Pros (+) Staff was very helpful and friendly. Common areas were very new-looking and nice.
Cons (-) Room interiors were a bit worn. Carpet needs replacing. Bed wasn't as soft as we'd have liked. We should have asked if they had a mattress pad to soften the feel. Some hotels have them.
