My family has been coming here every year. We absolutely love the service and the amenities. The slides, the pools, the lazy river and the games they have on site (mini golf, rock climbing) there’s something to do for everyone ! The food at the Tarpoon restaurant is worth every penny! We genuinely never want to come back home when we are there!

Pros. The pools, water slides, lazy river, it’s our kids favorite

Cons. Our room could have been cleaner. We found a pillow that had a stain on it and when we contacted the front office they immediately changed our room .

Pros. To start with, this hotel is wonderful! The staff, including every person I interacted with were kind, attentive, and so helpful. Veronica, always helps me at the front desk and made check in a breeze! Let’s not forget about the amazing balcony in the hotel room!! The property is stunning! The water slides are a blast and the private island is the best party of the whole experience!!

Cons. I feel it’s overpriced.
