Excellent location within the downtown area, and right on the Marina. Beautiful waterfront location. Staff were friendly and they even had warm cookies available at the counter. Will definitely stay there again.

The hotel is always clean and the staff are always kind. It’s a dog friendly hotel. For some unknown reason, the ice machines are all broken on every floor every time we have come for the last year. The machine on the lobby floor always works, but they are always broken on the guest floors. This should be a problem the hotel is equipped to fix in less than a year.
This is a good hotel. The staff has been great whenever we stay. The room we were in seemed to have some water damage on the wall between the tub and toilet. Also the a/c heating unit had an issue. The ice machines remain broken which was also an issue the last time I stayed here. Other than that inconvenience, we had a nice stay. The staff is very friendly and the rooms have comfortable couches and beds. The room was clean. This is my go to location for stays in Kitsap County, but I wish they’d fix the ice machines.
