Pros: The location and surroundings where really relaxing. The staff, including the restaurant staff, were so friendly. The restaurant food and presentation were exellent. We were there to visit family and will recommend the resort to other family members.

Pros: The room was recently renovated, all amenities worked well, bed was king size and comfortable and the continental breakfast got the day off to a good start.

Pros: Room service
Cons: The bed (two singles velcro together), the resort charged a surcharge ontop of the room charge for credit card payments that was not advised on your website

Cons: No parking available near room. Had to walk fair distance from car park to room. Difficult to transport luggage as stairs, no ramps not undercover all the way was raining got wet.
