5.4 Okay
Pros: It was a walking distance to peace Arch park.
Cons: Towels were not clean, toilets needed renovation. For the price it wasn’t a good value.
5.4 Okay
Cons: To. Expensive for the facilities & NO COFFEE FACILITIES IN ROOM OR ON SITE!!!!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Good location. Has a kitchenette.
Cons: The wall is very thin and so the neighbors little noises(sneezing, blowing nose, yawing) can be very audible. Also for those that smoke--plwase have a designated area as smoking outside the door or next to my room is unacceptable to a nonsmoker and especially when you have a no smoking policy for the room itself.. the towels need to be replaced as they are old. There should be a small nightstand next to the bed to place a cell phone so don't need to plug in the kitchen or bathroom as to set an alarm for the phone and to access is not convenient. Also there should be a a light next to the bed so don't have to access across the room when in bed. Th mattress is becoming sunken and will need to be replaced soon. Need Black out curtains as the miniblinds and simple curtains are not enough to block out the security lights. Also especially in the bathroom as you have to close the door at night to block out the light to sleep
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: location only
Cons: Smells badly of mold. Live in tenants that think they own the place and listen to music at all hours, old dated nasty hotel
6.7 Good
Pros: Manager super friendly and sweet.
Cons: Uncomfortable and lumpy beds. Beds painful and difficult to sleep on. Woke up with headache and severe back pain. Showers are too short and very small.
6.7 Good
Pros: Nice but dated studio. Comfortable king bed with nice sheets...gaudy bedspread though.
Cons: Paper thin walls. You hear everything. Has great potential with minor upgrades.
6.7 Good
Cons: Waited thirty minutes to be checked in and saw her drive up. Then said she didn't have room for us at this location. Sent us to another location.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The owner was a terrific fellow. Very cheerful and helpful. Working hard to update the property. Not fancy, but a good value!
8.2 Excellent
Pros: It was under renovation and the manager was very helpful. Gave us a nice suite for a great rate of regular price. Very dog friendly.
Cons: No breakfast, doors open to the outside, providing less security. Things were a bit in disarray with work in progress. Hopefully good renovation and lift done to motel.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Breakfast was not available. Location was good as reason for being there was close by.
Cons: A coffee pot in room, basic spoons, forks, butter knife, paper towels, hand towel and dish cloth in kitchen
