The pools, water slides, lazy river, it’s our kids favorite
Our room could have been cleaner. We found a pillow that had a stain on it and when we contacted the front office they immediately changed our room .
To start with, this hotel is wonderful! The staff, including every person I interacted with were kind, attentive, and so helpful. Veronica, always helps me at the front desk and made check in a breeze! Let’s not forget about the amazing balcony in the hotel room!! The property is stunning! The water slides are a blast and the private island is the best party of the whole experience!!
I feel it’s overpriced.
Food is delicious . Staff are nice most of them.
Rooms really need a better AC during the night is was very hot . Also I called for a crib and I fall asleep and it was never deliver.
Amazing pool and rooms.
More gluten free options in restaurants.
Service is great. Views from the room
