Pros (+) I loved the fact that we had a driver to take us to certain places and bring us back. I felt that the hotel provided a lot of amenities and people were very nice, even the other guests.
Cons (-) The only thing is that when i as well as my guest were dropped off at the boardwalk, it took a long time for the driver to return after being called. My only suggestion is for the hotel to make sure they have the correct ETA for the driver especially when its bad-weather outside.
