10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was great. Breakfast delicious, very German which we loved. The room was comfortable and quiet. The refrigerator was stocked with soda, beer, apple juice, and candy which was all free.
Cons: The A/C was not sufficient to cool to the level we like. We did open the window and allow cool air to come in but it took to long to get cool enough. The security light was outside or window allowing to much light into our room. We sleep in very cold, very dark room at home
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, friendly service, good breakfast, and room had many extras not usually included in a 3-star hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The perfect place to stay and visit the Schwetzingen schloss gardens. Also very close to the town centre restaurants and outdoor cafes - we had a splendid Italian meal at La Dolce Vita. Good parking area in the rear garden of Villa Benz.

9.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff courteous and friendly
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Accommodations and staff were wonderful
Cons: Although breakfasts were also superb, the menu for other meals was the same for each lunch and dinner.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: It was only one night, so we didn't have as much time as we would have liked to enjoy the hotel. We did stop by the bar to sample schnapps, and your bartender is exceptionally engaging and responsive. We truly enjoyed his company and drink recommendations. Your valet is also very professional and considerate, and we appreciated his locating our vehicle right outside the front door. We also appreciated the early morning coffee delivery as we packed for our trip back to California.
Cons: It would have been appreciated if in addition to the tea service there was also coffee service in the room. In fact, I can't recall the last time we stayed in any hotel that didn't include in-room coffee service.

5.0 Okay
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Too old and the air conditioner was not good at all
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is how a hotel should be run. Stylish, effortless, friendly service in a stunningly decorated privately owned hotel with gorgeously decorated rooms. You can tell the staff who are amazing are all happy in their jobs and nothing seems too much trouble - this is so hard to find in many hotels. We were extremely lucky as we got one of the best rooms in our class of rooms by happy accident. Gorgeous enormous beds, highest quality linen, big fluffy towels and bathrobes, sumptuous furnishings and plenty of mirror lined wardrobes. The double door into our room meant you could not hear the people walking down our corridor and staff could leave things in the inner section without coming into the room. Gorgeous touches such as the many stunning fresh flowers throughout the hotel, in our bathroom, the eclectic unique yet welcoming decor in the bar lounge area..close to the reception but a gorgeous salon. The breakfast room down a few steps was a delight. Filled with sparkling white linen, the room was filled with the heady scent from the fresh lilies as part of simple table decorations. Wow, just wow! This is a must if your budget allows - we certainly plan to come back many times! And I had the pleasure of greeting the amazing Frau Sylvia von Kretschmann the MD-owner (together with her daughter Dr Caroline v-K..and she was checking a display - hands on what needs to be done. Their promotional material says "5 Star" YES, "Attention to Detail", "Perfection" YES "WE love what we Do" yes "WE trust our staff" YES - they genuinely do... (For comparison: Due to lack of availability for the Friday night I had stayed around the corner and the cost of that hotel was the same with a 1/4 of the charm and style of the Hotel Europaischer Hof.)
Cons: Due to going to the thrilling German Grand Prix I sin't get a chance to use the Swimming pool and Spa...NEXT TIME!! Thank you to the team.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful
Cons: Clean comfort friendly staff

7.0 Good
Pros: The breakfast was good, the check in took a long time but they were very thorough. It is practically in Phantasialand.
Cons: Entire hotel is in the Afrika theme which is fine. They shouldn't have extended that too far though. The bare concrete floors in the room was cold en made it look cheap (which it wasn't).
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The location is absolutely stunning; it feels like it’s tucked away in the jungle, with incredible views looking out over the park. The rooms are spacious and beautifully fitted, with authentic fixtures and a very comfy bed. Couldn’t find fault with the restaurants on site, with the buffet being especially tasty. All staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough to ensure your stay was special.
Cons: Nothing
9.5 Excellent
Pros: We've stayed at several other amusement parc hotels but this one serves very nice breakfast and dinner. Kids had a blast, so in this case also the parents!

Pros: Everything
Cons: Not enough signs to tell you where to go to get around
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location was perfect, the breakfast was good also ,the staff was so great even helped prepare food for my baby at the middle of the night, in addition to free parking room size was great it actually located inside the park and u get some discount on the tickets and a one hour special tim in the park after it closes
Cons: The price was little high and concrete floor made the room look not clean but it was perfect and it fits a family of 4
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Excellent hotel. Lovely bathroom, comfortable bed. Breakfast choice unbelievable. Probably best options I’ve ever seen anywhere. Seem to get balcony room upgrade for free. Good airco and controls for some hot days. Lovely staff but some confusion about park tickets. Phantasialand maybe as whole should move to credit card ticket style for multi days such as at Disneyland Paris. The theming of the hotel is top notch and flows on from the African theme in part of the park. Would definitely return to hotel.
Cons: Could day with a safe and perhaps some rugs in the room.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is walking distance to Phantasialand! Breakfast was included in our stay and it was excellent. Huge buffet of food. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The theme of the hotel was fun!
Cons: We only stayed one night and dinner was VERY expensive! I can’t imagine more than one night in the hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is very nice for kids. The rooms, the African dancers, the staff, the kids club .. it has it all. We loved it.
Cons: Nothing
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Easy Parking, nice stuff, good restaurant, design.
Cons: Poor Air condition. No fridge in the room. No super market near

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was very big and clean. The breakfast was good, and it was in a great location for what we wanted. Staff was very nice and helpful. Overall a relaxing experience
9.3 Excellent
Pros: what didn't we like?!
Cons: we liked everything; booked an extra night
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Staffs are friendly and very helpful
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very well equipped, pleasant, available parking and very communicative staff. I had no trouble sleeping in the comfy bed.
Cons: The location is outside the city. Said that, the connection with the train is really good (aprox. 15 mins to main station), if one doesn't mind a walk from the nearby train station.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Clean, modern, accommodating, nespresso coffee, rituals wash products and balcony
Cons: It was an extremely hot day and there is no air con in the rooms, however you can close the blinds and leave the door open
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Great spacious room. Very modern design. Breakfast will all you need, including freshly prepared eggs. Restaurant with honest cuisine.
Cons: Not really a problem if you know it (and now you do): the restaurant, which in the same building, seems to be exploited by another company, so the bill should be settled separately and cannot be added to the room bill.
5.5 Okay
Pros: Nice studio
Cons: Bathroom, shower, air conditioning, heater( there was non)
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Excellent for a stay outside Köln. Easy to travel to the city centre, either to Köln or Bonn, by car or tram. Quiet, especially if you have a room at the back. Very good breakfast. Very nice staff. Very helpful with special requests. Rooms in excellent condition and spacious. Some of them have very nice, large terraces.
Cons: The restaurant closes completely if they have an event in the evening. It would be nice to have an area still open for guests staying in the hotel. Other restaurants are at a 10-15-minute walk. At the back, it faces the fields, so it is very quiet and the rooms on the upper floors have nice, open views. The front faces an industrial area, and those installations are also a source of noise.

Pros: Was after a budget hotel to sleep, it was exactly that, very clean but out of the way.
Cons: The room was very hot and even with windows open made for a rather uncomfortable night
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Everything was very clean and the hotel was simple yet efficient. The staff was also very accommodating and friendly. Everything was modern and sleek.
Cons: The location was in an industrial park so it was a little strange. The room was very warm when we arrived since there isn’t AC but it cooled down quickly once we opened the window.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The room is sparkling clean and the WiFi super fast.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: They appear to be finishing up some renovations, so everything in the rooms is brand new at the moment. The area is very quiet at night and it is only 5 minutes from town. Friendly staff, with a lock for your Key if your late and a public honor system drink fridge for when you arrive.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Situated an industrial- commercial area but close to the Hockenheim Ring.. very new room, excellent breakfast and friendly staff ...low cost hotel but nice. Great garden..and very close to the Hockenheim Race Circuit
10.0 Excellent

4.5 Okay
Pros: The property was very nice
Cons: We needed to extend our stay and we were promised a specific apartment. Later they gave us a different one and the excuse given was that the staff that promised us the apartment had no authority. The manager promised to fix the situation but completely ignored us
10.0 Excellent
Pros: During our stay everything was truly perfect - even exceptional. The staff are so attentive that they feel like family, but less intrusive, the décor was impeccable, the room was spot-on from an amenities, comfort and view standpoint and the location of the hotel was exactly what we wanted - not in the center of the old town but within 5 minutes walking distance over the Alt Bruck.
Cons: Everything was truly perfect.

Pros: The hotel has an amazing view over Heidelberg and includes stunning rooms and really friendly staff.
Cons: It's a little on the pricey side
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Almost everything
Cons: Parking was difficult and not included in the room rate & they didn’t understand special requests to celebrate my birthday with a bottle of wine on arrival They said it was included but it wasn’t as they thought my late checkin of 8pm was ok and that was included WT hec ?
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Small but perfect for us. Great location next to the river which meant we had the pleasure of using the pedestrian bridge to get to the old town.
Cons: Because breakfast was great it’s a shame there wasn’t the equivalent for dinner at the property.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Great location! We had breakfast one morning and it was amazing. The room was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave great suggestions on places to dine and things to see.
Cons: The only issue we had was parking, not much parking on site. We arrived late so their parking was full, we were told you can either park on the street, which was actually very full, or park farther away in a parking garage. Thankfully we didn't mind walking and the weather was nice. I bit inconvenient and could have been handled a little more accommodating. They said no problem about parking but it was a little of a problem. We didn't let it bother us however.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Lovely breakfasts. Very clean and lovely room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A beautiful accommodation in the perfect part of town with exceptional staff! Will recommend to family & friends! Thank you! Danke!
9.3 Excellent
Cons: Only one minus : tap in bathroom shower was hard to regulate. If they would change that, it would be best hotel ever!

Pros: Really nice building and rooms. Great breakfast
Cons: Just a replacement AC working, window had to be open to use it

Cons: N/A
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, comfortable rooms and friendly staff.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Directly across the street from the bus & train station. Very silent night though due to good windows! Clean and spacious room, complimentary water & gummi bears (and a pair of ear plugs per person!!!) :-) Very comfortable beds with two different pillows to choose from. Very friendly and helpful staff, also very dog-friendly, and very family friendly. In the hall, there is a a machine with sodas and beer and you can leave your name on a list and pay when you leave. Very convenient. Breakfast was okay. Nothing spectacular, but we had cereals, coffee, bread and rolls, a small selection of cheese and cold cuts, fruit, vegetables. A plus: the excellent smoothies selection. There was three different freshly made smoothies to choose from plus extra juices. For the really low price that we paid for the night, everything was just great!
Cons: The bathroom was tiny, and the shower door is a challenge to rounder people like myself. The cut-up fruit at the breakfast buffet had been out for too long and tasted a bit off.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is very well located, close to everything! The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is amazing!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very spacious and clean family room. Rich breakfast with lot of choice (including fresh smoothies). Nice and friendly staff. Excellent and reasonably-priced local restaurant (Thüringer Kaiserstube) with great beer and traditional food just a few minutes of walking away.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Rooms were clean and simple. I like the separate lockable storage room. Access to garage directly from the elevator was a bonus!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Pleasant, modern German hotel in an historic location and good service as required. Simple & spacious rooms with everything that is required. Nicely located just outside the gates of Schloss Schwetzingen, and in the heart of the traditional village. Excellent bathroom !
Cons: We were quite uncomfortable with the frosted-glass door to the bathroom/toilet, as it intruded on one's privacy and left us "exposed" to others in the room. Everything else was fine.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Location location : for Schloss & town facilities ideal with parking in the underground public carpark right under the hotel & hotel's own lift down to parking . Security good . All hotel facilities efficiently calculated to a practical formula . Technology reigns here .
Cons: Breakfast is good enough and also cleverly arranged except that at busy moments the demand for use of coffee machine defeats the system . All is geared to looking after yourself .
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Lovely clean rooms and breakfast area. The breakfast itself was really good and we particularly enjoyed our freshly squeezed orange juice in the morning. We knew it was fresh because we cut the oranges ourselves! Very helpful staff indeed. They went above the call of duty to assist us with our travel arrangements. Well situated close to the castle and the town centre.
Cons: We were very hot at night and it was too noisy outside to open the window. Coffee making facilities in the room would have been nice. Apart from this, everything was good.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed at the hotel in July. The location was excellent being on the river and bridge and also next to the interesting and picturesque old town pedestrian area. There is a huge array of shopping and eating all at your doorstep. The hotel itself has very spacious and comfortable rooms and our room also had a nice view. The rooms were spotless and well maintained. There is an excellent restaurant attached to the hotel which serves good wines and very high quality and delicious food. The outdoor area also has a great ambience in summer. There are beautiful hydrangeas at the entrance to the hotel providing a lovely scent. The hotel's breakfast is good and Kevin is a great host who makes great coffee. He was particularly helpful and friendly to us in arranging our airport transfer and bidding us a fond farewell. In fact all of the hotel personnel and the owners were so warm and welcoming to us. We will definitely return to Hotel Zur Alten Brucke when next in Heidelberg.
Cons: We were very happy at Hotel Zur Alten Brucke. We would have liked to have lunch at the restaurant had we been there at the weekend. When we did dine there the service and food was of a very high standard.

Pros: The location was perfect, right in the center of the city, but far enough off the main road so you didn't hear any of the night time crowds. The staff were friendly.
Cons: The hotel is very nice but a rather expensive for the breakfast available and the room amenities included. The layout is also a little strange, but it was very clean.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The location is great! Located just off the Hauptstrasse so you get can easily walk to the action and not have the nightlife noise when you are ready to sleep. It is a cozy spot to stay. And they have a 2018 Michelin star restaurant.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful place in the middle of the old town in Heidelberg Very clean and nicely presented Staff were exceptionally friendly English speaking and were happy to engage our very broken German Breakfast was very good value Rooms were on par with 5 star hotels
Cons: Parking was super tricky... but super convenient - right out front of our apartment
7.0 Good
Pros: Excellent buffet breakfast with a generous time span early to late. Central town location in a cobbled courtyard, leading off a pedestrian area. No traffic noise.
Cons: The room was large but not well heated. One radiator and the aircon only blew cold air despite being set up for heating. I was cold in the night and there were no extra blankets in the cupboard.
7.5 Good
Pros: Its a very nice and clean bedroom, good size, but very basic. I would jave expected a bottle of water, mini bar and maybe a safe box.
Cons: To have mini bar, safe box, some water... and people attending the reception at all time, they were very nice but usually weren't there.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We really enjoyed our time here it’s a wonderful hotel with amazing staff everything was perfect with quiet clean rooms and an excellent breakfast perfectly located in central Heidelberg
9.5 Excellent

9.5 Excellent
Pros: The style of interior, very modern and cozy style.
Cons: The limited parking space since you compete as hotel guest with the restauranr guests
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice hotel close to city center. Rooms are very nice, big and the bath room is exceptionaly clean. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The restaurant in the hotel is also great for both, breakfast and dinner. I will come back again
Cons: Parking is shared with a dance school, so it might be busy of full
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice room and bed. Breakfast was fine. The restaurant's service and food in the evening is excellent!! VERY good food and super nice people!!
Cons: The only thing that could have been better is the noice from the street. But I know that is hardly to make better as the place of the hotel is where it is :-)
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Good size room , resturant , nice family business.
Cons: No lift . Garage was on the other street . It was raining and carrying luggage around the building in windy rainy day was not easy .
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel Concordia was a very short walk from the Marktplatz, and was relatively easy to find. The interiors of the room were very welcoming, and everything in the room was completely clean. I appreciated their offering of water, gratis. The dining area for breakfast (shared with the restaurant for lunch after 10am) was very pleasant!
Cons: There was no WiFi. A guide for channels you could access on the tv in the room would have also been helpful.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice hotel situated about 5 minutes walk from centre of town. There is a large Supermarket another 5 minutes walk along the road, and a small bakery opposite the hotel entrance. All of the rooms, are situated on the first floor at the rear of the building, there is no lift provided. Little English is spoken, but that didn't appear to be a problem. Reception is only open for a few hours a day, outside of these times the entrance is locked to non guests. There is a buzzer/intercom, however if that doesn't work, then try knocking on the window to the left of the entrance. This is the kitchen area for the restaurant, there is normally someone in there, who will come and open the door. They are also able to perform Check In duties. Prospective guests should be aware, that the hotel is basically an "add on" to the restaurant, which appears to be the main purpose of the building. This appeared to be quite popular, on the few occasions I walked past it. Although I am unable to comment on the food, as I did not eat there. The bathroom is spacious, with a large shower area. There is a radiator to dry the towels on, as well. Ventilating the bathroom is achieved by opening the large double glazed window, this soon clears all the steam and condensation away.
Cons: The external cover to the radiator, had definitely seen better days. It appeared to have quite a large amount of chipped paint, and a few dents as well. It worked well enough though, keeping the room nice and warm, even with the outside temperature below freezing. The patterned curtains were too small and long for the bedroom window, especially as they covered the radiator. There was also a pair of "blackout" curtains, which covered the width of the window, however the length of these, meant they also covered the radiator when drawn. A pair of combined Patterned and "Blackout" out curtains, no bigger than the bedroom window, would have been more suitable. It would appear that unless your vacate your room by about 1100, it doesn't get made up that day. Although this may depend on the number of guests present?
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Good parking, comfortable large rooms
Cons: Lack of A/C and the summer heatwave made it unbearable.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Newly renovated rooms and bathrooms. Location in walking distance to a city center that is lively on a summer day.
Cons: There is no real reception and you have to call for personal. Paid for air condition but there was no air condition in the room. Low lighting in bathroom, not good for make up or shaving. Bad smell from bathroom if the door was closed to long. Very quiet during the night but expect traffic noise starting from about 5:30 am
9.5 Excellent
Pros: This is an excellent and functional family run hotel on the edge of a small German market town. It is also a town that hosts an excellent Thermal Bath facility suitable for both family and adults alike; there are two sections that cater for clothed and unclothed bathers. From a family perspective the hotel is very suitable and appeared to cater for the families that I saw there. As to the question of whether it qualifies as a romantic venue I would suggest that as a family run three star hotel it might not meet with expectations under this description but adequately compensates in what it does best which is to provide a good value venue with good food in a friendly town with an excellent and modern thermal facility easily accessible from the hotel. Enjoy the stay...I did. B
Cons: The hotel Bar is small and did not encourage a casual trade although the dining room adequately compensated in size and atmosphere.
7.5 Good
Pros: Great location, friendly staff
Cons: Room smelled strange as if there is a problem with bathroom drain. Sink and shower drain not working properly. TV not working

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very cool new building (golf lodge), fitting the scenery (beautiful manor just right next to it, overlooking a beautiful golf court and park), using local traditional materials in a innovative and modern way. Very comfortable beds, fantastic and large bathroom.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Excellent place, making impression as you enter the property with classic yet restored architecture all the way to the traditionally furnished room with original antiques. I chose this property to save as Cologne was fully booked at the time and I don't mind commuting and was completely astonished. The restaurant is a class of it own. I haven't had a chance to check but It should be listed at Gault Millot if not rated. Chef's "surprise menu" swept me off my feet. 3 courses + appetizer on the house, more than I could wish for!
Cons: I can imagine that lift would be good for some of the less powerful travellers but it's a monumental building and certain level of authentism makes sense in this case. The only thing stopping me from 10/10 review is lack of swimming pool.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location is great!
Cons: Internet was not working at all.
8.0 Excellent
Cons: do not eat burgers there, taken straight from the freezer
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Staff were lovely and so helpful The Hotel is full of old pictures and manuscripts, fascintating
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed in the Golf Lodge. Excellent! Great room, comfortable bed, huge and modern bathroom. Golf Lodge uses the materials also used for the next door manor, but in a modern yet authentic fashio. Great stay!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff. Picturesque castle. Good diner. Bedroom and bathroom in the annex building were very clean. Looks like the annex building is still quite new. Cannot comment on the breakfast in the hotel but a tip for people who prefer breakfast outside the hotel: Cafe Mozart in Wahlscheid has very good breakfast options and is not far from the hotel.
Cons: A curtain in the bathrooms in the annex building would be useful as much of the bathroom gets wet when taking a shower. Also the pillows on the bed could use a bit more filling. They are very flat. These are minor issues though. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel and recommend it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice, very comfortable, good price value!!

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, just near Phantasialand; nice building.
Cons: The buffet restaurant had a terrible service...
7.5 Good
Pros: We had a Lovely Trip. Breakfast was amazing
5.5 Okay
Pros: Near Phantasialand
Cons: The food is too bad and too expensive. Especially, "Pho" of hotel restaurant is not "Pho" of Vietnamese food. The "Pho" of Vietnamese food is very delicious, but the "Pho" of hotel restaurant is too bad. My room doesn't have fridge.
6.8 Good
Pros: swimming pool was fine, location was great, garden was great, the whole atmosphere was done (still x-mas decorations) was very well done.
Cons: Waiting for 15-20 minutes for breakfast was unacceptable. Waiting in line for coffee was also not acceptable for a 4* hotel. Too many rooms in the hotel for the facilities to handle. Also the personnel could be friendlier.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Good breakfast with extensive choices
Cons: The mattress was not comfortable at all (very hard). The room is not isolated from noice. You can expect hearing the highway and everything about the neighbours and corridor (worst than the highway...)!!
5.8 Okay
Cons: It was hot and no ref in the room
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The reception and the room where really nice and clean. Every single member of staff we met was polite and friendly.
Cons: The information and communication could be better. I did not know, that I had to book a table in the restaurant for a meal in the evening. When we arrived we were told about this. I had a longer journey from Calais that day. My youngest child is seven. I was to tired to start searching for a restaurant in a place I don’t know, so we waited for a late table. We were not informed about the prices before we started eating. So a bill of more than 100 Euro for a meal with two bottles of water for one adult, one twelve year old and one seven year old came a bit of a surprise. Also they could have forwarned us, that in our part of the hotel building work was going on. When we came out of our room in the morning, there were several (very friendly) builders with dusty building material. We were send away to use a different lift. The carpets were all covered up with plastic and there was a Qtip, earcleaner lying in front of our room which was there for the rest of our stay.
6.3 Good
Pros: Breakfast good but long wait
Cons: Bed and pillows extremely uncomfortable They couldn’t fit us in for supper and prices for dinner outrageous for children that don’t eat a lot
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Everything went very smooth, from check-in to check-out. The staff was very helpful and the accommodation was nice
Cons: Nothing really to dislike

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location and view. Friendly helpful staff. Spacious room.
Cons: Very expensive, no air conditioning in room, find your own car parking.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room is quite clean and comfortable with a great location which is just near the old bridge. The staff working there are all very nice and friendly.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Location was excellent. Decent rooms with good beds. Noise levels from the street were limited.
Cons: Inconsistent answers given by reception (e.g. parking was said to be free [city parking lot] on arrival, but at check-out this was not the case). Room did not match booking (no AC) and then it was made our problem.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: It’s a little quaint but full of character. The staff are super and really friendly.
Cons: There’s nothing to dislike about this hotel but be aware when booking with disabled guests that some rooms are accessed by a couple of steps.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Nicely decorated spacious rooms
6.3 Good
Pros: The location and the view.
Cons: First of all, the hotel should advice guest coming by car to go directly to parking P12 unless the guests have a lot of luggage/have difficulties to walk with the luggage. We were lucky that nobody else had parked in front of the hotel, when we arrived and unloaded. There is not much space and it was a little stressing. The hotel should consider to offer parking-service for elderly or disabled people. We had booked two identical rooms at the same price, however they were very different standards. The one room on the third floor was much bigger than the one on the first floor. The upper one had three large windows the other one had only one. The upper one was restored the other wasn’t. The prices of the two rooms should by no way be the same. Our daughters (teenagers) had problems unlocking the room and the staff treated them ignorant and annoyed, when they asked for help. That is not okay. All guest should be treated polite.
7.5 Good
Pros: Pleasant hotel in central location. Very friendly staff at reception and breakfast. Beautiful breakfast-buffet. Good airco. Good arrangement for parking
Cons: Mattresses are up for renewal
10.0 Excellent
Pros: LOCATION!!!! Our view outside our window was of the Old Bridge. For being by a tourist area it was actually quiet at night. Restaurant below was good. Very close to everything. Very friendly staff. Was here for one night but would stay here longer. Parking was a little tricky to find because we could not understand the signs and there was construction. I think we saved $7 by parking in the deck that had an arrangement with. Very clean.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was perfect, in the Old Town, right next to the river. The room was quiet, despite being in a very busy area. The attached restaurant was very good.
Cons: There was no tea or coffee in the room. It could only be bought from a machine in Reception.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is an amazing Hotel in the best location. It is on the river and overlooks the old bridge. All of the staff were fantastic and made our stay very enjoyable. It was a home away from home. The rooms are large with good size bathrooms and include a safe and mini-bar. Our room had a balcony overlooking the river and it was a bonus. Breakfast was excellent with many choices available. The staff can help you with parking options close by. A very enjoyable and memorable stay.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean bright room.
Cons: Breakfast is too expensive.

Pros: The bed was so comfortable, best one we stayed in the whole holiday. The shower was nice and the overall feel of the room excellent. Staff were friendly. Good value for money.
Cons: A bit far from the center of town.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Me and my partner liked everything about our stay in this hotel! The room was superb, incredibly comfortable bed, air-conditioned, clean toilet etc. It was definitely a fabulous stay and the room was even provided with a nespresso machine with two free coffee capsule and we get to enjoy a nice cup of coffee when we wake up in the morning.
Cons: The only minor issue is that there was no bin bag for the bin, and it would be perfect if they have a small bin in the shower room instead of having only one bin placed in the room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Surprisingly up market for what I paid. I'd happily stay here for work. Very fancy.
Cons: The breakfast is ridiculously overpriced at €16. Way too high. Don't eat in - just walk down the road. Much cheaper and more alternatives.
