It was simple stay but very comfortable room, everything was well thought of & designed for functionality, staffs are very welcoming/helpful.
Generally a solid experience. Only complaint is that there was roadwork outside and it was loud at 6:30am. Also could hear next door closing loud and clear.
Cons. Don't leave your car in valet for over the 24 hour period or you will be charged $27 for 1 1/2 hours over... Still don't understand the Math there!
Pros. Great location, rooms were clean, a lot of ports/outlets
Cons. Room is kind of small, a bit pricey for the size of the room
Pros. The TV and shower are excellent as is the location of the hotel. Knowing how expensive downtown Boston hotels are, I appreciate being able to stay in the heart of the city at such a low cost.
Cons. Sadly, the staff isn't very friendly. They always act like they are doing you a favor if asked a question or reporting the elevator malfunctioning!!!!
Pros. The hotel looked nicer online to be honest. The staff were pretty great. House keeping was really good with fixing the room after i called about the bed being dirty. They left a nice note and some snacks/drinks as well. The TV was really nice.
Cons. Our room was not very well kept. It was dusty, the bed hadn't been changed I believe, the sheets and pillow case was dirty and hairy, and the bathroom smelled like ciggaretes and was kind of dirty. the room was better than a motel so it wasn't the worst, just a little too pricey for the kind of quality you end up getting.
