Excellent customer service from all the staff. The room was clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. I really appreciated the toiletries, bath robe, free snacks and the refrigerator. The free drinks at the lobby bar were a nice touch as well. Location was perfect for all the sights in central Boston. We loved that we could walk from the Silver line free shuttle from Logan airport.
My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful as well as the bartender and door staff. Room was comfortable and a friendly housekeeper. Loved Ruka restaurant and so convenient as well as the bakery coffee shop within the hotel. Will stay again and recommend to others.
