Summary of reviews

Guests say
The reviews highlight significant dissatisfaction with the hotel's service, including issues with reservations, staff responsiveness, and communication. Cleanliness and room conditions were also a concern for several guests, with mentions of outdated bathrooms and lack of basic amenities. However, many guests appreciated the hotel's central location, and a few noted that their rooms were more spacious or cleaner than expected. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some guests enjoying it and others finding it lacking. Overall, while the location and occasional room quality were positives, service and cleanliness need improvement.
