Pros: Super clean room w/all the amenities. Great hosts and good fresh breakfast.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything, lovely room and bed, safe parking and very quiet also lovely hosts and a delicious dinner.
Cons: Nothing
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and excellent value All fittings and furnishings were high quality. Owners were very helpful and accommodating allowing to charge our car at a reasonable cost. The morning coffee was the best we had on our holiday
Cons: The was nothing to dislike. Our only request would have been to perhaps put a kettle/tea making in one of the areas accessible for us when in the house alone
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Stayed overnight on our way up to Calais for a morning crossing. Property is ideally situated, just 5 minutes drive from the motorway near Rouen with quick easy access. We shared an evening meal with our hosts and another couple who were staying, which made for a very pleasant evening, with convivial company and lovely food. Very good breakfast the next morning too. Clean, comfortable, spacious accommodation with very friendly, welcoming and helpful hosts. I'm sure we will return.
Cons: Nothing at all!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Warm welcome. Immaculate. Attention to detail. Breakfast fresh and plentiful.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hosts were very welcoming and attentive, nothing was too much trouble.. A wonderful place very close to Rouen and very private and secure garden for sitting. So much better than a hotel. Breakfast was a delight. Felt like a visit with friends and we hope to return...

Pros: It was very friendly and welcoming and we enjoyed our stay. We had an excellent dinner and breakfast before we left. We hope to visit again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Attentiveness of hosts
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was great as very close to N28 for traveling south and Rouen itself for visiting. Simona and Alberto gave us a warm welcome with very nice tea/coffee and cakes before showing us to our room. (We stayed on our way South and back North on our way home) Both the rooms we stayed in were spotlessly clean with excellent and quality facilities. The hosts went over and beyond with extra touches to accommodate our 10month old daughter Lily and engaged with her during our stay which she really enjoyed which all together made her stay just as comfortable as ours. We had dinner and breakfast during both our stays and the food and drinks were all exceptional. Would highly recommend staying here if its on your route, we certainly will be next time we're traveling through or staying in the region
Cons: Nothing

Pros: Clean and comfortable. Ran by a lovely couple who were very helpful. We were travelling with a baby so had a cold spread each evening - once inside in the main living area and once in the pretty garden. Convenient location to visit Rouen
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had a very comfortable nights stay. The hosts were very welcoming and, although my french is limited, we managed to communicate. The family rooms we had were immaculately clean. I cannot find fault, it was excellent value for money. Thank you.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Quite picturesque location
Cons: Nothing to dislike
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful and peaceful place, very closed to Rouen, with a big garden. The room where we slept was romantic and super cleaned but the most beautiful part of our journey was the owners. This beautiful couple is lovely! With a little money you can get a delicious continental breakfast served in the living room. A special mention to the owner for his vinerape figs, which were so juicy!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our hosts were really accommodating and did all they could to make us as comfortable as possible

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location superb for walking around the old town and historic sites. Staff very helpful. Nice shower and comfortable bed
Cons: Noisy air con. View from window was across car park looking straight at apartments opposite. Room smaller than expected, no bath and pricey for what it was. Great location
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was lovely had everything you could of wished for - the room was okay they said we had been upgraded but not so sure about that. Stayed in better for a luxury hotel. Really comfortable big bed though. Great location, in walking distance of sites in the old city, parking was good and secure which was important for us. would stay again was comfortable and well located.
Cons: Going downstairs to the bathroom - in the night in the dark wasn't great
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very helpful staff. Great bathroom and shower. Lovely location.
Cons: Only minus point was a strange noise which I think came from the air con equipment outside.
6.7 Good
Pros: The Location
Cons: We were not informed prior to arrival of the various road works creating traffic diversions which made it really difficult to locate the address. We eventually had to park in a public car park about 200 meters away and were offered no assistance with luggage either on arrival or departure.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: Lighting was very poor in the rooms and the amount of electrical outlets where is fairly poor also but we made it work
6.7 Good
Cons: it started with an email from the property couple days before our arrival to say "sorry we couldn't get hold of you on the phone, we are not able to accommodate your booking due to technical error and as a result we can offer either different date or different hotel" although on booking my reservation still appeared as confirmed ! so then we call there, lady on the reception being nice and friendly re routes us to senior manager later in a day, we then offered a subsite hotel which is not of the same calibre - we then expressed our worry and concern about the whole situation. Few hours later we called again, and magically the room was there again, "someone cancelled last minute" ….so this puts you off the wrong side already. We then been charged 450 euros prior to even checking in, upon asking why we were told it is a deposit for room/breakfast etc- but no one had bothered to inform us about it until we asked....
9.0 Excellent

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Charming. Excellent location and staff
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location with an amazing view , helpful stuff , cute and functional room.
Cons: All was as described.
7.5 Good
Pros: The location was outstanding and our room had a fabulous view of the cathedral which makes the inexpensive price very surprising. The welcome from the owner was very friendly and helpful and thankfully we arrived just before they had closed and departed the café. We did not have breakfast so cannot comment on this although the coffee did smell great.
Cons: The room had 2 beds in it which made it a little cramped and difficult to get round one side of the double bed. The walls were very thin so you could hear other guests having conversations.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location was perfect, staff helpful, breakfast very good
Cons: we were on the 4th floor with no lift which was a struggle for my wife
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very helpful and friendly staff. Fantastic location
Cons: The long and winding staircase
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location is great!!! Unforgettable view from the window. Staff is very helpful. In this room we had a feeling we are heroes of fairy tales and live just infront of King's Palace! Exellent! Facilities is in good condition, quite enough for short visit to discover Rouen.
Cons: I would like to advise to make a holder on the wall near the tube in the bathroom for safety entrance/exit to the tube.
7.9 Good
Pros: The view of The Ministry of Justice building from our top floor room was breathtaking
Cons: The windy stairs to the top floor and the cramped bathroom.
7.9 Good
Pros: Excellent central location with helpful, friendly staff. Reduced rate for secure parking nearby.
Cons: Small room on fourth floor with no lift.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The location was very central, great for sightseeing and shopping and accessing the wide range of restaurants. The staff were very helpful and the carpark was very close and easy to find, just a short walk back to the hotel.
Cons: The bathroom was rather cramped with the toilet particularly awkward to use.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Nice cozy room with a beautiful view of the Palace of Justice. The hotel is a little old but well maintained. The location is very central, getting easily to all the places of interest in central Rouen.
Cons: No elevator, but the staff have offered to help bringing the luggage up
5.7 Okay
Pros: Very very good location. I studied there and I know what a good location in Rouen is. From our room we had a view to Palace Justice. 10 minute walk from train station and walking distance to any sightseeing in Rouen. Room was nice and clean. I will definitely stay there again and would recommend to others with limited budget.
Cons: No elevators. Reception desk doesn’t works 7/24, though it was not a problem for us.
5.3 Okay
Pros: The location is fantastic - right in the middle of the historic city centre and opposite the stunning Court of Justice, one of the most beautiful late medieval structures anywhere. The hotel building, from the same period, is quaint and charming. As things go in France, the breakfast was above average.
Cons: The wifi did not work properly (save in the staircase, not the most convenient of options...) and the room furniture was very flimsy indeed and certainly not 'design', as rather boldly stated. No staff on location on a Sunday night - all I got was a room key, in sharp contrast with the services mentioned on the web.
6.3 Good
Pros: Very well placed in the center of the old town, behind Palace de Justice, a short walk from Cathedral and metro stop. Clean modern room in a nice old building. Very good price.
Cons: Rooms at second, third and fourth floor without elevator and narrow staircase. Good only for people travelling light. No reception when the bar below is closed. No WiFi in my room even if a router was in the corridor, but good in the bar. Some small maintenance problems

7.5 Good
Pros: All was good except for the temperature of the unit.
Cons: The unit felt cold and humid, the owners were not able to raise the temperature by one or two degrees. Because I had a cold it was uncomfortable.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was great, the apartment was great, very well set up. My husband especially liked the shutters on the Windows and we loved the free, secure private parking.
Cons: A couple of comfy chairs would have been nice.
7.5 Good
Pros: Could contact owners easily for extra soap and tea bags. Location very good in older part of Rouen. Space to spread out a bit. Generally a comfortable apartment and well supplied with fridge, microwave and tv. Quiet and safe.
Cons: It is an unseviced apartment so towels and tea towel were left for our 6 day stay. Pull out bed uncomfortable.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location - 10 minute walk to Musee des beaux artes
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Phillippe met us on arrival, he gave us an excellent debriefing( best host we had on our entire trip) on the accommodation and also layout of the town. Where to go to get food and places of interest. We messed up arrival and departure dates and Phillippe went above and beyond to accommodate us on such short notice.
Cons: Very narrow vehicle entrance to property for our car.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Easy to find. Key in a box with a code. Private parking. Very nice, quiet and comfortable apartment. We were in contact with our hosts by mail and SMS. They wanted to make sure everything was going well and we felt at home.
Cons: Everything went well.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Our host, Philippe was very welcoming indeed. He gave us heaps of local info about what to see and how to get around in this impressive City. Good location. Useful kitchen area.

Pros: Roomy, quiet and comfortable.
Cons: A residential area offers no dining or groceries near.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The room and kitchen werd very good. Nice shower. Good location. Parking included.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Room larger than the average hotel room with a large comfortable bed and extra facilities such as microwave. fridge and coffee maker. Convenient for railway station in a quiet residential area.
Cons: No shops, bars or restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Nearest shop approx 500 metres and it is uphill to the apartment from there and from all tourist attractions.

Pros: Great location
Cons: Breakfast too limited & too expensive
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location in the centre of the old town. We only stopped for one night on our way home but would certainly return for a longer break. The hotel was perfect in every way.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Located in the historic part of the city. Very nice, hearty breakfast available for additional charge.
Cons: Cobblestones can be tricky to navigate.
7.9 Good
Pros: Nice hotel right in the center with parking.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: I love this hotel. Rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. Quiet street but in a central location in Rouen.
Cons: A couple of minor things for improvement: 1. Please add mineral water in the room 2. Please add a showercap in the bathroom
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very helpful. The hotel was clean, beds were soft, breakfast was very good.
Cons: We rented a car and the roads were a little tricky. But that’s not the hotels fault it’s a very old city not meant for cars.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very charming décor, thé Colors were calm and pleasant. The location is very convenient, right in the middle of Rouen but on a relatively quiet street. The staff was friendly and helpful. We lived the view of the courtyard from our fifth floor room.
Cons: The breakfast buffet is cramped and seemed like it was hard to replenish. I didn’t like the make your own orange juice, messy. Other similarly priced lodgings have freshly squeezed orange juice that you don’t have to make yourself.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location!
7.9 Good
Pros: The location was excellent for the sights we wished to see.
Cons: The location is a side street and the process to drive to the hotel and park was confusing. That said, parking was available.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Once found, the location of the hotel couldn't be better. Private underground garage parking (make sure you book) at 15 euros. Very quiet for city centre too so a good night's sleep is assured.
Cons: Difficult to find as roadworks, one way streets and diversions made locating it a nightmare. Though the address of the entrance barrier is rue de la pie, go through the barrier and the hotel entrance is actually around the corner on rue du vieux de palais.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was great, rooms a little small but fitted with the hotel genre. Parking an experience and will be remembered as how I did not hit the Lamborghini, Porsche, Bentley or vintage Merc in the lift operated underground car park after driving through the medieval streets.

Pros: We were really in the heart of things at this hotel. Additionally, the lobby was very nice and we enjoyed the wine bar each evening. Pros: Friendly staff. Comfortable, clean room and excellent breakfast.
Cons: Nothing, we enjoyed our stay.
7.1 Good
Pros: Awesome location: near the city center but outside of the "sightseeing circle" so crowds won't bother you. Plus in case you are travelling with the car you will easily find this place and get to/from it
Cons: Odd thing - there are no hooks in the bathroom so you won't be able to hang towels or stuff like that. There are almost no power outlets in the room as well, keep this on mind, as you will have to put your things to charge somewhere far from your bed.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Standard Ibis, great location right in the city centre, about a 10-minute walk from the central plaza and cathedral. Friendly staff, lovely breakfast.
Cons: Nothing!

5.0 Okay
Cons: I have stayed at this hotel often on my way through France. It is a shame that was I treated as an imbecile by the receptionist on duty. On booking in she was a little abrupt handing me my receipt saying I had booked and paid on line, when I asked about breakfast her reply was you can pay tomorrow. Overnight it was hot in our room the air conditioning did not work. When I left a note reporting its non functioning in the morning and left a sad face to express my disappointment. The receptionist followed me out to the car park and informed me in an aggressive tone that the air conditioning was in fact turned off and I should have opened the window! Our room faced the main road and railway and is triple glazed. I had indeed tried to leave the window open but the noise and fumes from a two lane motorway and railway line left us unable to sleep We left without breakfast but with a bad taste in our mouths. It is a shame that after awarding this hotel top marks in August I find myself writing my first negative review.

Pros: Simple out of hours checkin, friendly cleaning staff (we were in/out during late nights early mornings), rooms were clean and spacious, nice and quiet considering proximity to the autoroute and busy town street. The area was ok, we walked apx a mile to a pizza shop and everyone we encountered was friendly enough. My young family felt safe quite late in the night which is a good indicator..
Cons: A single family room to sleep 4 would have been good but really, we were very impressed with the hotel and will use again
8.3 Excellent
Pros: They let pets stay, and also how reasonably priced.
Cons: Very basic.

Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: a beautiful and simple place, well equiped
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The apartment was great - just as described. But not so close for an easy walk from the train station. There and hills and cobble stones and lots of construction everywhere.
Cons: The owner recommended we walk to the next main street to get a taxi or to call and it would show up. We called and were down stairs right on time. No taxi - second call resulted in No Taxi. By then we were almost going to miss the train. 3rd call the taxi company just said - “we are busy , we have no taxis”. We took off with bags and all for the 18 minute fast walk to the station. Very stressful. Got there 2 minutes before the train departure. Just bad recommendations. There should be something better.

Pros: Reasonably easy access and good secure parking. Good shower.
Cons: We arrived at 5pm having driven for 6 hours, but could not have a shower, as there had been a problem with the hotel's drier so there were no towels until 10pm. Staff need to be more forthcoming with information on check in: we only found out about the absent towels when we reached our room and rang down to ask. We used to use Campaniles regularly as a simple, economical stopover with a good value limited restaurant menu. It seems now to have shifted to a more complex (and more expensive) restaurant offer.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Staff were helpful. Good to have secure parking. The WiFi was easy to access. Despite being on a busy junction the hotel was quiet and peaceful.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Good food and wine. Excellent breakfast. Very clean rooms with large comfortable bed
Cons: Liked it all.
6.3 Good
Pros: Secure parking was a bonus
Cons: The hotel was obviously very new and snagging work was still going on
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Secure parking, modern facilities, good shower, good restaurant, tea, coffee & kettle in the room.
Cons: Quite a warm night and aircon dodn't work. Bed too hard for me, tossed & turned all night. Pillow softer than the duvet, so no support.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: It was a very comfortable hotel with free secure parking only a short walk (about a mile??) from the centre of Rouen. We the reception and the carpark overlook the local Rugby ground and we had a bonus of being able to watch the last 20 minutes of a match with a lively but friendly crowd
Cons: The hotel says it has Air conditioning but although the temperature was in the high 20's and our room was too hot we were told that we could only select more heat not any cooling!!!!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and food was acceptable.
Cons: Location was too far from the main city. To drive to town presents a parking problem.
6.7 Good
Pros: breakfast was ok, but booked a twin room and got a double. not the best of locations

9.6 Excellent
Pros: The location is perfect, in the heart of the old city. The hotel and our rooms are very cozy. We had 2 connected rooms, each one with separate entrance. It suited us perfectly. The parking is 2 min from the hotel. The hotel is located in walking area, so you cannot drive there. Go strait to the parking, check the parking name in advance.
Cons: We had rooms on third floor. No elevator exists, cause it is old historic building with a lot of charm.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Breakfast was amazing!!!
Cons: The room was small and not so clean

Pros: Everything
Cons: Everything
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely breakfsat. Staff were pleasant and accommodating.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Pleasant courtyard entrance. Comfortable room with good facilities
Cons: Parking difficult and distant
9.0 Excellent
Pros: This was a return visit because we like the ambience of this hotel very much. The tea room and courtyard are lovely for relaxing in the city away from the crowds. The bedrooms are quirky and the water pressure fabulous!
Cons: Having to leave!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Pet friendly hotel in the centre of Rouen old town, within walking distance of all the main sites. We had a triple room on the top floor which just about had enough room for us and two dogs, only downside was dragging all our stuff up the many flights of stairs...
Cons: No lift, but that is how it is in these old style houses turned into hotels. Breakfast pretty basic. Nowhere very near to give the dogs a decent walk, parks all said no dogs though nobody seemed to pay attention to that, so we eventually followed along.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location very good, close to all including very good underground parking if you have a car. Not necessarily cheap though. The room was adequate and very good water pressure in the shower, and of course the price very good for the location.
Cons: I didn't like that the kitchen was literally outside our room (room #1) door, you could smell it. Not a bad smell, but just food prep smell and some noise. Also, the room décor needs some updating plus the shower stall too.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very quaint and quite comfortable.
Cons: A lot of stairs. WiFi is spotty upstairs.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location and reduced parking fee at nearby car park was appreciated.

7.5 Good

Cons: No elevator, very small corridor before the room door.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location. Room was comfortable though on third floor. No elevator. Staff very pleasant. Beds very comfortable. I would return.
Cons: Lack of elevator.

Pros: 5 min walk from the station, quiet location in the city. Staff were friendly and helpful.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Clean, fresh, comfy
Cons: Longish walk to town, narrow stairs no lift, garage tricky and an extra charge for off road parking
7.1 Good
Pros: Staff accommodating and very pleasant.
Cons: Too far from the main attractions. Plus side - near the train.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location is handy
Cons: Family of 5 and split over 2 rooms on different floors no lift and stairs very steep. We ended up leaving luggage in car and taking only what we needed. Not a fan of the decor not sure pictures actually reflected the accomodation.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location and very helpful staff.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great value for money. Basic but ideal for a one night stop over on long journey south. Easy wall to centre of Rouen. we had two double beds in the room and the room was light and we could open windows.
Cons: It was very basic...but that's what we paid for so.... Parking is on the road and you have to find a space,,,,,no charge for street parking between 7pm and 9am. Only wish we had had time for breakfast. Receptionist spoke English

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely amazing location, close to the most important and interesting places in Rouen. Very close to many restaurants and shops. Very nice and calm hotel. Friendly staff and very helpful. Nice room with incredible view and terrace. Soo good breakfast big variety of food and amazing coffee. Comfortable bed. Everything what you need was in the room.
Cons: It will be so nice to have kettle in the room to make tea/ coffee.
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Only the two receptionists were nice and polite.
Cons: The director is absolutely not flexible and is rude. He refused to cancel our reservation made by mistake after only 5min. No negotiation possible. No way to talk to him directly. He ruined our stay in Rouen. No AC in the rooms for a 3stars... such a shame.
7.5 Good
Pros: I love how warm and approachable the staff was. The scrambled eggs was really yummy, and the collection of tea was very impressive. It was lovely having Netflix on the TV as well. Thank you!
Cons: I didn’t like that it was too warm in the room at night, and I couldn’t leave the windows open ajar, but had to leave it open all the way to get some air in.
6.7 Good
Pros: Location was great
Cons: While The location is very good, very close to the centre, there is no air conditioning and as the temperature was very high, there was a heat wave, we called reception to ask for a fan, to be told "no". I really think fans should be available in the rooms in the summer. We spent a very uncomfortable night, and hardly slept, as we left the windows open for air, which there wasn't really, and when we did manage to nod off, were woken by people and scooters etc passing outside. A fan in our room would've made a huge difference. They should invest!
7.9 Good
Cons: Room over hot. No way to cool it down Breakfast very poor.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great bed very comfortable and good size shower
Cons: No kettle or tea/coffee
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Staff are great, very helpful and friendly. There is secure underground parking very close for €16 for 24hrs. The hotel is in a super location for the main sites too. All within easy walking distance.
Cons: €7 for two tiny bottles of water is a real rip off. They're €0.50 in the shop up the road (closed, hence we had to buy in the hotel) The hotel could use a lick of paint here and there. It's looking a bit tired.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: George the owner was very helpful in advising on places to see and restaurants. When we had some trouble with our rental car he researched and offered a solution.
Cons: Central location but noisy at night and early morning with traffic and construction.
9.2 Excellent
Cons: The hotel needs renovation - everything is a bit tired.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The location was excellent for exploring the Old Town. It was easy to find walking from the station with luggage - all down hill. On the return, we took a taxi because it was only a five minute drive, but well worth it with luggage. There were two pillow options! This was lovely because all of the hotels I stayed at prior had given me a headache, due to being too tall, firm and uncomfortable.

8.9 Excellent (15 reviews)
Overview Reviews
Located in Rouen (Rouen City Centre), this apartment is within a 5-minute walk of Rouen Cathedral and Church of Saint-Maclou. Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access and multilingual staff. Limited parking is available onsite.
7.5 Good
Pros: Communication was good despite the owner being abroad. The location is perfect, right in the centre of this stunning city, in between two cathedrals.
Cons: The first photo on booking.com is misleading; it led me to think there was a sofa bed in the living room as well. The check-in process happened a bit in a hurry. There was quite a narrow timeframe (which is hard to estimate when you're on holiday) and we were a bit late because parking turned out to be a bit difficult with all the one-way streets. You have to supply a credit card and sign a form, in case you damage anything or didn't clean the apartment properly. Because of the hurry I didn't really know what I signed and what amount we were talking about to be reserved, so later on I felt quite bad about that cause it felt somewhat shady. It turned out to be fine though. I had already read in reviews that you have to clean the apartment yourself when you leave. There is a lack of instructions on this however, it was all quite vague to me.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Lovely decor and fab location
7.9 Good
Pros: Great location. Very easy access to everything.
Cons: The room was not available when booked. They should have taken down from the available booing. The staff kindly arranged a new room. The room was not fully ready but it was ok. I wish they gave me some discount for the inconvenience.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The location was great The apartment was absolutely gorgeous The bathroom was a good size and super clean The host was very accommodating in meeting us to gain entry to the apartment and in our check out time which we really appreciated.
Cons: For the price of the apartment at £145 for one night we didn't expect to have to make up our own bed with sheets and covers and then be told to make sure we stripped it before leaving and clean up. Shower gel, shampoo or even just soap in the bathroom would have been useful - as it was an apartment we were expecting it to have everything we needed for a quick stay. There was a fabulous coffee machine in the kitchen but no coffee or any basics that you'd expect for the price really.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Brilliant position in Rouen eclectic lovely apartment v comfortable and quit at night surprisingly. Great welcome from the owners brother,
Cons: Nothing all good
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very close to all the sites that we wanted to see

Cons: Bathroom was a bit small; clean but small
7.9 Good
Pros: Great location and friendly staff. It is situated in the city centre right next to the Old Town. Secure car parking was great too.
Cons: With hindsight I would have opted for the superior room which appears to have been recently renovated. The charge is only slightly more.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Staff very helpful and friendly. The hotel has locked parking that you reserve with the room.
Cons: Nothing
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Really appreciated the attentiveness of the staff- very helpful and made us feel welcome.
Cons: A bar would be nice for an afternoon drink but there are plenty nearby.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great location, lovely refurbished family room, friendly helpful staff
Cons: Aircon or a fan in the room would have been useful as it was a little noisy with windows open.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved the place very much, everbody was super kind and everthing was ok we were there with a team of 5 Chinees people who want to come back next year it was a super weekend thanks for everthing
Cons: nothing
7.5 Good
Pros: Room
Cons: No lift and location
7.9 Good
Pros: The location is excellent. Breakfast is very good. Management helpful and let us keep our car in garage for a few hours after checkout.
Cons: It was a liitle more expensive with parking and breakfast, but everything was just fine.
7.1 Good
Pros: Great location for exploring Rouen on foot. Lots of restaurants really close by plus the historic centre including the cathedral. The staff were really helpful regarding the parking space, in terms of guiding us in and letting us keep it until early afternoon the next day whilst we explored. The guy on reception also took the time to recommend nearby restaurants to us.
Cons: The room was just a bit old and shabby and could do with a refurb. But it was generally clean and had everything you need, if a bit functional. Walls and doors were a bit thin so we heard some noisy neighbours.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

7.5 Good
Pros: Very accommodating of dogs. Rooms very clean and beds comfortable. Good bathroom facilities
Cons: 2 metre height restriction on the secure hotel car park which was not in the hotel details about parking and we had a roof boot. Had to park on a public car park nearby.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We , booked last minute and after a long drive from spain perfect for tunnel in the morning. Plus if you going to tunnel no traffic on leaving. Under round garage a bonus as I had cycles in car . Plus grimbergen at the bar . Can't comment on location as to getting into Rouen as didn't go in .
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Situation and room
Cons: The prices for breakfast
7.4 Good
Pros: It was right for 4 adults but generally acceptablr
Cons: There are openings in the swinging doors to the shower area that created a problem with privacy. We had two teenage girls and two men.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Well situated for the new lively riverbank bars. Good public transport links into the old city centre.
Cons: Beds could be larger.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great location for traveling by car - close to highway and meantime close to the city center. Helpful staff, big room. I like that the bathroom and toilet are separate. I think it's great for a couple or for a couple with a child.
Cons: You should be ready for a little noise at night - the road is very close.
7.5 Good
Pros: Close to the walkway along the river towards town (20 min walk to the cathedral) Comfy beds and clean, spacious room Nice staff at breakfast and friendly cleaning staff Very good sound-proofing (unless you opened the window!) Handy underground parking but height limit is 1m85cm NOT the 2m that is indicated...we made it with 1cm to spare!
Cons: The windows were very good at sound-proofing the room, however the road at the front was very busy so you couldn't actually open the window because the noise was unbearable with the window open
6.7 Good
Pros: Breakfast was good, but cost E16 per adult. On top of a fairly expensive room we felt this was a lot. Parking in their car park was a further E12 if used. Convenient for city and for riverside restaurants.
Cons: The toilet was like one on an airplane or boat, a tiny pod in which you could not move! All very impersonal and we would not use again.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Kindness of staff.
Cons: The breakfast was NOT refilled actively. The room was a bit small. Two separate beds were not a big success. 1 Queen size and two camping beds.
6.3 Good
Pros: the rooms were a great size and very comfortable.
Cons: The breakfast which was very expensive, the hot breakfast was lacking in options (sausage, beans and eggs only) which were cold and it was impossible to boil an egg in tepid water, the food was not of good quality.
3.1 Mediocre
Pros: Very little. This is only slightly above IBIS in quality and had several of the same design items in the rooms as IBIS Budget.
Cons: The profile says "parking" - in reality the hotel only has 20 spaces, and those are almost always full we were told. The counter staff told us and the next three customers who showed up while we were checking in "find your own space on the street" -- which in Rouen is both very hard, and far to likely to have your morning start with a new dent in the car. The room we were given was 1/2 the size of the photo. Really amazing how it looked sort of the same layout...but was so cramped we couldn't move around. The bed's weren't the same size as in the profile. When we showed the counter manager the photo and description differences with the promised room and the reality, the response was "I don't write what is on the websites, so can't help you." Very much a vacation fail.
9.6 Excellent
Cons: Breakfast was not very well staffed and there weren’t enough plates and cutlery. The buffet was not fully stocked until we had finished.

The hotel offers authentic, simple, and traditional cuisine featuring local products sourced from short supply chains. To relax, head out to the ptanque court, where there's a good chance you'll find the head hancho himself enjoying a game.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The way the two rooms were connected and isolated into their private corridor. Ideal for a family with children. The stairwell was not lit and quiet enough to walk and calm down a screaming baby.
Cons: Don't advertise free internet if it doesn't actually work! Cold showers. Place an anti-slippery mat on the bathtub floor! It's a safety requirement. Our toddler fell and would have severely hit his head had we not caught him in time.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, comfortable, calm room ! Ideal for a quick travel-stop. I was offered free coffee while waiting ! Lovely staff !!!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Front of house excellent- friendly, informative and ordered us a taxi into town (phone or go to the station to come back if not using Uber). Breakfast good value as children were free. Would seem expensive otherwise, albeit pretty good. Family room arrangement is good as it is two rooms behind a shared door - you lock only the outside door once inside. This means you get two bathrooms. Good location for motorway.
Cons: The bed must have a waterproof cover as it makes a loud crunchy noise when you roll. Not good if sharing a double with someone who moves a lot in their sleep. We had hoped it was on a main bus route but the hotel advised they are not very frequent, particularly in the evenings.
6.3 Good
Pros: The lady at reception when we arrived at 1030pm was exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable and welcoming
Cons: The whole floor and our rooms absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke. We didn’t ask to move as it seemed the whole hotel was like this The beds had hard plastic covers under the fitted sheets which were very unpleasant and noisy
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location is safe in a university type area of Rouen, which has a small variety of restaurants within 5 mins walk. We were using this as a stop over back to Calais, so arrive early evening, checked in very easily. The room was as expected, clean, comfy and all basic facilities - what was great was we had interlocking rooms as we were a family travelling together. There are a few chain restaurants near by (we stayed on Saturday and the restaurant was closed at the hotel) which we went to buffalo grill - was great for the kids as they get a headdress and pens and theres a few games to keep them entertained, food was ok. Hotel was as expected, the staff were very pleasant and eager to help which was really nice - the croissants were amazing!
Cons: The vending machine didn't work for water, but we were able to get some through the helpful reception lady. The car park didn't have a security gate, but the area seemed really safe and we just left the bikes on the back and they were fine.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean. Very kind staff.
Cons: Nothing wrong.
7.9 Good
Pros: Comunicating rooms system allows nice standard for families
Cons: Be careful while getting out of shower, the bath surface is angled and very slippery when wet
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, clean rooms albeit dated. Adequate choice of buffet breakfast. Nice location easy to head up to Sangatte from Rouen North.
Cons: The rooms were like a sauna. We borrowed a fan from reception but still our nights sleep was stifled even with the windows open.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We have struggled to find somewhere nice to stay at a reasonable price in this area near the motorway for an overnight stop. This was 5 minutes from the motorway and easy to find. Nice rooms and facilities and the staff were really helpful. We stayed in a family room which was 2 rooms together rather than 4 beds in one room.
Cons: Nothing
6.3 Good
Pros: Staff
Cons: No hair dryer No hair conditioning
