It looks amazing outside and the lobby
Room is super small. I barely can walk in the bathroom and the toilet flusher was the side poles like the ones in the gas station. Felt like I was staying at a motel 6 than a 4 star hotel. Checked in and checked right out after seeing that dump
Bed was comfortable. Soap smelled great.
My room was changed to a different room when I arrived that I didn't ask for. I already payed online. It was made seem like my room was changed to something better when indeed it was worse. Bigger bed. But we lost the use of the bath tub and space. We had a very small stand up shower. I had a romantic night planned for me and my significant other and we couldn't do what we wanted. Was also charged 140 dollars with out any explanation or anything. Highly disappointed.
Tooth paste and a tooth brush
Everything overall was good. Room was just very small for the price. We paid a lot of money to travel from Miami, you would think they’d tried to comfort you traveling so far. Overall, good experience.
Try there best to try and accommodate visitors traveling from other states. Rooms are very small for the prices.
Great location, breakfast was delicious with healthy options. Friendly staff. Easy checkout.
Rooms are small but that didn’t bother us really
The bed was comfortable, the staff was helpful and prompt, and the location was prime getting out to explore Boston. I also appreciated the accessibility of the Lynx fitness center and the conference rooms for business purposes.
The room itself was very small, truly only for one person. I would have appreciated a small fridge as I was staying for several days and cannot afford to eat out regularly while traveling (or at the pricey restaurants within the hotel). The walls between rooms seemed quite thin and doors slammed loudly.
Bars for safety in tub and emergency cord for accidents
Rooms very small
Resort fee is silly I don’t get it There is a gym but I don’t use it
Updated rooms and clean.
We waited until 10:30 pm to get our room. They comped our breakfast but still no ideal.
Location, clean, ambience
No parking, breakfast not included
Very nice hotel great location
Room size was surprisingly small
Renovation and lobby looks beautiful. In a really nice area.
First room smelled like cigarettes and was incredibly small. We complained about the smell of smoke and size of the room and they said if we wanted a bigger room we would have to pay $30 more. Bed was very uncomfortable. Overall three star experience.
