Pros: The reservation online was easy. Picking up was no hassle. The vehicle was clean and ready to go. Dropping off and not having to wash or vacuum the vehicle was appreciated too.
Cons: We didn't like the actual vehicle- a Nissan Rogue. It had AWD which we needed for our travel though it was not comfortable for the extended drive (6+ hours one way) that we had. Also dropping off-we didn't know our location had shorten hours and we're closed on new years day. We got back early and would have returned the vehicle on the 31st though by the time we got to the location (3pm) it was closed. And wouldn't open again until Monday the 2nd. Which was when our reservation was for- but we ended up not needing it for so long.

Enterprise was wonderful.
Pros: Clean, new vehicle. Great service.

Pros: Staff was friendly and processing the pickup/rental was super easy.
Cons: It was pretty gross that the rental reeked of smoke. What was worse was the ash and tobacco all over the car.
Pros: The pick up location was friendly and processed everything. They didn't charge me for the tablet that was installed which was nice. Even if I lost the use of it along with the car due to a suicidal deer in Montana. Hertz sent a tow truck that hauled to Kalispell airport where I picked up another car and was on my way.
Cons: They didn't explain the use/charges for the installed tablet. Because it was two different locations (Bremerton/Kalispell) they closed out the account for the one car and wrote a new one for the other so I didn't get the rate I had previously. It was a nice car though so not much to complain there..

Cons: When I put in a reservation for a car, I expect that it will be ready to pick up. The car wasn't cleaned or detailed. It didn't have a full tank of gas and I was expected to pay to have it filled up. For a business that is a customer service industry, they failed miserably. I will never use Hertz rentals again.
