Bars for safety in tub and emergency cord for accidents
Rooms very small
Resort fee is silly I don’t get it There is a gym but I don’t use it
Updated rooms and clean.
We waited until 10:30 pm to get our room. They comped our breakfast but still no ideal.
Location, clean, ambience
No parking, breakfast not included
Very nice hotel great location
Room size was surprisingly small
Renovation and lobby looks beautiful. In a really nice area.
First room smelled like cigarettes and was incredibly small. We complained about the smell of smoke and size of the room and they said if we wanted a bigger room we would have to pay $30 more. Bed was very uncomfortable. Overall three star experience.
We liked the luxurious feel of the hotel and that the Hotel was pet friendly. The Hotel is very beautiful and clean and it also had a boutique hotel, friendly feel to it. The hotel was right next to a beautiful big park which was great to take a walk in. We were also in a close proximity to a very luxurious restaurant with excellent food. The rooms were clean and comfortable and recently updated. I must give a five star plus service rating to them because I happened to left my iPad and wallet behind in the safe and they actually sent everything back to me via express overnight right away free of charge to me. Excellent service, great staff!
Loved having a spacious room on the top floor (king deluxe) and being close to everything downtown.
One morning I woke up to either other guests or housekeeping shouting in a room next door, which was unnecessary.
The room was a bit smaller than expected
Loved the design!
Room was extremely small and internet was an extra $20!!!!
Small Rooms Updated but Not Practical
The location, the feeling of luxury and the staff
The rooms were very small. There was no counter space and practically no where to put two suitecases. The hotel housekeeping staff was loud every morning outside our door and it was very distracting.
Central Boston location.
NO FREE WI-FI IN THE ROOM. Unacceptable for the price I raided!!!!
