10.0+We needed to spend a night close to the Brisbane airport. Kingsford Smith was perfect. The managers were wonderful! It is close walking distance to restaurants and the city boat that runs up and down the river. I wouldnt define the hotel as luxurious, but that was not what we were looking for. The room was spacious and extremely clean and like I said- the managers were great. They were extremely accommodating and gave us suggestions on how to get around and where to go.

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcome. The room was clean and location pretty close to the airport. Our flight got changed so we ended up needing a place to stay the night in Brisbane and the best western was perfect!

7.3+We requested and were given a quiet room.Staff member was extremely helpful with directions we were seeking.-There were a lot of stairs for my partner to negotiate with a torn knee ligament. Also due to a hip replacement he finds a shower over the bath more difficult to manage.

5.2+The location is strategic because I just need to walk around 5 minutes to reach the train station. On the other hand, it is near to Chinatown whicn I can find my favourate food around there-However, the hotel need their guest to share bath room which is not very convinience for the family stay but it okay for the couple to stay.
