Cons: I booked a king bed through booking.com but the reservation didn’t go through to the hotel as a king so we were sent to a room with two queen beds. Luckily the staff arranged for us to be in a handicapped room with a king bed.
Pros: Very good breakfast, bed was great
Cons: No hot tub
Pros: Stylish and clean, very comfortable and spacious room
Pros: Decent breakfast, comfy pillows, clean pool area
Cons: Carpets in hall and lobby needed cleaning
Pros: Room, good location
Cons: Only one cleaned per week
Pros: Room was surprisingly big and bed comfy. Breakfast was great, staff friendly, and the hotel itself is updated and nice. Only downside was a serious lack of places to eat nearby. JJ Winns' restaurant however was very good!
Pros: A pet friendly and clean hotel very close to the airport. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons: The daily and per animal pet fee.
Pros: friendly staff, comfortable rooms and delicious food!
Cons: a hot tub!
Pros: Close to the Turnpike which was really convenient. Quiet, comfortable and clean.
Cons: Food options are really limited in the area so plan accordingly.
Pros: It was convenient to the highway, quiet, and desk person readily gave us a different room when our first one had no refrigerator.
Cons: The rooms were not exactly sparkling clean/new, the room temperature controls were not easy to use, and the lighting was very dim.
Pros: Breakfast and dining room staff was amazing! Luann was beyond friendly and accommodating
Cons: I booked a room with a fridge and microwave and after asking 3 employees, I finally got one on day 3. Remote to TV would not work, even with new batteries there times, the young, rude red headed Male said "sorry, nothing more I can do". Ride staff and way over priced. Did I say how rude and unprofessional this red headed kid was? Poor poor customer service
Pros: Large clean comfortable rooms. Large Flat Screen TV with a great variety of channels. The Hot Breakfast is Awesome!!
Located in Bryan, Colonial Manor Motel is a 2-minute drive from Spangler Candy Store Museum and Tour and 7 minutes from Stoney Ridge Winery. Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, a business center, and express check-in. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Staff was friendly and helpful. Even though it is an older motel it has modern amenities, it was clean and more than met our expectations. Great location too!
Pros: Close to location where visitng.
Cons: I arrived later than had planned and there was someone booked in the room where I was to stay. I then got charged for 2 nights even though we had arrived after midnight. The manager came in and apologized and gave me a slight discount, but I still had to pay double what I had planned.
Pros: Good location. Friendly staff and nice room. Great discount for military!
Cons: No complaints or issues.
Pros: Outside traffic didn't bother. Very little noise.
Cons: Carpet without holes would help! The breakfast room was lacking. Looked as though you either stood in a little room or took it out to eat.
Pros: Clean and the staff was friendly
Pros: Even though this hotel might be from the 50s its still very well maintained and the rooms are clean and comfortable with new amenities and a good price
Cons: Nothing everything was great
Pros: good value close to Ohio Turnpike.
Pros: Super comfy bed. Clean. Great A/C.
Cons: The room was huge and clean. Bed was extremely comfortable. Enjoyed my stay.
Pros: Location was great! The picnic tables outside the rooms are a nice touch and the landscaping was pretty. The bed was very comfortable. I normally have issues with a bed and my back hurting, but this one was good.
Cons: Read reviews that the place was clean. Well, our room, not so much. The toilet had bad stains in it. There was a bobby-pin left on the floor that the maid missed. Then the maid didn't even make our bed. The desk clerk, when we checked in (possibly the owner?) was rude to another guest that was complaining about his room. The clerk just kept emphasizing that he shouldn’t have booked through Expedia, as they chose his room not him and the hotel was full. He could have said it nicer, but he just had an attitude with him. The morning coffee was very, very strong! I like strong coffee, but I think this coffee could bark at you. Don’t count on much for breakfast either. There were a few donut holes, an apple and cereal. Who knows how long they had been sitting there?
Pros: Shade and friendly atmosphere. Plenty of chairs and picnic tables with metal pails for the smokers.
Pros: Quiet. Clean. Thank you for having coffee available in the am
Cons: I was there with others for an event who had bad check in experiences. Took long. One even had paid for 2 nights and someone was given her room day 2...the desk person blamed her and never apologized
Pros: The room was big, it offered everything I needed with no odor of smoke. When I arrived the refrigerator and room were already cool. Nice, large flatscreen tv. Plenty of towels & washcloths with great water pressure. Every room is on the lower level with a convenient well-lit parking lot. I felt safe in my room. The bed was firm and pillows soft.
Cons: During checkin, the lobby had an overpowering air freshener smell that just took my breath away. They sold items in the lobby so it was unclear what you could have for breakfast but I didn't eat anyway. I saw a few bugs but they were not roaches or bedbugs so I'm all good. The sheets were clean however it always freaks me out when I see stains on public bedding.

Pros: The continental breakfast was better than some. Waffles! Value in the restaurant for dinner was remarkable.
Cons: The only criticism I have is that the TV in the breakfast eating area was tuned to FOX NEWS. I sincerely dislike being forced to listen to propaganda, especially with young children.
Pros: Great breakfast for a stop over. The room was comfortable and clean
Pros: Absolutely nothing...
Cons: They made no attempt to to control kids running up and down hallways screaming, playing hide and seek at 11 o'clock at night.. Our room unfortunately faced the area they use for people to hold various events..The event that was held on Friday, January 18, 2019 was so loud we couldn't even hear ourselves talk in our room to each other..we were told the event would be done at 10pm..games were over..people Continued to scream, hollar during the clean up ..this is actually when the kids became rowdy.. By midnight event people were gone..the maintenance begun a tear down of chairs, tables,..loud doesn't even begin to describe the sounds..dragging, scratching across the uncarpeted floor..midnight to 1:30 ..I called front desk..to ask when will this stop..I'm exhausted, my family is exhausted..we could not sleep..The front desk young lady said 10 to 15 more minutes.."I'll call maintenance crew to have them be quiter". Well the noise just increased and went on till 3am..resetting tables and chairs for another event As well, (that had not even started when we did our checkout..) We were In town for a funeral..our nerves were shot from loud noise that started around 6/7pm and lasted till 3am. Headache, exhaustion and anxiety and anger just a few words to describe how we felt.. The room was dusting and not well maintained.. Snow was shoveled only partially on sidewalk leading to where my car was parked..The gentleman who had shoveled said he quit at the car before mine..I said I need to get to my car..he just looked away..Now I'm dressed up for a funeral and I had to dredge my way through snow that went over my ankle boots to get to my car..because he was to lazy to finish shoveling sidewalk. By the way, we get a call from front desk at 11:01 to remind us check out is at 11.. Needless to say I told her we're heading out the door when you called..but since I had very little sleep, I'm moving slowly..
Pros: Nice and clean.
Pros: Very nice patio! Room was clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast included with room charge was nice.
Cons: Since I had to sign a NO SMOKING thing because it is a no smoking hotel, the NO SMOKING SHOULD PRETAIN TO THE STAFF AS WELL...….IF they can't go without a smoke then GO OUTSIDE....I don't like to smell smoke coming from the back when I am checking in.
Pros: Staff was friendly. Bed were comfortable. Breakfast was good. Restaurant in site is nice.
Cons: The layout of the property is very confusing. Stairs are hiding behind fire door that supposed to be close. Elevators are on the back center of building behind an antrum or theater. I Unless another guess tell you, there is no one available to help you find either stairs or elevators, when you are staying in the second floor. The breakfast is behind a wall inside of a conference room or something similar and most guess can’t find it unless another guess tell them. Rug in this room is extremely dirty.
Pros: Beds comfortable. Clean facility. Nice breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location off of HWY 80/90
Pros: Breakfast was great. The bed was super comfortable!
Cons: They stole almost 400$ feom me
Pros: We were in a totally remodeled room. That was a nice treat! They have a nice selection for breakfast and there is a restaurant in the hotel which is nice and convenient as well.
Cons: The hotel is a little confusing because it is so large. There is only one elevator that we seen and it’s in an odd location and hard to find. A hotel this size should have a more convenient elevator. The tub also wouldn’t drain the best.
Pros: Good location
Cons: Toilet wouldn’t flush Mold on bathroom ceiling Paint coming off in large chunks from bathroom wall Rugs in breakfast area were gross
Located in Bryan, The Plaza Motel is a 3-minute drive from Spangler Candy Store Museum and Tour and 10 minutes from Stoney Ridge Winery. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk and laundry facilities. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Office and room very strong smell of cigarette smoke. Really just an old out dated place. Nice lady in the office.
Cons: Smoke, right on a noisy street
Pros: Not much
Cons: Lost our reservation. They had to go to Walmart to buy pillows for our room after we checked in. No room service after our 1st day - sheets/towels were not changed. At 7:15 am, office was closed & locked when we went to checkout.
Pros: the room was nice everyone very helpful. Roz was awesome she made are stay very comfortable
Pros: They had cereal dispensers in the front office, a few mini donuts coffee and juice and milk in large jugs to pour into a glass. a/c worked great although it's loud but all of them are. sinks and washrooms were clean. large fridge and microwave in the room.
Cons: I would have preferred individual juice and water bottles so you can take them back to your rooms as there is not space in the office to eat. Previous owners did have a wider variety of items for breakfast. The chairs in the rooms need to be spot cleaned or recovered. they are very worn and stained. The throw pillows make the rooms look nice but I personally don't like them as they don't have covers which can be washed and I'm always looking for somewhere to put them that's not on the beds.
Pros: Good beds
Pros: They are very friendly everything was so clean the beds are so cozy! Definitely only place I be staying at in Bryan for now on
Pros: Nothing absolutely nothing
Cons: Lost my reservation first off. The floors in the room were bathroom tilethe bed was so hard we thought it was just a box spring. There werederelicts along with a loose pit bull roaming the property. One night was all we could take.
Pros: The laundry and ice machine were very close to us. The location of the motel is in a great spot
Cons: The rug in the room really needs to be replaced. Everything else seemed fine but the condition of the rug makes it all look run down and old. The carpet looks dirty and stained. I have paid much less for much nicer rooms.
Pros: The staff was very friendly! And willing to assist me with any issues.
Cons: The room wasn’t that clean, stains on the chair and bedding.
Cons: Will never stay there again
Pros: Nice fridge. Great ice machine. Bed not very comfortable. Very basic motel. You want a $58 bed for the night? This is your motel. No more breakfast in back room (new management/owners I was told).
Pros: The hotel staff is the absolute best! So friendly and accommodating. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!! We will be back over and over again, just to visit and for business. Anytime we are within a 40 mile radius this is where we will be staying.
Cons: It was all perfect!

Cons: Smelled poorly. Sheets not clean. Burn holes in sheets. Room was dirty. Furniture drawers didn't work properly. Poorly lighted.
Pros: The location
Cons: Poor cleanliness, bad smell in the ambiance due other persons were smoking and the rooms also smelled terrible. Lucky it was only for one night.
Cons: Poor lighting ,smell of urine, no towels, no ice machines working, not friendly tending staff.
Cons: Dirty! So dirty! We asked for a non-smoking room and our room smelled like smoke and there were cigarette burn holes in the comforter. You could visibly seen dirty hand prints on the wall.
Pros: Location was good
Cons: It was dirty. It was smelly and needed repair badly. Pillows were lumpy and old and breakfast was horrible and left From the day before. Would not Recommend this place. Will never stay there again. Needs to be reported to corporate as not up to standard
Pros: Not much
Cons: The bathroom was dirty. The staff was rude.
Pros: Seemed free of other bugs
Cons: Background smell of smoke. Spiders and webs in front door and bathroom Lights wouldn't come on in bathroom
Cons: It could have been cleaner
Pros: The tv had a good picture. Great selection of channels. The bed was comfortable.
Cons: The table had stuff on it I had to scrub off before I could set my things on it. The washcloth had orange stains all over it. The blanket had multiple big holes in it. There was one blue chair and one red one at the dirty table. The inside of the microwave was dirty. The A/C was not consistent. There were 4 tiny bed pillows. There was long black hair in the bathtub. They charged $78 for this room and wanted another $25 if I had a pet!!! The bathroom was on one side of the room but you had to exit the bathroom and cross to the other side of the room to get to the sink to wash your hands.
Pros: The room was clean and adequately prepared for guests (sufficient towels, working TV, functioning heating and A/C unit, non-clogged sinks, etc.).
Cons: The ice-making machines didn't work.
Pros: The shower worked.
Cons: This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. No lights in the bathroom, no soap, no shampoo, no tissues, television didn't work. electrical receptacles were dead, only a bare bulb for the lamp with no shade. Dirty recycled key card envelope., and some trash cans not emptied. Language barrier issue with the front desk. Poor housekeeping, poor maintenance, poor assistance, poor hotel.
Pros: Nothing, the place should be blown up. Horrible management. My card was declined and the manager was rude, unprofessional and needs to be fired. I went to the Holiday Inn and paid more than twice the price and my card was approved instantanlyWorse customer service that I have ever witnessed. Whoever owns the motel should fire the management as they are costing him business.
Cons: Everything, My Wife called our bank while I was waiting and they assured us there was no problem with our account but the manager banned me from the property because I was insisting that their credit card machine was broken. The Holiday Inn was excellent and I would recommend staying there but whatever you do stay as far away from the Econ-o-Lodge as possible. You should never recommend them again
Pros: Good place to stay for the price . Clean and comfortable.
Cons: Ice machine was broken , rooms could use an update .
Pros: Location. Good bed and ac
Cons: Art/decoration very dated
Pros: Low price, location.
Cons: Could use a major renovating.
Cons: Bugs in bathroom
Pros: The staff was very friendly.
Cons: There were people outside talking loudly at 3 in the morning, keeping us and other guests awake for a long time. Although it's not the hotel's fault, it was much farther from the highway than I thought it was.
Cons: WiFi sporadic.
Pros: It was inexpensive and at a location that was convenient on my route.
Cons: Family owned, and I know that because the family was all over, including the screaming children. They were obnoxious. Bad cooking odors near the office. The room was in need of repairs, the towels were shabby, and the wifi did not work. I will not return.
Cons: Road noise
Pros: Spotless, Nice staff.
Cons: Wifi was in and out.
Pros: Very close to highway and gas stations Very inexpensive Small fridge and microwave in room Could park car right outside window One story so no one above me to make noise.
Cons: Internet was unreliable (worked sometimes and not other times) Sheets and towels were stained (maybe clean but didn't look it)
Pros: For a lower price room it was very nice. Clean room, comfortable bed. A bit outdated and small, but it met our needs very well. We arrived after midnight but the lady that came out from the living qtrs behind the office was very pleasant.
Cons: Nothing disagreeable about the place.
Pros: In one word.....Location
Cons: To close to the road you can hear the semi all hours of the night and the pictures are nothing like the room.
