The Spa was amazing. Also the room was very clean and stylish. Had to fix 2 lamp bulbs above the bed but rest of the room was outstanding.
We had two separate beds instead of a king size bed. I think this is a minus for people that want to share a premium room. I have upgraded my stay at my arrival.
The breakfast was good and the 2 young men serving were very nice
The reception staff were not very friendly and helpful with information. We were informed the bar was always closed on Saturday. Very inconvenient when we have comeback from sightseeing and wanted a relaxing drink prior to getting ready for dinner. We were not informed of this when booking this hotel. We had no hot water Saturday night and could not shower before we went for dinner. It was resolved by the time we got back to the hotel later in the evening
A charming and elegant hotel in a nice area of Brussels. I stayed there twice this year. My first experience made me make a reservation for the second stay and we were very pleased again. Our room had extremely comfortable beds, had an extra seating area, was decorated with style and feeling for detail, with lovely artworks and antiques throughout. It was lovely to have a private terrace with a view on an amazing garden, so surprising in a densely build urban neighbourhood. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The staff were helpful and polite. We wish we could only stay longer there!
The staff were friendly and helpful along with the classic style of the hotel
It was a huge bonus having a private terrace.
The air con made the room smell a little odd so we kept it off.
