Right on Boston Harbor
Location. Next to wharf to get Codzilla, tour boats of Boston Harbor and islands, and ferries. Restaurants and Aquarium right there. Short walk to Faneuil Hall and North End. Also next to Aquarium subway stop.
Rooms are small and dated. Terrible house wine in bar.
Brilliant staff, location and facilities!
Staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They live customer service here. Natalie Guarino was outstanding! The door man sang Happy Birthday to our granddaughter. We were a family group of five adults and four small children. The experience couldn’t have been better.
There was a bit of updating needed in the rooms, fraying carpet, etc.
Hotel is next to all the boats that cruise the harbor, harbor islands and to to Provincetown - also next to Aquarium, near Faneuil Hall and North End.
Expensive, 'harbor' rooms don't have good view of harbor - they are on the side of the hotel.
Excellent location. Loved it and will return!
Clean, comfortable, GREAT location, excellent amenities, friendly staff, good restaurant and bar. Definitely will be my choice of place to stay when I return to Boston!
Great location, comfortable clean and nice staff
Clean room and lots of amenities. Great location and easy access to pretty much anything.
We used point for the room. Cost is pretty high, so if considering cost with other hotels others could be a better value.
Staff permitted us to check in early. Excellent Location.
We love staying at this hotel. We had a great view of Quincy Market and the city landscape. We like being close to the North End. Our room was clean and comfortable
The hallway on our floor was a little dirty. Used glasses and dishes placed outside of rooms waiting to be picked up along with some spilled food on the rug.
Internet connectivity, parking, traffic out front
The whole hotel was impeccably clean...wonderful. The room service was super fast. The location is close to so many great things in walking distance of hotel! The maid service was terrific; very friendly and thorough.
The internet was fast - once you got on it. For a luxury hotel, internet connection is typically included in the price of your stay. As a Marriott rewards member I was surprised it was not free...apparently I was not at the right level. The parking was overpriced - one member of our group parked and $51 a day was extremely high. The cluster of cars, buses, taxes etc at the entrance was poorly managed. Pedestrians were at risk, guests at risk, and children at risk - there did not appear to be anyone in control of the flow of traffic coming in an out of the entrance area. High risk.
Front desk personal need traing in customer servic
Maid service very good
Front desk personal room outdated Charge for wifi Security staff at front door very very intimidating
For $575 they could at least provide coffee and a morning newspaper. Bathroom was small and old.
