Pros (+) location was good, staff was nice
Cons (-) the room was horrible. awkwardly placed in a dark corner next to the service elevator and stairs. a lot of noise of staff moving stuff, walking up and down the stairs at night and early morning. definitely not what I expected from this hotel which seemed nice from the pictures. I felt cheated and very disappointed. If there was a way to request some kind of refund or compensation, I would.
