Very friendly staff. Excellent accommodations for a very good price. New hotel, very clean. I highly recommend it. Hard to find
We arrived by car. You can get to downtown Madrid by Metro in aprox. 50min. Good-value for 4* with breakfast. Breakfast isn't 4*, although it was adequate. We got a bit depressed, being in the uninteresting outskirts of Madrid.
Good price relation. The location e is in the middle of car shops.Breakfast is a little limited for a 4 star hotel
The relationship price / quality The noise in the rooms
The hotel staff was very friendly and the room was exactly as shown on the web site. Very clean.
Staff very friendly & helpful location not easy to find & lack of directions from motorway . Did have a restaurant , but food not of particuarly good standard. Location was in a bit of a waste land , rooms not welcoming & too minimalistic - no shampoo/shower gels, towels very small & thin .No kettle in room which woudl be standard in o ther travel lodges branded hotels
fixed breakfast, no weekend service for dinner
Comfortable but bed was creeky and a little lumpy. meals ok but basic, good value.
Friendly and helpfull service, appropriate standard of room, good price location 20 km from the city centre. Parking nearby but it can be difficult to find a free place when you come very late. Without a car there are some bus lines it's not complicated to go travel to Marid. However the way back can make some troubles.
The price No free breakfast.
It was basic but clean and friendly. There is no drink making facilities in the room
New, clean, convenient to the factory outlets. The shower runs cold (zero hot water) for about 5 seconds every minute. This was shocking. The hotel staff could not figure out why this was so. We had to time it and get out of the shower ever 45 seconds to avoid the 5 seconds of freezing cold water. At least it happened in regular intervals. They really should fix this.
clean, comfortable accomodation no kettle in room. credit card charged in £s, although I asked for Euros.
The room smelt of cigarette smoke
the hotel staff was very friendly Maybe they should put something to have breakfast...
The room was quite clean. This was specifically about the hotel itself but about the location. We booked this hotel as we were attending a wedding that was outside of Madrid. It took almost three hours by train from the airport and we only found our way around because my friend speaks the language.
The luxury room with balcony on the shopping-site and the hospitality of all the people of your hotel I made a reservation for a room for 4 days. At first we get roomnumber 111. This is a room without balcony and no vieuw at all! That is unacceptable for a 4-days stay. We made our complain at the ladys of the reception and they gave us roomnr. 135. That was an excellent room.
quiet, considering the location (public shopping mall) receptionist was unable to arrange for a taxi, in Madrid, in November - there were always plenty around
the location was great. it was near to shopping and high way to airport hotel staff were unpleasant.. never smiled and hard to approach
big supermarket in 1 minute of walk, 5 min to underground, free drinks in refregirator the veiw from window to the opposite wall
Hotel is above shopping centre with lots of restaurants for all budgets. There is also a fancy fountain display in the mall, which a lot of the restaurants look out onto. The hotel is about 15 minutes walk from a train station that takes you into Madrid Atocha in about 10 minutes, and the Warner Bros park is about 25 minutes away (by car). The rooms are basic, but spacious enough for two adults and two young children. Free WiFi works well.
Set in large shopping complex with loads of eateries, However, we dined in hotel restaurant each evening. Not only excellent value but great food and attentive service. 5 minutes from Carrascal tube into Madrid (one change required but quite simple). Room comfortable and well appointed. Parking sectioned off from the shoppers. Range of shops impressive if that is what you want,
The Hotel is nice and is handy for shopping. The Hotel is too far from the City Centre to be used for a city break and the reception staff could be a little more customer focused.
near to shopping stores Staff was unpleasant.. unkind.. no smiles
I found the location very pleasant. The greeting was friendly and the rooms where comfortable. One thing that I would say is that as a business traveller it would be good to have an Iron and a Ironing Borad available! other than that the Hotel was very good. NA
Peace and quite and, of course, comfort and cleanliness. Food good too. Professional and friendly staff. No
Convenient for business meetings at the Parque Empresarial Room was too warm: I was unable to reduce the temperature other than by opening the window.
The staff were very friendly. The ffod was nice ' good selection for breakfast. Poor choice of english language TV channels - all you ever get in these hotels is BBC News and CNN.
Very comfortable bed. We did not want to get up! Room is extremely hot, we had to leave the window open.
Decent and friendly hotel room temperature controls are slow to respond to change
Excellent facilities, very good staff, friendly but the amenities of a large hotel No
I loved it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The staff was very friendly & helpfull all the time. The breakfast open buffet was not reach. But still you can get additional dish (like omelet) with no extra charge.
bathroom in the hotel The bar was not open throughout our stay and there were no shops nearby so we we're unable to get a drink (even a bottle water) or any food at the hotel. If they are not going to provide the bar/restaurant facilities they should at least have a vending machine.
There was no evening meal on the Saturday and nowhere to even get a drink there was no coffee or beer the cafeteria and restaurant was closed for the weekend and on returning home we found they had charged us 7 euros for a breakfast we did not have.
The location was very good for where I needed to go and had very easy access to down-town Madrid as well (at least during this time of the year) The breakfast could be improved.
Hotel facilities Relativly small room!
Friendly employees, particularly the night clerk, breakfast OK.
We were a party of 50 people from Ireland in Madrid for a Wedding and our needs were not catered for regarding food and drink services The Hotel could have made more money from our party if services were provided at the weekends -also we could have done with a swimming pool as it was so hot during our stay - also the surrounding landscape would not be the most attractive sceanery to look at .Bussiness wise you should look at your weekend services if you want to make more money in this time of world recession. Yours sincerely Patricia Doyle We would all have liked to spend our last night at the Husa but on account of no evening meals or after drinks we had to take our business into the nearest town(Boadilla del Monte). You could have done with one extra Barperson for better service for a crowd of people like ourselves.Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Husa Madrid Hotel
Free internet access, cheap underground parking. Location isn't great, but metro access looked to be good (I didn't use it however).
The cleanliness inside the hotel The air conditioner was a bit noisy, except for that everything was good
Good modern hotel, nice rooms, wifi in room worked well and good breakfast
Super quality rooms, made very welcome on arrival, excellent breakfast choice. Impersonal, poor service in bar/rest.
We've got double which was actually kind of suite with 2 rooms and some spacious corners. Such room should be comfortable to stay for several days, visit Madrid getting it by train or by car. Place is convenient to rich from/to airport. Parking, internet are available.
Nice large room. Friendly peoples. Free parking.Easy to find. Inside is the hotel nice and quiet. Not a nice location. To close to the highway(100 meter). You can smell it when you open the windows. You can hear the traffic off the busy highway during the night.
This is actually more than 4 star hotel (close to 5). It is excellent if you travel by car and want to go to Nothern part from Madrid (Segovia, Avila, El Escorial, Valle de Los Caidos). It is by the highway, and the parking is free.
100% happy No
Very convenient situation on A6 highway. Excellent room and nicely fitted What about adding a swimming pool ?
Very good and fast wireless internet connection. Even calling with Skype over the wireless was no problem at all (is a real problem in most hotels).
everthing the hotel is very good indeed and we would not hesitate to recomend the hotel and we would love to stay there again it could only be improved by the addition of an outdoor seating / relaxation area
Very well located as a stopover going between southern Spain and Santander. Very clean and comfortable with a secure underground car park. Restaurant and mini bar rather expensive but more reasonable places to eat close by.
Easy to find if northbound on M50/A6 therefore good for overnight stop. Although my stay was on a fiesta day and the resturnt was closed the bar food and service was good. A comfortable stay and I would use this hotel again. Exit from the hotel during AM peak hour can be a problem.
Lovely hotel, room a good size, tea and coffee making facilities, nice little bar and relaxing areas. Nice and modern hotel. Room was a double but we took two inflatable beds for the kids, easily fitted in room - bargain, would recommend. Internet connection poor, ok though in the lobby. The hotel is in a good position, if a little tricky to find - the Madrid road signs are the worst!
Everything satisfactory for our needs . . . passing through by car to Southern Spain.
Very pleasant and attentive staff. Good location for A6 and Madrid ring roads. Good evening menu.
Relaxed atmosphere, close to El Pinar train station with easy access to Madrid city centre and nearby mountains. Close to Las Rosas and Madjahonda. Mint tea bags.
Very helpful receptionist & barman. Comfortable room, good air conditioning, good bathroom facilities. Secure garage parking. Very poor & overpriced breakfast & inadequate breakfast staff.
Well trained efficient staff, fair selection on restaurant menu. Very difficult to find, no facilities for smokers anywhere in the public areas, poor breakfast selection for price.
Staff are friendly and welcoming Maintenance of room, bathroom is appalling for a new hotel. Management need to check rooms daily to fix. Our last experience of your so called buffet food gives Campanile a bad name. Fire the chef and the manager
Friendly staff Too expencive breakfast for the buffet choice. Window opening not suitable to ventilate the room.
Very helpful friendly staff. Nice clean hotel Bit far from madrid city
The modern, simple elegant furnishings and fittings. Quiet location yet convenient for station and Carrefour. The staff all of whom were friendly, helpful and professional. Not being able to get a coffee before 7am. The bar area was not really conducive to enjoying a drink, being just an extension of the reception space.
Quiet, clean, close to train/metro
Nothing The staff are distance, no food available, no room service, no Gideon Bible in room, no tea/coffee in room
poor layout of the reception, limited availability of sauna
The weekend rate is very good value for a good room and good service
Great price and parking. If you have a car it is the best place to stay around Madrid. Awesome breakfast for €5
the staff was very professional and friendly. I've liked everything!
Clean, good location next to station. Could do with another blanket in room. No fridge in room. No tea or coffee making facilities
Convenient location and friendly staff Too much heating so that room was always too warm. Sound proofing to Boadilla road is also very weak so that traffic wakes you up in the morning.
Nice quiet location with very friendly staff. Hotel appeared to have high standards. Very limited choice of menu especially as I am a vegetarian and the meals were the same as last year.
There was no hot water and after 6pm only one english speaking staff at the hotel
Nice hotel, comfortable room The room was quite noisy as it was facing the road; the taxi driver had some problems in finding the hotel as there are no indications or signs in Majadahonda
The room was a good size with a large bathroom. Things were basic and clean. I had many problems accessing the wireless internet, but they at least had a computer guests could use at no charge. The address information provided on the website could be better, including giving the name proper name of the hotel, "Hotel Majadahonda." The only upside to this problem is that they are the only hotel in the area, so it is fairly easy for someone to tell you where it is.
Breakfast Some of the staffmembers where not helpfull/ willing to solve a problem at first.
Convenient, clean, friendly staff. Air Conditioning not up to requirements-was never cool enough.
the entree is not very nice
It was convenient to shopping areas - close to motor way. Fitness room and pool were a joke - I would not even call it a fitness room. Air conditioning did not work unless you were in your room, so your room got hot all day then never cooled down at night.
location of the apartments is very convenient for sightseeing and shopping, the metro station where 3 lines cross is located near. Staff is very polite and ready to help but only in Spanish language. we've ordered a non-smoking room but there was an ash-tray in the room and the smell of smoking though the receptionist ensured us the room is non-smoking. Breakfasts consist of pastry only, no vegetables, fruits, cheese or ham. But as there is a cooking area in the room you can prepare breakfast you wish by yourself.
Accomodations were very comfortable.
Claimed to be an apartment but none of the facilities in kitchen(actually a cupboard!) worked. Not possible to prepare food.
localization the front rooms are too noisy
Good location, only 15 min on foot to city centre Breakfast too basic, poor choice of TV channels
really good location, by walk to downtown anywhere, close to the metro station, great connection with airposrt, nice spacious rooms, great variety of TV channels (like most "aprende ingles TV chanel"), fridge, good price. Really recommend.! overpriced interned in lobby (1€/15min), poor breakfast,
The localization is really good, the prize and the breakfast included The clean of the room. The staff of the hotel don't change the towels in second night
Location was fine. Very near metro, 15-20 min walk to Gran Via through lively streets with shops, cafes, bars. Staff were fine (although limited English). Room was large enough, bigger than some 3 or 4 star hotels I stayed in before. Kitchenette facilities limited, basically a 2-ring hob. Breakfast poor, just tea/coffee,bread,croissant. Breakfast room very small, had to wait/queue 10 mins to be seated. Hot water for shower/wash limited at various times, sometimes just lukewarm. Window in room would not open fully as blocked by curtain rail. A/C did not seem to function. Whilst overall the stay was fine, expected more for price paid.
Nice facilities, well located.
The central location, next to Alonso Martínez underground station, with immediate connection to Barajas Airport and to Madrid's city centre. The kindness of the afternoon and evening employess. The noisy Air Conditioning system. The rudeness of the morning receptionist. The lack of variety at Breakfast.
The parking was secure and free. The train station to take you into the city was just up the road and only took about 25 minutes. The bed was very comfortable It was right on the train line, however the room had shutters which blocked out the noise and it was hardly noticeable.
very good hotel.everything perfectly:service, room and all hotel very neat and quiet,
We booked two rooms without breakfast, we arrived in the evening but one room was not ready. We had to wait while the room was cleaned. The manager appologized and we get free breakfast next morning and free parking.
Room and bathroom both very clean. Normally do not use too much amenities in bathroom but this time it was a must as my own were forgotten to home. It was good to have razor, toothbrush etc. readily available. Stayed just overnight, did not have time to explore very well.
it was my seknd time in this hotel.first was perfect, this time not everything was how i want bat was not so bad.its good hotel.
perfect interior of rooms, excellent clean , very quiet , excellent bathroom restaurant employees
all great from staff to the hotel....location was so wrong.....not close to the station and was so scary to walk around to reach shopping centre near by. location...wrong!
Minimum staff, however very pleasant and helpful. Room was quiet and spotless, also tastefully decorated. Good buffet breakfast choice. Unfortunately the hotel is situated on an industrial estate. To access other areas nearby requires transport. No evening meal is available, however a nearby pizza delivery company will supply guests with a take away which may be consumed in the hotel.
Very friendly and efficient staff, excellent room, extremely comfortable bed, and good breakfast included in room price - very impressed! Directions provided on hotel's website weren't easy to follow - would be much easier to find if they said they were next to the huge El Corte Ingles and Porcellanosa just off the M50 motorway
Cheap stay, clean room, perfect for a short visit to Madrit and the neighbouring locations. Basic breakfast though perhaps adequate to the price.
Hotel is very modern and clean. Free secure parking. Very good value for money. Breakfast was very basic but didn't expect much for the price paid.
- Very nice hotel in general - Very small room with no windows ! - terrible situation, no way to park your car in the town, so no other choice than to use the private parking and to add 15 EUR to the price of the room !
The hotel reception staff was very courteous and friendly. This is an uncomfortable hotel. It looks and feels dingy. The smell of cigarettes was extremely strong, even in a non-smoking room. Even worse than that, the hallway stunk of dead fish and garbage. The room was poorly laid out, so that even though it was large in square footage, there was no place to put things. I stayed there only because there was no other place near the University.
We were trapped in lift/elevator when it broke down. No apology from hotel management. Aditional car parking charges
I was close to university Carlos III.
I went into the city every day, and found it to be a little bit far, but it's close to a metro station and a Cercanias station, so it wasn't hard to get in, just about 20 minutes. It was exactly what I needed
The hotel is quite nice. The staff was nice, the location is good, it's comfortable. I recommend it. My room didn't have a window, only a skylight.
The breakfast The spaces in the room. It was the smallest where I`ve been in my life
Cleanliness of the room. The rooms are not soundproof. However, being that I was out all day sightseeing, I was too tired to even be bothered.
Nice hotel, good room, good breakfast friendly people. Not so far from the metrostation to visit Madrid. We had a good time over there. The last day during the breakfast it was very busy and a lot of noice in the diningroom
price, comfort location
easy parking, friendly and clean. free wifi, pool, and good value for money breakfast.
I was particuarly impressed by the attention from staff particularly th desk team who assisted with getting a taxi for me from the station on arrival. The croissant at breakfast and the roll were of the best quality Bedroom too hot on arrival
The price was fair. I had been on a one week trip tp Galicia overnigthing on Paradors and needed a hotel close to the airport, which I had to go to next morning. The hotel is situated so close to the airport that you can get there within a deasent time and avoid going to the central Madrd. Actually not but the hotel has no charm and no features to be remembered
