staff
Cons: Hauling luggage to the fourth floor without elevator
Pros: Convenient location for the visit yo Hohenzollern Castle
Cons: It has the looks and the taste of 1970’s
Pros: Hostess was so nice and accommodating! Appreciated the free parking and free pets as well.
Cons: Shower was a little dated
Pros: Very pleasant and accommodating staff with a nice restaurant and good basic food.
