The staff was friendly, room was clean, close to shopping
Parking area was full, had an event going on
The facilities are nice as are the rooms. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was good.
I ordered a Martini in the restaurant that was served in a champagne glass instead of a martini glass.
Rooms are clean and spacious.
The staff was incredibly unprofessional. I was there for business. When I returned to my room my dog was not there. I was furious. They have no right to remove my service dog from my room and if there was a problem they should have called or emailed me. There are so. Any ways to get in touch with a person in this modern day, it's unacceptable for them to remove the dog without reaching me. When I returned, after they took a few minutes to go to the back office and get my dog, they seemed nervous, as if they knew they didn't have the right to take him. They said they were nice enough to feed and walk him. I explained that dogs have sensitive stomachs you can't just feed them new food and that it's very dangerous to walk and have a persons dog out and about. God forbid something happened to him. They said it was because he was barking, well I've travelled with this dog for 11 years. We've gone everywhere from Sedona to jersey to st Barths, without issue. They should have called me before removing him. I would NEVER stay at this place again. They are unprofessional and unfit to be running a hotel.
