Pros (+) The suite was nicer than some apartments I have lived in; spacious doesn't even begin to describe it! The kitchen was large and boasted clean dishes; quality utensils; granite countertops; and featured all new and full sized appliances including an oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher.
