Second time I stay with them, and I d return next time too. Superhelpful and friendly staff, and modern design.
The breakfast could use some more warm elements apart from eggs.
Heating system was air con hot cold
The reception staff were excellent - really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They booked tickets for us for a Boca Juniors game, booked a day trip to Uruguay for us, booked a bar for us one night and arranged our taxi to the airport. They also recommended bars and restaurants. We can't thank them enough. We liked the bar/restaurant area overlooking the street as it was stylishly decorated and was generally quite full, giving it a good atmosphere. It was great having a pool but it is really only for dipping as it is not big enough to swim in. We didn't use the spa or weights room. The location is good, with some nice bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. You need to get a cab or public transport if you want to go downtown.
The hotel is slightly shabby in places. The breakfast was just about adequate. It was a buffet style but there was not much of a selection: some bread, some cakes and pastries, a poor selection of cheese and ham, and a tiny bit of fruit and that's about it. You could order eggs but the ones I received every day were virtually inedible. They managed to be both burnt and underdone at the same time - quite some feat. (I know, I should have given up after day one). Also, the waitress serving at breakfast was surly and unfriendly.
Staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, room was beautiful. Shower was amazing. Leaving an Easter egg in our room was a nice touch.
Excellent reception staff who were helpful and friendly. Great room, with comfortable bed and quiet.
Nothing at all.
