View not great if have interior room. Valet took long time to retrieve car despite calling well in advance as instructed.
First-class boutique hotel in prime location. Character and old-world charm.
Location! Great rooms! Great food!
Alley in the back of the hotel can be noisy in the morning.
The location is great. 5 minutes to the subway and 10 minutes to all the interesting places. I will choose it next time definitely!
The location was perfect for us. The staff was fantastic all the way around. From the bellmen to the front desk to the concierge to the housekeeping staff, everyone was absolutely first rate and top notch.
The room was really lovely, beautifully decorated and appointed...but small. There was almost no room to walk from the far side of the bed past a sitting chair. That, and the fact that the also-very-small lobby always seemed to have luggage carts in it.
Room was very impressive - space, furnishings, location and attention to detail. Was glad I took a chance on a hotel I had not previously tried or heard of. Staff was very friendly and went the extra mile for the one night of my stay
The lobby and dark decor leave a lot to be desired. Upon my arrival, I was at first hesitant for the reservation being made. It is very small, no windows and all dark in colors and furnishing. Was happy to find my room what I had expected.

Would have liked a walk-in shower
