Great view! Nice facility. They do not have enough staff to clean rooms, provide daily towels, etc.

Pros:No hot water in bathroom sink. Was not repaired or dealt with for our 1 night stay. Double charged us for parking even though we were told a scan code would exempt us. No hotel info in room or lobby. I reserved a specific room online and obtained a digital key only to be told on arrival I had not done that and they attempted to change my room. Put on hold for 30 minutes by front desk when trying to correct the parking double charge.
Cons:Almost everything could have been better.

Pros:Location is perfect, easy to walk to many of the attractions. Love the coffee/tea maker and water outside the rooms.
Cons:The Junior Suite rooms are very poorly laid out making it hard to move around with a family of 4. There is no door to block off the main bedroom from the pull out couch (which is very hard to open and close) so you may as well save the money and get a basic room with two Queen beds. No closet in the main bedroom either just the two night stands and very little space. Tiny bathroom and there’s only one set of hooks in the entire suite making it hard to hang towels or anything else you may have. There’s a mini fridge and a second mini bar fridge, I think it would have been better to have one fridge and a microwave for leftovers. In the lobby they have a pantry to purchase snacks and it is extremely limited. A couple drinks and some chips for the most part. I’ve traveled a lot and was surprised at how little they had to offer.

Pros:Loved the views of Lake Champlain! The location was fantastic, as we were just steps away from Church Street, Lake Street, and many other amenities of downtown Burlington. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the fire pit outside was a huge bonus!
Cons:There was no microwave in the room and the bathroom didn't have a fan, which made for some very hot, sauna-like showers! The walls were pretty thin, and we heard most of our neighbors conversation the first morning. The construction of the parking garage also made parking a bit of a headache, but that was just a minor detail.

Cons:Facilities seemed worn, especially their dining area, not to the standard of other Hiltons. The room's view was an internal walkway to the garage so we couldn't open the blinds, and heard the constant hum of their outdoor air exchanger. Most likely an unlucky draw of rooms, unless that is their discounted section. Too booked to change rooms.

Pros:It was honestly a good price for a hotel with a really good location in Burlington. Not sure if you can find a nicer hotel for the price. If I were to come back I would try to find an Airbnb... Don't use the taxi service the concierge desk will call for you.
Cons:The taxi they ordered for me took forever and the driver had been smoking in the van, so it smelled strongly of cigaret smoke. The taxi also charged me over double what an Uber cost to take me from the airport to the hotel. People were partying in the hotel rooms around us and they made a lot of noise and trash in the hallways. There were some hockey games going on in the area which I think is what brought the party crowd in.

Cons:*Staff is hit or miss. *We booked on Aug 8 for Oct 8 arrival and our room type (King) was "sold out" when we arrived. Seems to me someone just didn't do their job and allowed people who arrived earlier in the day to upgrade their room.

Pros:Location was perfect for what we came to see. Front desk staff at check out was very helpful and accommodating after letting them know about our stay.
Cons:Construction in the room above us early Monday morning. The room had clothing left behind from previous guest as well as an employee beer can under the dresser.
