Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, with many highlighting its proximity to attractions, beaches, and city centers. Cleanliness was also a strong point, with several guests noting well-maintained rooms and facilities. Room size received positive feedback, especially for comfort and spaciousness. However, service was a recurring issue, with reports of unhelpful or rude staff, poor management, and unresolved problems. Breakfast and food quality received mixed reviews, with some guests satisfied and others disappointed by the lack of variety or taste. Overall, while the hotel excels in location, cleanliness, and room size, improvements are needed in service and food quality.
