Pros: The restaurant staff was nice. The 'Agriturismo' is in a pretty location but is overly commercialized so you don't get a genuine Agriturismo experience. Room was clean but WiFi doesn't work in the room or restaurant. Unprofessional front desk staff.
Cons: The room's WiFi & TV didn't work - I told the front desk after check in & she said I'd have to go elsewhere on the property to get a signal. I sat outside in total dark getting bitten by mosquitos so I could use public WiFi. Hotel is overly commercialized

Pros: A small hotel in a small village in the middle of great nature. Staff is very friendly and room was very clean. The intergrated restaurant offers very good italian food to reasonable prices . Many of the restaurant guests are locals. This is a sign for the quality.
Pros: A good experience. An special atmosphere
Cons: A little bit far from important cities and nothing to do at the village.
Pros: Charming small hotel in hilltop village. The only bar and restaurant there so great atmosphere with the locals coming in. Paola who ran it was great, made us very welcome and could speak enough English to make up for our poor Italian. Excellent food at a very reasonable price. If you want to sample traditional Italian hospitality in an out of the way beautiful setting then this is for you.
Pros: very pleasant Tuscan hill town unspoilt location in a typical, old, building of character, comfortable room, good staff and breakfast, return visit.
Cons: No lift no aircon
Pros: it is a wonderful location, very nice staff, personal informal atmosphere and is situated in a romantic village on top of a hill in the heart of Tuscany.
Cons: the size of the bathroom/shower
Pros: the staff has been very kind, the location is wonderful: a tiny old village in the middle of val d'orcia. no complaints.
Pros: The bed was comfortable and the staff were nice and helpful. The location was good, away from the other busy towns (in a small, quiet town).
Cons: The breakfast could use a better selection, breakfast should include (but did not) some bread, fruit and cheese.
Pros: Tenant friendly, charming setting, small village with friendly people. Nice rooms overlooking the square. Good food at the restaurant.

Pros: Great location in the center of Montalcino. Our room was really an apartment - living/dining/kitchen area with a separate bedroom. Staff was friendly, helpful, arranged a wine tasting for us at the hotel owner's winery nearby.
This could be a nice hotel but ground floor rooms have problems with mustiness, mold/mildew. The dining experience is not great. The manager/owner should have been more concerned when we complained about our room, and she attempted to charge us (me and my brother, who had another room even worse than ours)the original rates for two rooms when we had moved into a suite together; she did end up charging the suite rate, fair enough.
Pros: The booked room smelled and was not totally clean. We were given another room (with some resistance)which was clean, fresh, and nicely done.
Cons: the breakfast food varied from good (a fresh bread one day, eggs) to inedible (a baked pastry); the restaurant did have enough hint of cigarette smoke that i had to leave early, the owner/manager/cook was a smoker.
