Pros. the winter rates i recieved were less than the rates at some nearby lesser motels. easy access to interstate 55 and 74. property seems very well maintained for as old as it is. halls and rooms seemed to have new carpet and fresh paint.
Cons. property is a bit dated. looks very 90's. even though the carpets in the hall and room looked new, the were very ugly. the refrigerator in the room was clogged with frost. it needed to be defrosted. Iron was bolted to the ironing board. was difficult to use.
Pros. Staff were very helpful, friendly. Upgraded us to double suite! Clean, spacious. Beds were very comfy.
Cons. No issues
Pros. Cheap rate.
Cons. Shabby, sketchy location, sketchy clientele.
Pros. Bed was great. Price was fabulous.
Pros. Everything was amazing. The room was HUGE, clean, and well-appointed. Felt like a $150/night room, but I only paid $65 or so. Will definitely find excuses to need a hotel again so I can go stay there again. :)
Pros. Common areas of the hotel are updated and the hot breakfast helped us avoid a stop at a restaurant to eat. Carpeting in the room was new. Fridge, sink and microwave in the room. The room was huge but not a suite as advertised. Beds were comfy. It has a pool and exercise room which we didn't use.
Cons. This is an older property being renovated. We arrived at 10:30PM after hours and hours on the road. The elevator was being 'rebooted' and would be working in about 30 minutes. We carried our luggage up to the third floor rather than wait. Good thing...still didn't work in the morning. WiFi was awful and cut out intermittently. Wouldn't even load simple web pages. I called the front desk and was told to move to the other side of the room and it would work. "I promise...", she added. Broken promise... lol The room showed it's age, patched holes in walls, dirty shower, broken door knobs, old cabinets, items placed in the refrigerator were frozen when we removed them the next morning. Parking lot is a bit too small. It was full by the time we arrived. I had to park down the street.
Pros. the room was very spacious and wall arranged. The beds were very comfortable!! I do not believe I moved all night!
Pros. The room was awesome
Cons. I recievd ate mail that said check-in by email. I did that and when we arrived the staff memory behind the counter said we never get those. I don't know what that is
Pros. Clean and large rooms. Very nice for the price.
Pros. They offered free breakfast but we didn't go so I cannot rate it. The attendant was as helpful as possible but we had to wait for two separate ones to come back to the counter from the bar area when we approached the desk.
Cons. Our reservation was incorrect (although the hotel said it was pricelines fault) so we were shorted a bed for our 4 year old. The attendant provided a cot (which was very thin and would be very uncomfortable for any adult) when we were informed they were sold out for the night. All that was provided by way of toiletries was a small bottle of shampoo and a bar of soap. The room looked a little "used" with a half hazard paint job and scuffed up furniture. I wasn't at all impressed and won't stay again.
