The reception staff were very helpful, but the cleaning of the room was very poor. The breakfast was very limited and poor.No original juices, the eggs was heavy boiled(green inside!!!) limited fruits. We were very dissapointet that the bar/snack bar at the pool area was closed all times. This was contradary to the website. And it was only a very poor possibility to buy anything at the shop or bar at the reception. The room and view was fine.
Relaxing sunbathing area Swimming pool was out of use due to broken glass with no apparent attempt to clear it.Location behind filling station next to tyre depot meant noisy in daytime.
The pool was nice and their buffet breakfast was great; however, the hotel should add fruits in their breakfast (i.e. apples, oranges, bananas, etc.) They advertise two jacuzzi that do not operate. Bad business if someone makes a final decision based on amenities.
We liked the peaceful atmosphere and its location. All the hotel staff are well trained and very helpful. The only improvement I can think of is that for breakfast they have to be sure that there is enough for all the clients present, otherwise it was a wonderful holiday.
It's your typical hotel, very nice and clean though, but I always feel to miss a particular atmosphere. The breakfast had plenty of foods to chose from, but tasted a little cheap.
Excellent staff, very nice and helpful. Clean room and fresh towels every day. Very good bathroom and nice pool. Breakfasts were good but could have been more diverse - every day were the same products, no vegetables, always two the same juices flavours etc. A lift would be useful for people with baby pram (like us) luckily there is only first floor to go upstairs.
Friendly staff, nice pool area (not for lap swimming), decent rooms. Although it's in the middle of nowhere, it's centrally located to many sites (e.g. Erice, Segesta, Lo Zingaro). Breakfast is typical Italian. Lots of sweets, not too many healthy options.
I thought the hotel was wonderful. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the pool and surrounding area perfect. The only fault I would have with the hotel is the lack of dining facilities, and its a bit off the beaten track. A car is a necessity, and because there is no restaurant in the hotel, it meant driving for to eat every night.
We were given a disabled room, when the hotel seemed almost empty. The TV was broken. There were always lights on at the bar, but never anybody there. The pool was dirty. To go out for a meal or a drink, we had to drive, there was nowhere within walking distance.
Extremely helpful staff, when my mother fell ill; very tranquil and relaxing; good country air. rooms very cold and could not be heated properly; need car to stay in this hotel.
The hotel itself is lovely although remote We felt let down by the poor standard of the food and would not recomend this hotel as a geuine reflection of the fantastic Sicillan experience
Perfect Hotel in a slightly less than perfect location. Roberto from reception was fantasic at helping us plan our various excursions. The hotel is a little further "out of the way" than expected. A hire car would be advisable. We did not have this but instead made use of the bus routes that passed the hotel. The hotel staff were OK, ability to speck english was missed (Roberto excluded).
Great value for money. You do need your own transport
the view, swimming pool, bathroom - special shower, ... too noisy music at the pool
I liked that the hotel was extremly clean and we had a very good breakfast. staff was friendly The staff were not informative of buses and also that it was far away from city centre.
size of bedrooms and breakfast when we checked in,we were not shown to our rooms, which i think is very unproffesional. It lacked the personal touch,it really was geared up for buisness,it served the purpose of being near the airport.
The hotel is reasonably priced for its standard. The rooms and pool are excellent. It's a good location for visiting the sights in that area of Sicily. Aside from the relax by the pool area there was little else to do at the hotel. The restaurant staff were a little unfriendly, perhaps because we can't speak much italian and they couldn't speak much english. However the entertainment staff tried their best to get things going despite there being few guests at the hotel.
We were made very welcome by staff at checkin. Great facilities in wonderful location. Food was good. 1. Bathroom suite although did have jacuzzi bath did not have a shower which would have been useful. 2. On the night we stayed the restaurant was not available and only option was buffet / carvery style. We should have been told this at checkin and may have made alternative arrangements.
Computer with an Internet connection in the main hall for free; wonderful swimming pool; delicious continental breakfast; huge parking; many additional services available...
Good location to explore the North-West of Sicily. The staff were friendly, and accommodated our change in plans mid-stay. We felt the rooms were a little basic. The small town the hotel is in does not have a lot going for it, you will need a car. The claim of room service did not seem to be available.
convenient location close to Trapani airport as we arrived on late flight, although difficult to find in the dark, Owner drove out to meet us in the end. It was a basic budget room , felt like being in a mobile home. Perfectly clean , and friendly staff
Room is very clean and comfy. Staff are very helpful and warm. Very close to Trapani airport.
The place is nice, convenient location close to the airport and actually a really good base for exploring Sicily, if you have a car. The place is especially really convenient and nice if you have early or late arrivals. They have a tennis court and some other facilities on ground that looked nice, but during our short stay we did not have much chance to explore the place. Staff is very friendly and helpful, knows a lot about the environs and assists with that little extra that makes it a nice stay. Air conditioning is very effective, as it turns out. This is probably very good if you travel to Sicily during the heat of the summer. Nice tables on every cabin porch to sit and relax etc The place is fair enough, walls are very thin, but small "cabins" with pairs of two "rooms" in each, so if you are a family of four or travelling together in a group, this is perhaps not so much of a problem. There is some distance between the cabins so it was not noisy, but from the one next door room, don't expect to keep any secrets :) Don't expect a luxurious stay, but clean and basic rooms which I'd say gives good value for money. Not convenient if you do not have a car, is my guess. Perhaps however could be a good stop if you have a bike - not sure whether they had bikes on premises, but in that case, much of the nearby area could be explored even without a car.
The owner was very helpful and the actual B and B was in beautifull surroundings but you would need a car if you were planning on staying ther e more than one night. The kitchen where we ate was really authentic farmhouse style and the owner kindly went for food for us that evening. The bedrooms were spacious and atmospheric. It was very far from anywhere and we had no car
location, customer care. everything was good, just maybe breakfast could be better.
